• Wolf-Hago (6/5): Lage gut, aber Hotel versprach im Angebot mehr als in der Realität - Lage für eine Städtereise ideal, Frühstück sehr ordentlich, Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Abbildungen, lagen in ersten Stock mit winzigsten Fenstern ( entgegen im Foto mit großen Fenstern) und insgesamt waren die Möbel abgewohnt, der Türrahmen im Bad schon vom herauslaufenden Wasser aus Dusche, da Vorhang viel zu kurz, sehr von Wasserspuren beschädigt
• Urte (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel - Super Lage 👍 nur wenige Minuten zum Stare Miasto 👍 sehr gutes Zimmer 👍 auch die kleine Terrasse war toll 👍sehr gutes Frühstück 👍 Kleines gemütliches Hotel, wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen! In der Wanne zu duschen war ziemlich rutschig, da müsste dringend eine Matte rein, damit es nicht so glatt ist!!!!! Für ältere Menschen vielleicht etwas gefährlich.
• ELENI (7/5): Το μόνο που άξιζε ήταν η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου κ το πρωινό. - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Ήταν όλα στα πόδια μας Οι κλειδαριές των δωματίων ήταν ξεχαρβαλωμένες. Στις 4 διανυκτερεύσεις δε μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Το μπάνιο είχε μπανιέρα, χωρίς μπαταρία, μόνο με ντουζιέρα και δε μπορούσαμε να πλυθούμε. Ήταν πολύ ψηλά κ τα νερά έβγαιναν στο πάτωμα. Πολύ κακή ηχομόνωση, άκουγες τους διπλανούς που έκαναν την ανάγκη τους, αλλά κ τις ιδιαίτερες στιγμές τους…

• Jana (10/5): - Boli sme maximálne spokojní s veľkosťou a čistotou izby. I keď izba bola trošku temnejšia, super výhodou bola terasa, na ktorej sme si mohli posedieť ako aj lavičky pred hotelom. Skvelé boli aj raňajky. Všetko bolo v poriadku.

• Margreet B-H (8/5): Top locatie, erg dicht bij het centrum de stad. - Het ontbijt was goed. Zelfs toen we vertelden dat we 's morgens om 5 uur vertrokken. Stond er om 5 uur ontbijt klaar om mee te nemen in de auto. Top geregeld! Er viel niets tegen.

• Angela (7/5): Bello ma da migliorare - La colazione buona anche con un po' di dolce e la posizione fantastica. Il fatto che facevano le pulizie troppo tardi, se si tornava in camera alle 13/14 non si aveva più la camera pulita.....e anche la pulizia non era approfondita.

Nel frigobar c'era una confezilne di formaggio spalmabile lasciata dagli ospiti che ci hanno preceduti. La colazione ripetitiva, un solo tipo di dolce.

El personal muy atentos y agradables, el director fue en todo momento muy correcto y muy agradable con ganas de ayudarnos, ya que tuvimos un problemilla y él no puso ninguna pega para solucionarlo. Las habitaciones muy amplias Los baños, necesitan una buena reforma. Había bañera en vez de ducha y el grifo de la ducha no se podía extraer, la cortina muy corta y se salía el agua, esto es la causa por la que no le pongo excelente.

• Hasan (8/5): Very good - Our rate included breakfast, which was standard buffet style, everything was fresh. We were even offered a takeaway breakfast for the morning we had an early trip booked. The hotel is in an excellent location, 5minutes walk from the old town square. All staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Dominique and Alexandra. My only criticism would be the furnishings/decor is a little dated, but that didn’t bother us. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

• Vitali (6/5): I would not recommend the stay if you need a quite place to rest - The location of the hotel is great, just 2 min away from the castle and 7 min from the market square. The breakfast was delicious The staff. The blond girl who has met us at the reception desk around 3-4 PM at April 18th was quite rude and indifferent to our requests. First, she didn't warned us about the road closure and possible blocking of the proposed parking due to the sport event the next day (she admitted the possibility only after a direct question, but still there was no info on closure terms). She also refused to check the room when we complied for the smell of mold (room 19), saying that no one has ever complained on the issue before, so if we don't like it we can simply check out from the hotel without any reimbursement. And she was eating some snacks during the conversation both times we've addressed her. That is outrageous! Soundproofing in the hotel was weak, and as the room's windows were facing the road it was a challenge to sleep due to the noise from the cars and the guests arriving late

A proximidade permite fazer praticamente tudo a pé e nos dá o privilégio de retornar ao hotel sempre que necessário. Atendimento de excelência e café da manhã maravilhoso. Fica o meu agradecimento a toda a equipe pela boa vontade e cordialidade. Tudo superou minhas expectativas.

Ausstattung verhältnismäßig neu. Super Lage in 2 Minuten zu Fuß im Herzen der Altstadt. Super leise! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Ogni giorno venivamo riforniti di due bottigliette d'acqua :un plus molto gradito. Nulla. Tutto ottimo.

• Andrea (8/5): Mindenképpen ajánlom. - Tetszett, hogy kevés szoba van, kicsi, családias a szálloda, a recepción dolgozók mindegyike kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli választékos, az ágy kényelmes, a szoba nagyméretű. A látnivalók közel vannak, gyalog bejárhatók. Csendes helyen van a szálloda. Ezeket csak azért írom, hogy más számoljon vele, én ezek ellenére visszajönnék. Nekem nem volt gond, de a felső szinten az ablak magasan van, nem lehet kilátni, ezzel számolni kell. A szobákban áthallás van, javaslom, hogy ha egymás melletti szobát kérnek, célszerű az egybenyitható szobákat kijelölni, ezzel a zaj talán csökkenthető.
