• Fabiola (10/5): Excellent location, super comfortable and clean apartment ! - Excellent location, super handy as it's very near Atocha Station. pool and jacuzzi there but we did not get to use it, lack of time, but great feature ! Rooms super comfy and 2 bathrooms and kitchen and coffee machine there, very very comfortable ! nothing, it was all perfect ! Would definitely book again & recommend to anyone !

• Alexis (7/5): Week-end familial à Madrid - La personne nous ayant accueillis le premier jour était très aidante et sympathique. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir notre chambre prête en avance et nous avons pu y accéder dès notre arrivée. La piscine a le mérite d'exister mais elle est petite et la "pool area" est vraiment réduite. Les appartements sont propres et fonctionnels. Le prix me paraît élevé mais c'était de loin la meilleure affaire lors de notre séjour. La luminosité de la salle de bain est quasi inexistante. Bien que l'hôtel se situe "à proximité" des zones touristiques, il reste très excentré, et le moindre déplacement vers les premières choses à voir prend du temps !

• SUBAŞI (8/5): - The location was very close (3 min) to the subway, shops, and other cafes. The place had everything you may need in a house(iron, dishwasher, washing machine and required supplies for them)., The staff was helpful and kind. Maybe it is written somewhere; however, I did not see it. They accept payment in the hotel, that's why I assumed I could pay in cash. However, when I arrived late(12 am), there was only a machine that you could only pay via bank card, which was frustrating for us. We were prepared for cash payment. So it would be useful to mention that if you come outside reception hours, you have to pay by bank card. Second thing was the heaters. First day we could not turn the heater on and second day we did, but it was too much. Third day, thanks to the guys in reception, we could figure it out. Of course, we could have asked earlier but because of our schedule we had to always leaver earlier than 9 am and arrive later than 5 pm :(

• 郭 (9/5): - 走路三分鐘內的路程就有三間超市，距離地鐵站和阿托查火車站也非常近，到馬德里機場只需要到火車站附近的站牌搭乘巴士就可以直達 入住即使在櫃檯下班的時候也可以透過自助機器check in，很方便 有電梯，房間滿舒適，有小廚房也有洗衣機，房間垃圾桶如果滿了也可以自己拿到-3樓的大垃圾桶丟 不過浴室的浴缸沒有浴簾，而是一塊只能遮住半邊浴缸的旋轉式玻璃板，洗澡的時候水會容易噴出來導致浴室地板濕答答，但因為這邊濕度很低所以很快就會乾掉

• MarceRiro (10/5): Perfect stay! - Everything was fantastic. The flat is very spacious, with comfortable beds and well-equipped. I was not expecting to get a free cleaning for having a booking of over 7 days, so that was a bonus. Very well-located in Madrid, next to Atocha station and many other attractions. A special nod to Adrien, who wonderfully helped us upon our arrival, was very friendly and kind, and was always extremely responsive with all my messages via the booking.com app. I highly recommend it. Nothing to say, everything was perfect!

• JanPac (9/5): Byłem w Madrycie w celach turystycznych. A apartamenty Eric Vokel oferowały relatywnie niską cenę. - Lokalizacja blisko metra dworca kolejowego i autobusów miejskich. Sklepy spożywcze w pobliżu. Można znaleźć niedaleko kilka małych restauracji. Ogólnie dla zwiedzania miasta i wyjazdu do Toledo bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Obiekt nie wzbudził we mnie negatywnych emocji. Może tylko brakowało krótkich instrukcji obsługi urządzeń takich jak kuchenka mikrofalowa, pralka czy zmywarka. Ale nie było to dla mnie dużym problemem.

Na zdjęciach obiekt wyglądał lepiej - na miejscu widać było ślady zużycia, a niektórym elementom przydałoby się odświeżanie. W łazience jednego dnia pojawiły się mrówki i chociaż po zgłoszeniu personel zareagował błyskawicznie, jednak sam fakt obniżył komfort pobytu.

Κλείσαμε για 4 άτομα, όμως το κατάλυμα διέθετε μόνο ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ, κάτι που δεν είναι επαρκές για άνετη διαμονή τεσσάρων ατόμων. Κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας (3 ημέρες), δεν έγινε καμία βασική καθαριότητα — ούτε καν αλλαγή στις σακούλες απορριμμάτων. Το πιο απογοητευτικό ήταν ότι την τελευταία ημέρα δεν υπήρχε καθόλου ζεστό νερό. Για 220€ τη βραδιά, οι παροχές και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ κάτω από τις προσδοκίες. Δεν θα το προτείναμε.
• Damir (9/5): - This aprtment is very well located in Atocha neighborhood. This specific one had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which made our stay very comfortable. Apartment was impecably clean. Nice kitchen equipment. During our 5-day stay we had one afternoon and evening without WIFI connection but this was taken care of first thing in the morning. It can take time for warm water to come to the shower, but these are all minor things and overall it is a serious aparthotel and you will get your money worth.
• Mukarram (8/5): Overall, I would say that it is a very good apartment on a very good location - The location is perfect for anyone taking a train from or arriving at Atocha Station. The Atocha station is only 10 minutes' walk. In addition, it is also very close to all central attractions. Overall, I would say that it is a very good apartment. It would be a perfect stay if they could improve minor stuffs. The check in and check out was very easy and simple with clear instructions from the management. However, they need to improve little bit better on the room signs etc. We arrived at around 1 AM and when we checked in then it gave room number 01. We were not able to find out room 01. There was only one room downstairs and it had written pool entry. Even we opened that door and because it was completely dark so we could not see that there was a room marked with 01. We dialed the number 8000 from the attached phone. The operator was not able to help us and we spent almost 30 to 40 minutes with him and he could not figure out where is room 01. Luckily I again opened the pool room and were able to find out room 01. It would be better if they can provide clear map or instructions for future residents. The other thing was that sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It started hurting the back after sleeping for 1 day.

• Connector05192216629 (2/5): No communication from host despite emails! - We are about to stay at this property in a few days and have sent 2x emails asking about how we check in as our flight arrives after 5pm and apparently reception only operates until 5pm but to date still not received any response whatsoever. We are travelling with young kids so trying to be prepared but it is very discerning to get nil response whatsoever. Very unprofessional for a business that gives the vibe of luxury when lacking basic communication skills.

Se trata de un apartamento muy bien equipado y con una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo importante. Disponer de parking propio facilita muchísimo la logística del viaje. Todo esto, sumado a la amabilidad y profesionalidad del equipo de recepción, hace que la experiencia sea redonda. Sin duda, para repetir.

La ubicación muy buena a menos de 10 minutos andando desde atocha. El sofá-cama era muy incómodo, deberían renovarlo porque se hundía por varias zonas. El alojamiento para 4 personas está bien pero si sois 6, no pasaría más de una noche. Si mejoraran la calidad del sofá estaría de 10. Recomiendo hacer el check-in con anterioridad porque es un poco tedioso meter los datos en la máquina.

Located in a lovely neighborhood walking distance from Atocha station, the hotel offers a quiet and pleasant atmosphere while staying in Madrid. The apartment we got, 51, was very clean, well appointed and with every possible convenience one may need. The breakfast basket was a nice touch and the products it contained were of good quality and tasty. There is a pool, which we saw from our unit but did not visit given that it was winter. Very nice experience and definitely will stay here next time we are in Madrid.
