- James (10/5): Good value for the money. - I was in the area for business and to play golf with friends. The stay was quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast and more than enough food at dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. Near the best golf courses in Thailand but not the easiest to find for business activities. Avoids the whole Pattaya beach environment. I will return if in the area again. The shower was in a big open tub area and I had to be careful not to splash water too much. Not too bad, just different.

- lynn (8/5): Good and quiet for pattaya - First, Very attentive staffs even tho there weren’t many of them around. We have to praise them for that. The room is a good size maybe the view from our room wasn’t that great but we only stay there during morning n evening didn’t bother us much. The pool looks good. Breakfast good, for the money we spent was reasonable but should maybe have more options tho The air con in our room was a bit loud even after adjusting to low fan an I guess they may need to service it soon. There could be more towels in room and maybe soap for bath. Too bad the spa is not there anymore so it s not as luxury as it should be esp for the pricing of the private pool villas, more is expected. Design is a little outdated but that is personal opinion.

- Aman (5/5): Go only for the room, not the service - Passable. - The villa was a 2 bedroom one, it had ample of space and had tons of natural light. The private pool was very good, clean and gave us the privacy we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were moderately stocked and the appliances were in perfect working condition. The restaurant was phenomenal with the chef paying extra attention to our requirements. Very tasty food, would definitely recommend the Thai food. Our welcome at the property was atrocious because we were met with a member of staff that clearly didn't want to be there. He would not reply to any of our queries, simply saying "I dont know" when we asked him about the property and its facilities. The Wi-Fi does not work, despite them giving you a password; when the reception was asked about this, we were greeted by the same man saying, "I dont know." The breakfast is below average at best, the buffet spread was extremely limited, with some of the items going stale.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - 現金1万円(日本円で)とモバイルバッテリーを盗まれました。 2泊したのですが、その日は1日ホテルの中で過ごす予定だったので ①朝食ビュッフェを1時間ほど、 ②ホテルの中のプールでま3時間ほど ③夜ご飯もホテルレストランで2時間ほど 計6時間部屋を空けていました。 夕食後部屋に戻って、翌日のチェックアウトの準備をしていた時に、前日外出して部屋に戻ってきて確認した時にはあった現金6万5千円が、5万5千円しかありませんでした。 モバイルバッテリーも2つあったのに、1つしかありませんでした。 さらにびっくりなのは、ベッドメイキングを頼んでいないのに、ということです。 私たちが完全に気を許していることを逆手に大胆にヤラれました。 ホテル自体はとてもよくて、交通の便は悪いのでタクシー代はかかりますが、本当に気持ちよく過ごせて、レストランの方やフロントの方は本当に素敵なおもてなしをしてくれたので、リピートあり♪と思っていたのに、そんな話をしている時に発覚し、最後の最後に本当に嫌な気持ちになりました。 たった1人のその盗みという行動で台無しでした。 リピートはありません。

- Daniel (8/5): Great place to stay, but needs a little work. - Room was nice, just experienced a lot of mesquitos and bugs even after spraying the room. I hope the hotel can improve pest control. Aircon seems to escape from the bathroom doors as they don’t seal properly. Had to crack up the aircon to stay cool. Food service at the V - Terace was great and Thai and international food quality was really good and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant needs to improve pest control as we spent alot of time trying to keep the flies from landing on our food. We sent an email to the reservations regarding our arrival and requested for Airport pick up and room amentites, however we didn’t get any reply.

I saw some leaves, flowers inside the pool. Next one is the room next to me is very loud at night around 1-2 am. I could not sleep at that time.

I cant change my booking because it is advanced payment that can`t cancel. I called orbitz and explain about security problems of villa villa Pattaya for canceling it before go to there but I cant cancel it and Orbitz tellers said me that they will remove villa villa Pattaya in their hotel list. People can still book this resort in their website. But now I warn everyone strongly about villa villa Pattaya. Don`t go to there. Finally someone stole my expensive two T-shirt(Saint Laurent and Valentino value $1000). Resort staffs cant help to find your belongings. They said me that you may lost those in other place. But I knew that villa villa Pattaya was not safe. So I checked and kept an eye on my valued belongings when I arrived at there. I Put expensive things into my backpack and went outside all day even though when I went to have breakfast But I can`t carry all my belongings like clothes and other shoes. Finally I found that i lost my Two T-shirt in the morning. I cant find my most expensive two T-shirt. Moreover this resort is very far from Pattaya main city. It is like another area. You can`t do anythings if you stay in this resort because nothing is around the resort. Resort staffs call taxi for you 500 baht to go pattaya beach area. It is quiet expensive. It is a total wasted of money and time.

We enjoy a lot and highly recommend to stay for relaxing! But there are only 2-3 English TV channel.....Others are mainly Thai TV program...
- 후니 (10/5): 빌라빌라 최고 - 빌라빌라 파타야는 럭셔리 리조트라 부촌의 빌라촌에 위치해잇어요. 시내랑은 한 20분 거리에 떨어져 잇어서 항상 400바트를 내구 택시로 이동해야되서 교통비는 들지만 숙박비의 가성비 대비 너무너무 시설 좋고 이쁜 리조트예요~ 조식부페의 가짓수는 적지만 맛잇고 단품요리가 정말 특급호텔 요리처럼 맛잇엇어요 직원들도 친절하구 리조트 내부도 이쁘고 수영장도 따듯하고 이뻐서 나무랄데가 없네요 다음에 또 가고 싶어요~~~~ 셔틀만 잇다면 정말 최고일듯~~ 추천합니다
- Edgar (8/5): Thai Luxury in a Perfect Location - Our stay was a dream to come true. Lovely resort with all the facilities one can dream of. The whole resort has a wonderful landscaped garden, worked in details. Rooms are of luxury fitting, nice bathrooms. Nice restaurant serving a good array of Thai and Western dishes. Nice breakfast spread. Pool is lovely and of pure enjoyment. To sum it up, for the price range offered, this is a must to stay, as long one wishes to be private and in a very quiet surrounding. Excellent limousine service given upon departure back to Bangkok. One major handicap is that the staff have no command of English at all, except for one person, who is not there most of the time. Furthermore, let the employees get some hotel training. It will help a lot for its future business.
- Clement (8/5): Great little resort, inconvenient location - Villa Villa Pattaya is a beautifully decorated micro-resort away from the touristy areas of Pattaya. The hotel has a beautiful pool, a relatively nice restaurant that serves breakfast (included) and meals at other times. The food is actually pretty good, too. I stayed at a room with a private pool. The room itself is beautiful and the room alone is worth all the $. The Spa is not bad either (price is a lot higher than "local spas" but it's a legit spa rather than.... what one would find on a Thai street) The one huge issue with this place is its location. Going in, I knew that I wanted some place a bit farther from the main attractions for a nice, relaxing vacation. However, if you intend to even visit the main beach or Pattaya area even once, be warned! Taxi drivers WILL NOT know how to get you back to the hotel. Every night after dinner or an excursion, I worried about how to get back. Another issue with this place is that only 1 person on staff spoke ANY English at all. One would imagine that the front desk would speak at least a few words of English. But nope. My strategy was to call for room service. Then when the server arrived, then show and point to what I needed to the server... Despite some issues of location and language barrier, Villa Villa was still a very wonderful stay, especially if you are low-maintenance and are looking for a very private retreat.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 第一次沒有客人入住的酒店 - 共入住3天, 我相信頭2天是只我們兩人入住, 周圍都沒有客人, 員工很少, 只有一間餐廳, 如要入住必定要買足所有食物及日用品; 本身入住的In love Sky, 原來上樓後已達露台, 重點想提的是, 任何人都可以隨時上來, 令人覺得沒有安全感, 故後2天都比錢upgrade pool villa, 感覺好好多 早餐一般, 只有4款set breakfast, Receptionist 不太友善...地方很細, 整體一般
- Lisa (10/5): Beautiful resort about 30 mins from Pattaya City - Villa Villa is a beautiful and quiet resort around 30 minutes outside of Pattaya City. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax and unwind during your trip to Thailand then Villa Villa is ideal. Staff are fantastic, attentive and always happy to help. We stayed in a deluxe garden room over New Year and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and tidy with a beautiful bathroom area with all necessary facilities including an over bath rainfall shower. The food at the resort was fantastic. For a small resort there was lots of choice, and a lot of seafood but also had a western menu. Resort prices were very reasonable for food and drink. The pool area is beautiful and food and drink service, poolside is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

- Mitti (4/5): めちゃくちゃ辺鄙なところです。 - このホテル、ダメです。地元の人でも場所知らなくて苦労しました。 移動手段はタクシーしかないですが当然足元見られます。 バンコクに戻る時、フロントにタクシー頼んだら無理と言われ、タクシー会社に電話させて自分で交渉しました。 バンコクからは1500バーツだったのに帰りは粘って2000バーツです。 正直、絶対辞めた方がいいです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): Zu weit von allem - Grundsätzlich ein sehr gutes Hotel. Einzig negativer Punkt ist die Entfernung zu allem. Das Hotel eigene Restaurant schliesst um 19.00, dann ist man auf ein Taxi angewiesen. Dies kostet pauschal 400 Baht egal wo es hin geht :-(

- Verified traveler (8/5): Cozy and Nice hotel - The hotel is really nice, clean and modern decorated. It has everything you possibly need. Its located away from Pattaya city which was exactly what I wanted, but for someone with intention to party every night in town might find it a bit far to get back late at night. Breakfast and food is good, nice staff and service at the restaurant and they have a surprisingly nice SPA hidden on the backside. Pool and pool area is beautiful, clean and nice. Development areas would be: 1. to get decent prices for taxi service from and to the hotel 2. Bike and/or motorbike rental so you easily could get around in the area 3. More service minded and friendly staff (night shifts). Overall I recommend guests to stay here!
