Teshia (4/5): - The staff was awesome. They made accommodation for me with a room on the first floor as they website said there was room but they were overbooked. The room had this really bad smell. I bought spray but that didn't work. Because I was in town for a funeral I didn't want to complain. As I would have had to find another room so short notice.

Went down to the desk and reported the issue and they told me they would have mainenance come check it. but I just asked if they had a plunger and I could try that. They did, and that fixed the problem quickly. I told them that should earn me a free breakfast! LOL

The pool was very cloudy so we didn’t use the pool. However the rooms were clean and big. We will definately stay here again when we are in town!

When we got there she couldn't find our reservations then after she did she informed us someone had already checked into our room. (Which wasn’t us) After a short while they put us in another room. The lady working the front desk was not so excited to be at work that night. Not a friendly attitude at all. Had to do cold showers due to their hot water heater not working. Room smelled like smoke and mildew.

When we had the opportunity to come this way again, I naturally booked this hotel due to the great experience we had last time. However, the hotel has not been kept up. When we walked into our room, it had just been cleaned and smelled fresh. However, it was a a surface clean. When the smell wore off, it was musty. The shower head had black goop on it, the carpets were stained and the bedding was dingy. The hallways smelled musty as well. The pool area was not clean and there was a dead roach by the dirty lounge chairs. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good except for the lack of milk for the cereal on Sunday. The receptionist and breakfast ladies were sweet and helpful. It’s just a shame that a hotel that nice has not been kept up to its glory. There are a lot of people that stay in this hotel and it needs a good scrubbing.

There needs to be a second elevator, because this was old and shaky at times. I was a little nervous every time we were on it. Also I believe a staffer has their car parked in the handicap parking space the entire time we was there. It wasn't a handicap sticker to be seen just a sun blocker screen on it. So my husband could not use the space nor could his sister when she visited us. Shame on this person of it was. Other than this it was a good stay. Will stay again but will ask for the first floor so we don't have to deal with the scary elevator.

Dawn (8/5): Wonderful not so good breakfast - We had a great room. Very quiet, clean and comfy. Slept well and didn't hear any outside sounds. Breakfast was ok. We don't care for the little monkeys with cheese that they serve and they didn't even offer oatmeal so we went someplace else for breakfast. Wasn't ideal but wasn't bad either. I would stay here again and hope they have scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Lori (2/5): No honor - This particular Comfort Suites(I've stayed at several) DO NOT HONOR reservations. As I was booking the room, I opted for Pay at the Property ..which means exactly that. The day of my check in , they tried to charge my bank account at 4 pm and it didn't go thru. It didn't go thru because I keep my bank card locked (except for auto drafts or recurring charges)for reasons of fraudulent charges. None the less, it was an eventful weekend and I had booked the room 2 months in advance so I got a good rate. They cxl my room in order to sell it for 3-4 times the rate I had. I know this because I worked at hotels for years..I know. Talk about a horrible feeling when ur told ur reservations has been cancelled 5 hours from home with your 2 minor children at 11 pm and it's a special event weekend in "the country"...it's traumatic! Reservations don't mean nothing to Comfort Suites
