• Timothy (10/5): - This is a actually a legitimate short hire in an apartment block. You actually check-in in the sales office and the room was a spacious studio space with all the facilities promised. Location in the middle of Jomtien Beach but easy to access Pattaya by Bolt taxi

• Verified traveler (8/5): Penthouse with plunge pool - Nice spacious penthouse property with a lot of outdoor space. Close to the beach and a number of convenience stores. Only issues I encountered was the tv in main bedroom did not work despite raising it with the office , and whilst the properties have small pools they would be better described as plunge pools as they are small. Also getting in and out of the pools could prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues as no steps or pool ladder. This is a condo style property with an office but not the usual reception style you would get in a hotel.
• Dag (10/5): We will come back ! - A perfect place for a couple as us enjoying Jomtien beach. We had a one bedroom suite for 9 days. The suite was spacious and well decorated, suitable furniture and a balcony. The area is quiet. Bars and restaurants are in a walkable distance. The staff is helpful, serviceminded and attentive.

• Alexander Nikolaus (10/5): Perfect Appartements in a relaxed area - Very well designed apartments, beautiful pool, currently brand new. 7/11, some restaurants and the beach just a few steps away. Good parking. Not cheap but certainly worth the money.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is the best managed property in my many years of travel. Checkin took about two minutes.Pool area is very clean. There is also a well equipped gym, the security is excellent. If there was one thing that could improve is to have cards to the apartments and not keys. The property is also not good for anyone in a wheelchair.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great place for family holiday - Very good location, close to beach, nightmarket and eateries. Good staff and security. No noise. Bathroom needs attention, moulds on tiles. Excellent fully equipped kitchen. Would come again if they would make Wi-Fi to work. Despite several attempts staff could not make it to work which was a major problem as I needed to use it for business daily. Had to go to internet shop to use internet, not acceptable at this time for location like this. So unless I would get 100 percent. Warranty on this I will not consider. Otherwise no complaints
• joanne (10/5): Nice appartments - Really nice apartments close to night market a must visit, bars and restaurants. Close to beach and also has a very nice pool. Would recommend maids cleaned everyday clean towels etc. Easy check in and out and let us keep room on free as we had an evening flight. We will be back :-)

• Bernard (8/5): Nice Condo about 5 minutes walking to the beach - The condo is very comfortable, the view from our unit was not towards the beach. The bedroom air condition did not perform well on arrival, when advised the hotel sent a repair man right away and it was fixed. We arrived late after the office was closed, The security guard had been advised and helped us with the checking, the keys and the room.

Big pool and nice gym. 2 min walk to beach, bars & restaurants. Close to night market too. Have extended several times. Definetly recommend.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent - Good value for the money in terms of rom size and facilities. You get an apartment for the price of a hotel room. Housekeeping is not their strong suit, nor is customer service in the office. But if you want a kitchenette, or a bigger room, it's a decent option relative to the price of comparable hotels in the area. Pool is OK, functional but worn out fitness center.

• Annette (8/5): SPACIOUS AND CLEAN - These apartments were scrupulously clean, large and airy. Area looked a little out of the way when we first approached (via the soi), but in reality they are very well situated, walking distance to most things, with a million baht buses cruising the main beach road (only 10 baht to Pattaya central). Only one itty bitty thing. The shower was not very powerful and hot water was iffy at best, but let's face it, you don't need hot hot showers in this climate. Pool at this complex was awesome and the gym is pretty good too. Loved our stay here and will definitely recommend to our friends and will return when we are next in Pattaya.
• Kevin (8/5): Very comfortable - The one bedroom units are extremely comfortable with a large bedroom and a very functional kitchen,dining and lounge areas. Our unit unfortunately did not have a good view from the balcony but that would be the only negative about this unit.

• Timothy (10/5): Thaank you once again - This is the second time i have stayed here and both times were excellent great location to bars and food, the hotel has a great swimming pool and all of the staff are very nice and friendly to the lady at the front desk own to the security staff. Will stay here again for sure very impressed once again

Great room very clean ,great management and only a stones throw away from the beach. When I visit Pattaya again this is the hotel for me and my family .

• Fabricio (4/5): Horrible service - I liked the location, it was close to the beach and there is a night market nearby.The room was ok, the biggest problem with the room I got was that the only window it had was located next to a courtyard so I could not leave the curtains open at any time while I was in the room due to the lack of privacy and this was very annoying.The pool area and gym are nice and clean. The biggest problem with this property was the staff, they were extremely rude. The two ladies working at the "reception" were no willing to help with questions at all. Their English is very poor so whenever I asked them to repeat what they said they got really annoyed. It is actually shocking to see this kind of service, they would not even acknowledge that I was there, they would simply continue what they were doing, when I asked something they acted as if I interrupted something very important and they made sure it was very clear that they were annoyed by my presence there. Their check out time is 11 AM but I was not informed of this, I thought it was noon as in most other places, at 11:15 the reception lady called and in her broken English told me to leave or I would have to pay an extra night, I was ready anyway so I went down to the reception and then the lady told me to wait there until someone inspected the room to make sure everything was ok. I'm not going back there and I would not recommend this place to others.
