- Jarosława (8/5): Udany pobyt, kameralny hotel, polecam hotel znajomym. - Wystrój hotelu, czystość, klimat historyczny, otoczenie hotelu, jak na ilość pokoi hotelowych- duża restauracja. Cena parkingu przystępna w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w Polsce. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji. Może przydałaby się jeszcze z rana godzina ciszy przed rozpoczęciem sprzątania, byłoby bardziej komfortowo spędzać czas, szczególnie gdy podróżuje się służbowo i z daleka.

- Ekkehard (7/5): Enjoyable, convenient, safe and comfortable - We enjoyed five nights in this hotel. We liked the location close to a little park and not far from the tram station, sufficient parking space (if there is no event taking place of course). The rooms were of decent size, bathrooms too, with bath tub. Clean and tidy, room service every day. Water supply very good with sufficient hot water. Enough sockets in the bathroom accommodating various plug types. Very good light in the bathroom! Wallbox for charging e-cars. Breakfast mostly of very good quality and selection, very nicely arranged. Full-automatic coffee drinks machine (Tchibo) with good cappuccino. Staff very friendly, supportive and attentive. Thank you very much for your efforts taken. Not much and of course from a pure personal perspective: The mattresses are ok but could be more comfy and less noisy (the divan base seems a bit too old or worn out). No hooks for clothes on the walls or in the bathroom. Shower head a disgrace, water flow is strangulated to such a degree that it almost does not fit the purpose anymore - really a pity. More so as the water flow at the taps is immaculate. I was not that so happy to notice that the single charging point (a slow 11kw only) was also frequently used by non-hotel guests but neighbours - making use of the equipment might be plausible and sensible but as a paying guest of the hotel I would expect to enjoy a kind of priority though. But perhaps that’s just my wrong expectation, couldn’t it be?

- Vornicescu (8/5): - The staff was simply amazing! So kind and nice, with great English and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had! A lot of variety, fresh and healthy. However no vegan options (aside from veggies or fruits) and no alternative milk. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Great showers The walls are very thin. This didnt bother us that much given its a small hotel and there wasnt mych noise. Any noise however couldve been heard from our room. What truly bothered us and kept us up were the sheets. They seemed to be polyester. We woke up in the middle night sweaty and were unrested for the trip.

- Hubert (9/5): Bardzo polecam ten hotel! - Bardzo fajny pokój. Mega wygodne łóżko i bardzo miła obsługa. Śniadanie też bardzo smaczne. Bardzo dobra łazienka z różnymi szamponami, dużą liczbą ręczników etc. Jak przyjechałem w nocy recepcjonista była w kuchni. Możliwe, że coś załatwiał ale minęło trochę czasu zanim ktoś się ze mną zajął. Generalnie było fajnie.

- Anna (7/5): Nettes Hotel außerhalb der Stadt, solide 4 Sterne. - Schöne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung, abwechslungsreiches und leckeres Frühstück. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Wohngebiet, nah an einer lauten und stark befahrenen Straße. Die Lage war nicht ideal. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel waren die Zimmer ziemlich klein, auch das Restaurant war klein und spartanisch ausgestattet , Abendessen war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes, keine Weinkarte. Espresso wurde abends nicht mehr serviert. Kein Wellness, kein Fitnessstudio.

- Horváthová (10/5): - Všetko bolo super, ubytovanie čisté a čo veľmi oceňujem tak aj tiché. Útulné. Milo ma prekvapila kúpeľňa so súkromnou saunou. Personál bol veľmi ochotný a usmievavý. Raňajky ponúkali rôzne variácie jedál a boli veľmi chutné. Žiadne priemerné raňajky ako vo väčšine hotelov. Veľmi sa mi páčila aj vianočná atmosféra. Vianočná výzdoba so stromčekom a hudbou. Prostredie bola tiež pekné a na 15 minút cesty autom do centra. Nemám čo vytknúť.

T. nur lauwarm das Zimmer war sehr gut, Bad und Betten sehr gut , die Lage war ist sehr gut, mit der Straßenbahn kommt man gut ins Centrum das Restaurant wurde 22:00 Uhr geschlossen, eine Bar gab es nicht, so war der Abend um diese Zeit vorbei. ein längeres Verweilen in der Innenstadt funktionierte nur mit Nutzung zahlreicher Taxen ( preiswert )
