Dolinschi (9/5): Great hotel overall - Great hotel overall – super clean (honestly one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), with big modern rooms and a large bathroom that even has both a shower and a bathtub.. The downside: the location isn’t convenient unless you have a car. It’s pretty far from most things. What I didn’t enjoy was the vibe from the staff. In 5 days, I only got one smile (from a lovely lady named Tugsan – hope I spelled that right!). Everyone else looked unhappy, which makes you feel unwelcome as a guest. Not their fault, but management should really look into why the staff seem so unhappy. So: great facilities, but the atmosphere could be much warmer.

Cem (4/5): Ek yatak çok kötü hizmet kötü bina güzel - Otel mekan olarak güzel yol üzeri olduğu için konaklamak durumunda kaldık ama hizmet için aynı şeyi söylemek mümkün değil. Konulan ek yatak berbat. Kahvaltı vasat, sıcaklar soğuktu. Ayrıca personel çok asık suratlı kesinlikle güler yüzle hizmet verilmiyor.

Batuhan (10/5): Mükemmel, muhteşem ve eşsiz - Bir çok otelde konakladım çok fazla 5 yıldızlı otelde kaldım ama burası gerçekten inanılmaz derecede mükemmel bir işletme ve konaklama merkezi. İşimden dolayı otele gece geç saatlerde giriş yapma durumunda kaldık resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaş tüm içtenliğiyle giriş işlemlerimizi yaparken aynı zamanda otel imkanlarından da bahsetti ücretsiz havuzu ve spa hizmeti olması da harika bir olay gerçekten. Ben daha önce ramada'da konaklamamıştım o yüzden ilk konaklamama özel müsaitlik takvimine göre ücretsiz oda yükseltmesi yapmışlar bizi en üst segment dubleks odaya verdiler. Kesinlikle fiyatlarına göre çoğu otelden daha da iyi hizmet veriyor ramada. Bir sonraki Izmir seyahatimde asla başka bir işletmeyi tercih etmem tek gideceğim yer ramada. Odaların temizliği ve konforuna zaten diyecek hiçbir şey yok her şeyiyle mükemmel bir konaklama tecrübesi yaşattı bize. Her şey için teşekkürler Ramada

Belli ki çok güzel yönetiliyor bu otel. Uzun süredir kaldığım en profesyonel işletilen oteldi. Çok mutlu ayrılıyoruz.

Maksim (8/5): It was mediocre, the manner I expect from the 4 star hotel in Izmir’s outskirts - The property is pretty clean and the heater mode of the ac was up and running rather than last time ) Need to clean the sewerage tubes in the shower cabin of the room 513. I think it is related to almost all rooms, as I had been staying in October for 2 weeks in the hotel and had the same issue.
Levent (8/5): güzel ama - otel genel anlamda güzel. konum olarak organize sanayinin içinde. dolayısıyla bir miktar gürültü kabul edilebilir tabi ki fakat pencere bozuk olduğu için tam kapanmıyor ve daha çok ses geçiriyordu. bu kabul edilebilir değil. otelin "sleep like a rockstar" sloganı gürültü içinde uyuyun anlamına geliyorsa, o başka tabi ki. banyoda ücretsiz olarak sunulan ürünlere dair bir kart var, üzerinde diş setinin de ücretsiz sunulduğu yazıyor. ama ortada diş seti yok. gecenin bir vakti otele gelmişsiniz, "pencere bozuk", "diş seti yok" diye resepsiyonu aramak zorunda olduğumu düşünmüyorum. bunlara dikkat edilmeli.

Mustafa (6/5): Gürültü ve Yetersiz Temizlik - Otele Cuma akşam takribi 20:00 gibi giriş yaptık. 3. kattaki odamıza çıktık. Erken kalkmamız gerektiği için 22:00 gibi uyumaya çalıştık ancak oteldeki müzik ve eğlence sesleri nedeniyle uyuyamadık. Cumartesi akşam da erken yatmamız gerekiyordu. Bugün bari müzik ve eğlence son ses olmaz diye düşünmüştüm ancak yüksek sese yine maruz kaldık. 22:00 gibi resepsiyonla görüştüm. Ya müziği durdurmalarını ya da odamızı değiştirmelerini rica ettim. Ancak kendileri ilgileneceklerini söyleyip hiçbir aksiyon almadılar. Otele ilk girdiğimiz gün ayakkabımı çıkarıp terliğimi giydim ve koltuğa oturduğumda ayağıma bir diken battı. Odada çiçek olmamasına rağmen yerden 3-4 tane diken topladım. Temizlik yetersizdi. Hiç memnun kalmadık.
