The hotel is absolutely lovely and very well equipped. The rooms are beautifully clean and a delight to stay in.The hosts, Liz and Graeme, are very friendly and warm people and I can honestly say that I have never stayed at a better hotel or B&B. They deserve every success because they are so good at what they do.

Liz and Graeme truly give you the feel that nothing is too much for them to make your stay special.
The location is really great with four good eateries on the doorstep and easy travel to many places
The décor and cleanliness throughout are exemplary.
The breakfast is fresh, well prepared and tailoured to your choice.
The room was well appointed with nice touches and the bed was really comfortable.
All in all .. nearly perfect!
In fairness to other travellers we did have a small problem with hot water and the toilet which are probably minor problems others will not experience. Like other reviewers though we found it was a little too warm at night despite having no heating on and the windows open.
The one issue that took us aback though was the lack of "Do not disturb" option for the door. We rather like our privacy on such occasions and were totally surprised when our room was serviced whilst we were at breakfast and pots were taken away on another occasion. For some this might be an issue and like them I didn't want to have the discussion with the owners face to face when a simple "Do not disturb" sign would have done.
In fairness we would definitely look to stay again when we’re in the area as it's a great place to say and possibly the best B&B we've stayed in!
- Rachael (10/5): A very warm welcome. - The hosts were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommended.
- Paul (10/5): High quality b&b. - Very comfortable accommodation with welcoming hosts. The room was a bit too warm but that could have been me not being able to work out the control.
- Jennifer (10/5): A gem - The hosts at this B&B were great, I had a very warm welcome. The room I had was on the ground floor, it was very spacious, warm, well considered and with the walk in shower would be suitable for someone with mobility difficulties. The home cooked breakfast was also fantastic. I would happily return here, definitely a great place in a lovely location.
- Dean (10/5): Superb b & b - A fabulous bed & breakfast. The owners accommodated a late check in and breakfast was second to none.
Highly recommended.
- Verified traveler (10/5): The best B and B I've stayed in for a while - Very clean very modern and comfortable. Very welcoming and friendly. Close to restaurants and local pubs literally a few minutes walk down the road. Will definitely stay there again in the future if we ars in that area.
