Se le veía servicial con ganas de ayudar La habitación es un zulo sin ventilación, sucio, sin sábanas o viejas con bolitas, enana , colchón incómodo y no tiene aire acondicionado como indica sino un ventilador pequeño. Las zonas comunes tampoco tienen aire acondicionado y cierran temprano. Además estaban con basura, llenas de maletas vacías y los sofás rajados. El wc estaba sucio y olía a pis

It’s cheap, yes, but don’t forget: the air conditioning costs extra. Unless you enjoy sleeping in a sauna, be ready to open your wallet. And the bathroom? Personally, I found the McDonald’s 300 meters away much more appealing.

- tugumi (4/5): 安かろ悪かろう!! - 5泊６日で 個室に泊まりました。 クーラーは勿論無くて、窓も無し扇風機で暑さを凌ぐ感じ!? 天井に小さなダクトみたいなのが有りそここら冷気が流れて来るような…換気も出来なから湿気 カビ臭く布団なんて使えなかった!! 確かに料金は安い…宿泊して3日目にして体調崩し別のホテルに移動しました。 カップルやファミリーには おすすめしません。因みに 「ゴキ」も出ます。

There was a hole in my floor covered by carpet, the bathrooms were very dirty, most of the washer & dryers were out of service and the showers on the roof had a terrible sewage smell. It’s a cute concept with all the plants and jungle theme but definitely needs some upgrades.

- David (1/5): Just fix a few very important things - The place could actually be great with just a few things, it's well located and quiet. Well.. it's gross. And I'm really not picky .. but I woke with a maggot crawling on my foot... I then looked under the futon and I will not be able to unsee it ever. So yeah, if I could say something it would be to actually clean the floor in the rooms especially under the beds ! Put some bedsheets between the bed and the floor and to fix the floor in the bathroom and shower because there is no drainage and the water just stays there for days..

- Shraddha (8/5): - Considering the price point and location, our stay was excellent. Having read previous reviews I was scared of lack of cleanliness. However, it is not very dirty. We found no bed bugs in our beds and our room was well-kept and cleaned before we arrived. Since it is a hostel (and not a resort), we had no housekeeping and had to share bathrooms but we knew this before booking our stay. The shower for women specifically is actually quite nice with provided shampoo and body wash. Unfortunately there is only a male, female, and unisex shower and only one toilet, if the hostel is more crowded it would be inconvenient. That is our only complaint. The location is in the center of Kokusai-dori Shopping Street, near Tsuboya Pottery street, a 9 minute walk to the Makishi station which connects to the monorail extending from Naha Airport. Would highly recommend. Maybe our experience is also informed by going during off-season.

- China (10/5): - 他の口コミを見て、清潔さに不安を持っての予約でしたが、布団も普通に使用させていただきましたが、肌などへの気になる異常はありませんでした。 朝方に宿に戻って数時間寝るだけ、また荷物を安全に置く為の宿でしたので、コストパフォーマンスに大満足です！ 女性用ドミトリー各スペースに貴重品BOXがあり、使う際にはスタッフに南京錠をもらってくれとのことでしたが、スタッフはいらっしゃらず、日中に電話するも営業時間外でしたので、すぐ近くにある100円ショップで購入して、自分で鍵を閉めました。各スペースには、コンセントも鏡もあるので文句なしです。 強いて言うなら、寝転がったときにちょうど歩いている人の目の高さにカーテンレールとカーテンの隙間が来てしまうので、目が合ってしまったら気まずい。。かな。
- HIROMI (6/5): 商店街の外れの隠れ家の様なホテルです。 - とってもお値打ちです！が、足が悪いから、２段ベッドならば下の段でとお願いしていたのですが、ホテルそのものが、階段昇降の３階建でした。値段に釣られた私も良くないけど、フロントは不在。と言うか、本来閉店している！と張り紙されてました。現地支払いを選んだので、枕元に置いてくださいと、説明書が１枚あるだけ。煩わしくないから、楽！と言えばいいのかな？何人かゲストも居るようでしたが、顔を見てません。声は聞こえてました。シャワールームは、また上の階で、もちろん階段昇降。そしてそこはなんと！屋上でした。冬だけど、沖縄だからお風呂上がりの夜空は、それなりに楽しめました。経験値の少ない旅行者ですが、ホントにびっくりした経験でした。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 3泊させて頂きました。 男1人旅ということもあり、金額を優先させたので、基本的にサービス内容は気にしていません。 まぁ、可もなく不可もなくです。 寝返りを打つと、寝床の板の軋む音が結構大きくて、隣の人が気にならないかと心配ではありました。 個人的には概ね満足しています。 あとは、サービスとは関係ありませんが、金額故か宿泊者の質がピンキリでした。 同部屋の相方が鍵をかっていて起こそうとしているのか、ドンドンと何度も何度も壁を叩く奴がいたり、消灯後にロビーの床で寝ている酔っ払いとかいましたね。 とはいえ、金額面と、場所の面から見て、また使わせてもらうと思います。
- Shinji (8/5): もうちょっと宿泊客に注意したほうがいいかもと思います - ドミトリーに泊まりました。 ３つの内の真ん中のシャワーからお湯がでなくて困りました。 隣のベッドの労働者？的な人が酔っぱらって帰ってきて一人で歌ったりわめいたりどなったりしていて怖かったです（別の日にもあった）。『死ね！』とか『殺す』とか怒鳴り散らしつつ、ちょうど自動販売機でお茶を買っているときに部屋の外まで来たので逃げました。 ドミトリーの人に連絡したかったけれど、受付に誰もいないし連絡先もわからなかったので警察を呼ぼうかなと思いましたが思いとどまりました。 トイレで阻喪する人が多くておしっこ臭かったです。 あとドライヤーを使っているときに気づいたのですが、トイレ後手を洗う人も少ないので、ポスターなどで啓蒙してみてはいかがでしょうか。 リビングは快適でした。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 手作り感満載のあるお宿です。 - 私は携帯の充電をしながらwifiが使えて、温かい布団で寝れるのが最低限！というタイプですが、ステラリゾートさんはドミトリータイプでもプライベート空間が確保されてて過ごしやすかったです。掃除が凄く行き届いてます。棚の上に埃一つありませんでした。安心して利用することができました。 ところどころに手作り感があり、補修中の字もお見かけしましたが、気になりませんでした。
- akari (8/5): - 女性用ドミトリーのツインに宿泊しました。上段のベッドだったので下の人に音が響かないよう慎重に生活するストレスはありましたが、値段の安さと寝心地の良いベッドで問題ありませんでした。ただ、21時になるとロビーも完全消灯になるため暗闇の中でご飯を食べることになったのが残念です。でも電子レンジ、給湯器、冷蔵庫の貸し出しがあったのはすごくありがたかったです。バスタオルが置いてないことは事前に表記しておいて欲しかったのですが、洗濯機と乾燥機があるため事足りました。とにかく安さの割に清潔でシャワーも暖かいので満足です。

- Verified traveler (4/5): - 部屋の鍵が簡易。エアコン1時間100円。まではなんとかいいとして、シャワーは汚い、トイレは汚い。音はまる聞こえ。隣の部屋のイビキが聞こえてくる。ファミリーで使用するところではなかった。
- Sena (6/5): - The price is cheap so I did not expect too much. But it is quite weird when the bathroom is in the rooftop and it is quite hot in the dormitory.
- Ciro (4/5): - The room was ok, because we were at a nice room. But they don`t give bath towels and air conditioner, we had to pay 100yen per hour. The pillows are not nice though. The toilets are kinda old and dirty/not well maintained.
