Very cool the first night. Young man came up next day and showed me the thermostat on wall which controls heat! I missed having a refrigerator in the room. The breakfasts were plentiful. Asked to talk to manager everyday for the 3 days we were here and was told he wasn't available. Rooms dirty, lobby bathrooms smelt of pee, trash cans overflowing. A dump. If I could give zero stars I would. Will NEVER stay here again!

We found it to be very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was their standard hot and cold with plenty of options. We would stay there again.

- Sean (10/5): - 1st off... The front desk manager, Tate, has absolutely won my business for life. He was beyond helpful, and went out of his was to help me with some of the disabilities I have. He had me helped well over a week before i even got there. The room was very nice and clean. Continental breakfast was... OK... using Kabasa sausages over breakfast sausage my wife and i didnt like at all, and neither did the others i talked to... but it was ok.... Over all i thought the hotel was good, and because of Tate i will always stay there when traveling through.

We stayed one night this trip but have stayed here once before on our long trips out to western Montana. The bed was comfortable and 2 different firmness pillows to choose from which I appreciate. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs. Chicken sausage and some yogurt....much more to chose from. Overall, I recommend it.

They had zero rooms that I could use once I arrived. I didn’t like that Booking.com set me up at a full hotel that I was unable to stay at. I hope that they didn’t charge me for this.

- Leslie (8/5): After a long travel day… - The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The workout room had a variety of options and all of the machines worked. The only deduction in a star was the maid service overlooking making up the hide a bed sofa for our children.
