- Caroline (10/5): Een fantastische ervaring! - Wij hadden een standaard kamer geboekt en ontvingen een upgrade op aankomst. Hierdoor kregen wij onverwacht een kamer met uitzicht op de Mont Blanc. Wat een fantastische ervaring om in een hotelkamer te mogen verblijven met zo’n fantastisch en uniek uitzicht. Daarnaast zijn de bedden zalig en is de spa een absolute aanrader. Kortom: een heerlijk hotel!

- Delphine (9/5): - Le cadre, l'hôtel, la chambre et le Spa étaient absolument magnifique et très bien entretenu. L'hôtel et la chambre tout de bois sont absolument charmant. La localisation de l'hôtel est un peu excentré de Chamonix centre, sortir se balader à pieds dans les environs est peu envisageable, mais l'hôtel se trouve littéralement au pied d'un télécabine, alors en hiver cela n'a pas de prix.

- Shanon (10/5): Un spa très agréable et relaxant - L’hôtel est très authentique et charmant. La vue sur le Mont Blanc est superbe. Nous avons également apprécié avoir des choix vegan (lait végétal, yaourt soja notamment ) au petit déjeuner. Le spa était excellent !

- Alexandra (9/5): Un petit coin de paradis - L'hôtel était très beau, un très joli cadre. La vue de la chambre vue Mont-Blanc était vraiment magnifique. La chambre en elle même était très jolies et propre. Nous avons fort apprécié le fait d'avoir deux couettes sur le lit deux places ! De pouvoir choisir les oreillers aussi (il y avait deux mémoires de forme sur le lit, mais d'autres oreillers de divers rembourrages étaient disponibles dans le placard). Le SPA était vraiment bien, nous avons particulièrement aimé le coin relaxation et le jacuzzi. Les peignoirs et chaussons fournis pour y aller étaient très biens (et de la bonne taille, bien que monsieur soit très grand). Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec pile ce qu'il faut de choix intéressant. Mention spéciale à toutes les confitures ! La totalité du staff avec qui nous avons interagit (accueil, nettoyage, salle du petit déjeuner, coin snacking/billard, etc) était absolument adorable et serviable! Un accueil impeccable de bout en bout du séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il faisait vraiment très chaud dans les chambres, nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Mais je pense que l'hôtel n'est pas adapté à des températures de journée élevées... La chaleur n'était cependant plus un souci avec la porte fenêtre entrouverte. Le matelas n'était pas vraiment des plus confortables.

The room was quiet, pleasant, and had a big sliding glass door with a view. We had 3 people in a room with a loft, and the loft actually had a 1/2 bath, which meant the main bath was not so crowded. Great ski room and lockers, spa, great breakfast in pleasant room, nice bar area, etc. Easy walk to lifts and ski shops at Les Grandes Montes.

- Susannah (9/5): Perfect for a cosy stay with amazing mountain views. - Super cosy hotel in a fantastic location, really near the major bus routes to get into Chamonix and to the ski areas. Essentially ski in/ski out to Les Grands Montets slopes. Spa exceeded expectations, really lovely space and very quiet - we were often the only ones in there and the outside hot tub is fantastic. View from the balcony was unbelievable and there looked to be ample parking. Room was a little dated, particularly the carpet. Pillows were extremely hard (I think maybe memory foam?) and the shower water pressure wasn't good. Also the hair dryer is a small wall fixed unit which is no good for long hair! TV was small, very high up and only had a few english channels. Breakfast seemed very expensive so we went out to eat at a cafe every day instead.

- Isabelle (8/5): Je recommande ! - L'établissement est chaleureux, en bois, poutres apparentes, on a la sensation d'être dans un chalet familial. L'établissement dispose d'un lobbing avec une grande cheminée où il est possible de boire un verre, faire une partie de billard. Le centre de remise en forme est super, la piscine grande et lumineuse. Après une journée au ski l'hiver ou de rando l'été c'est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et varié, tout est pensé pour les sportifs !! Les chambres sont joliment décorées dans un esprit montagnard/chalet, la sdb dispose d'une baignoire. Les radiateurs dans la chambre et la salle de bain ! Ils sont un peu anciens et mériteraient d'être changés pour des systèmes de chauffage plus récents et moins bruyants.

L’accueil était au top, nous avons même trouvé une gamelle pour notre chien à notre arrivée dans la chambre. La décoration est vraiment style chalet de montagne, très chaleureux. Accueil très chaleureux, réponses par mail rapides et efficaces, chambre prête plus rapidement, gentillesse de tout le personnel. Parking très pratique, emplacement parfait, carte d'hôte pour se déplacer gratuitement en train... Propreté irréprochable. Cadre magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et d'excellente qualité. Même en période de Noël, ambiance calme, propice à la détente. Il ne manque qu'un restaurant mais les snacks proposés au bar dépannent efficacement. Literie et oreillers très confortables. Encore un grand merci d'avoir rendu ce Noël magique, je reviendrai !

- Jenny (10/5): Hôtel fabuleux - Super établissement, bien décoré avec une ambiance chaleureuse. L’accueil était super, le spa magnifique et la chambre fabuleuse avec une belle vue. Un parking gratuit juste à côté de l’hôtel et au pied des pistes. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec une sélection de pain du boulanger du village. Le soir, il existe une petite sélection de plats chauds (pas un restaurant), mais qui a fait l’affaire et était très bon ! Rien à redire, superbe expérience

- Olesya (10/5): Rustic alpine charme - Charming two-level family room with lots of Alpine decorations. Good spa area. There is a bus stop nearby (though you do have to pay attention to departure times). Excellent breakfast, it’s a pity they don’t serve dinner.

- Chai Li (9/5): - Le confort, la décoration et l espace des chambres avec un personnel professionnel et au service. Nous avons pu apprécier le spa et le petit déjeuner bien achalandé et chaleureux. Le prix de la chambre pratiqué par booking lors de la réservation en juillet, alors que c'est la fin de saison et que les prix ont baissé depuis.

A lot of construction going on around area and inconvenient to find and access dining. It would be nice if they offered some form of transportation as they are isolated and the train station is difficult to reach with bags

- Ernesta (10/5): great - It is well worth to upgrade to superior room. very cozy room. Great breakfast, not a massive choice but good quality items. we were impressed by this lovely hotel. If you want peaceful weekend away this is the place I wish they served food in the evening
