Matthew (10/5): - Very modern hotel, view of Gwangan Bridge from room. Streets around the hotel are lined with Cherry Blossom trees just in general the hotel is in a quiet pocket of Busan. Welcome gift of cheesecake and wine. Its a little bit inconvenient for transport, close to a 30 minute walk to nearest metro. However thats probably thr trade off for staying in a quieter area of Busan.

Anna (9/5): Nice place to stay, aside from the noise from the nearby bridge highway. - The hotel is quite new - I liked the building and the room. The bed was very comfortable. The location worked well for us, although we mostly got around by taxi rather than public transportation. The hotel description highlights a view of the bridge, but it’s actually a two-level highway, so it can be quite noisy (especially for light sleepers at night). The windows don’t provide perfect sound insulation, so even when they’re closed, you can still hear the noise. We stayed there at the end of April, and breakfast was not available on weekdays, only on weekends.

This level of honesty, attention to detail, and care is very much appreciated and shows their professionalism. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Melinda (10/5): Perfect Hotel - Front desk staff knew multiple languages (several spoke English like a native language), the check in area was spacious and comfortable, front desk staff anticipated needs before I even spoke, luggage locker check in area was spacious and easy, cleaning was phenomenally well done, beds were like brand new and comfortable, bathrobes were thick and cozy, water pressure was excellent with beautiful, modern bathrooms, room size was luxurious, views were gorgeous, hotel atmosphere was calm and restful, and proximity to attractions perfect. Next visit, I will check first if the hotel has rooms before booking my flight. Please congratulate your incredible staff. I didnt like having to leave, lol. I wish I could stay longer. Also, I wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant, but it didnt serve Korean food.

Zuhair (10/5): Highly recommended - Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. One of the male concierge was able to help me plan a whole day of activities without needing to book an expensive tour. Located in a quiet part of Gwangalli but still a 20min walk from the beach. Rooms were very good size and spacious bathroom too. Extremely good value for money, no idea why it’s only 3 star, hopefully price doesn’t increase. View from the bedroom was amazing if you book a sea view room. Loved every part of it.

Tim Lutz Frank (9/5): - Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich, mit zwei großen Fenstern, die direkt auf die Skyline auf der anderen Seite des Flusses blickten – besonders am Abend ein tolles Bild. Dank der typisch koreanischen Fußbodenheizung war das Zimmer jederzeit angenehm warm, was im Winter wirklich wertvoll war. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch die kleinen Extras: kostenloses Wasser, sowie Tee und Kaffee zum Aufbrühen. Ein Mini-Kühlschrank war ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen – dort konnte man zwar nicht wirklich bequem sitzen, weil es etwas eng war –, aber es gab zusätzlich noch einen separaten kleinen Arbeitstisch, was sehr praktisch war. Das Bad war angenehm groß und mit einer modernen koreanischen Toilette ausgestattet, inklusive der bekannten Features, die man sonst eher aus Japan kennt. Die Dusche war ausreichend groß und insgesamt gut gestaltet. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt: direkt an der Küste, in der Nähe des Strandes, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden von Busan waren gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr sauberer, komfortabler Aufenthalt. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Lage: Die Lage würde ich als solide, aber nicht ideal bezeichnen. Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Küste und in der Nähe des Strandes, allerdings ist die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nicht optimal. Es gibt zwar eine Buslinie, aber keine Metrostation in der Nähe. Wer täglich quer durch Busan reisen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen möchte, muss entweder längere Wege in Kauf nehmen oder auf Taxi- bzw. Uber-Fahrten ausweichen. Für uns war es in Ordnung, da wir auch einfach entspannen wollten, aber für rein touristische Trips ist es nicht die beste Ausgangslage.

JQ (10/5): Excellent hotel in a quiet area - This was the best hotel in our trip in South Korea. The location is perfect, very quiet and mostly residential area. As transportation is very easy in South Korea, here also it was easy to get a bus to any destination. There are some cafés nearby (and one at the hotel). The views to the bay and bridge are impressive. Excellent staff. We had also dinner once and it was really good. I recommend this hotel and I would come back again for sure. It was a pity that there was no breakfast on weekends.

June (10/5): A good hotel stay that spoils the guests - Location is great for all sightseeing locations, in between Gamcheon village to the West, Haeundae to the East and Beomosa to the North. The room has an unblocked view of Gwanganli bridge and beach with awesome sunrise everyday we were there, with view of the popular running track. So even though no gym, the running track being just right outside the hotel is great. The room is bigger than our expectations, toilet is huge. The hotel is just 2 mins from a vegetarian restaurant and a good Busan local delight pork soup rice, 15 mins walk to Millac Market and 25 mins walk from a good brunch place called Working Holiday. Running to Working Holiday and back to Hotel is close to 5km. There is a convenience store just downstairs. There is a drone show on Sat night, vibes in this neighbourhood is really good. It's not a huge problem but it will take a while to get a taxi on the app as the hotel is located on the quieter side of Gwanganli (which we really liked)

There are not enough places to hang wet towels in the bathroom. There are no luggage racks in the room. It is far from the subway, but buses run regularly and go to almost anywhere in the city. Taxis are not expensive (we paid 15,000 won from the hotel to Busan Station).

Katarzyna (8/5): Great location with beautiful views and very clean rooms - The hotel is just a few hundred meters from the beach and offers an amazing view of the bridge and the bay. It’s very quiet, especially on the higher floors, and everything is spotlessly clean. There’s a fantastic vegetarian restaurant on the 9th floor of the building next door, and about 500 meters away, Marento serves excellent continental breakfasts and brunch. Things to note: Breakfast is only available on weekends and only until 9:30 a.m., so plan ahead. The hotel is reachable by bus, but if you’re coming from the airport or train station, you’ll need to take a taxi or Uber, as large suitcases aren’t allowed on buses. Getting to the main city attractions takes at least an hour — but that’s quite typical for Busan, where everything is spread out. Also, the air conditioning in the room is quite loud, which might be bothersome at night.

W takiej sytuacji jak pomyłka była z ich strony nie powinni przenosić gości i to jeszcze do pokoju na przeciwko windy.

Staff were great and spoke multiple languages. emart24 on the first floor was handy. The A/C keeps working even when you take off the card key when going out, which is rare in Korean hotels. Will def come back! I wish there were trash cans for both bedroom and the living room for presidential suite as I had to take trash across the room. Those 4 pillows I had were all the same in terms of softness, but different types would’ve been nicer. The A/C was quite loud at night so were the bikers outside, I was glad I had earplugs.
