• Susan (8/5): Pleasant hotel - Nice , quirky little hotel in a great location in the old town. Rooms a little different to the majority of hotels, had a traditional feel to them and balcony overlooking the pool. Pretty property tucked away The area around the pool felt it needed a general clean up. Facilities a little dated but there was some work going on when we stayed so maybe this is being addressed. Some creature , not sure if it was a bird or frog or what made a noise like a dripping tap all night long outside . Ear plugs are supplied in the room suggesting this is an ongoing issue.
• MOHAMMED (9/5): Belle séjour à Chiang mai, en plein cœur de vieille ville, personnel gentille et accueillante. Nombreuses activités à ef - L’emplacement très centrale, accéder au marché de nuit et nombreux restaurants accessibles à pieds. Une décoration des parties communs somptueux avec des petites objets insolites partout dans le jardin et salles communes. Aucune bruit la nuit de notre chambre. Bon conseils à l’accueil concernant les salon de massage, et échange. Grande chambre et salle de bains. Petite déjeuner copieux avec nombreuses plats locales, il faut demander de faire un omelette ou œufs au plat frais. Le personnel très accueillant, aucune fausse note. Notre chambre manquait de luminosité.

Hotel boutique et avec du personnellement toujours disponible et satisfaisants toutes les demandes J'ai demandé un changement de chambre car la première était un peu bruyante et sombre. La nouvelle chambre attribuée était tout a fait à mon gout
• Hinka (8/5): Prima verblijf, maar niet bijzonder - Ruime familiekamer en badkamer. Prima locatie ten opzichte van het oude centrum. Op het balkon geen wasrekje voor bijvoorbeeld je natte zwemkleding. Ook personeel (behalve receptie en bewaker) zeiden geen gedag in het voorbij gaan.

Felt safe - The pool is lovely but loses sun during the day for sunbathing Location is within walking distance of the square and down a quiet street location was good. Staff didnt really inform of anything had to find things out for myself. Didnt realise the restaurant was part of the hotel and can use call bell to order drinks at pool. It wasn’t clear. Room was very very dark window in bathroom that didn’t give light to the room at all. Bed was so so hard and uncomfortable. No English Tv channels apart from American news show on loop same stuff all day everyday. 1 English film channel which was glitched and so old weird movies

• LYDIA (7/5): It was satisfactory for what I needed but the above issues mean I won’t stay at the hotel again. - Best location and pool great to cool down. My room had no window in the main room and only a window in the bathroom. Given the interior is all dark wood the lights had to be on all the time and it felt claustrophobic as a consequence. I stayed a week and the breakfast was the same every day with no variation in the bread or cereal or fruit on offer.

Lot of mosquitos around the pool area that make it difficult to stay! No windows in the room so make it very dark but good to have a good night of sleep!

• Damien (9/5): Lovely hotel, great location, staff and facilities, nice rooms but breakfast could have been better. - Lovely hotel, great staff, nice room, bed a little on the hard side (two large signles pushed together to make a 'king'), reasonable gym, good pool, good location about 400 metres from the moat and another 200 to Tha Pe Gate. I would happily go back there. Breakfast was okay but not great - couple of Chinese-type dishes, scrambled and fried eggs, awful 'bacon' (looked like a thin slice of boiled Spam), coffee in the pot was undrinkable - Nescafe was better, which is saying something. Limited fruit options. Pastries were stale.

• Monique (8/5): Excellent location for a family and to explore ChiangMai Old City. - Lovely hotel with beautiful facilities, the pool was a highlight for our family. The location in the Old City was perfect and very close to the Sunday Night Walking Markets. Resturants, 7-Eleven, massage places and shops all within walking distance. The breakfast was great. We had 2 seperate rooms on different floors to accommodate our family of five. Our Airconditioning wasn't great in our room, and the bathroom tap's were falling off but otherwise our room was great.

• Nadia (8/5): - Heel gezellig, intiem hotel met prachtige houten details en een mooie tuin. De ligging is fantastisch. De familiekamer is ruim en heeft een erg grote badkamer. De bedden zijn heel comfortabel. Het personeel is behulpzaam. Alles was schoon. Een hotel met karakter waar we graag nog een keer verblijven. Het enige probleem was in de badkamer. Het water in de douche liep niet goed weg. We douchten ons daarom in het bad, maar dat was lek, dus hadden we water in de badkamer. Gelukkig was er een putje waardoor het weg liep. En de badkamer is zo groot dat we geen last hadden van wat water op de vloer. Helaas hadden we geen uitzicht vanuit de kamer maar keken we uit op een muur. Hierdoor heb je natuurlijk wel veel privacy.

• Pascal (10/5): Exceptionnel - Super hôtel avec un personnel chaleureux, efficace et toujours disponible. Très bon emplacement qui permet d'être au calme avec un jolie piscine et près de la porte Tae Phrae et du night market du dimanche soir. Le petit déjeuner est excellent dans un cadre très bien aménagé avec des poissons, des fontaines d'eau, le chant des oiseaux et un espace béni au pied d'un arbre. Tout est parfait

• WetDreamz (8/5): Excellent week for walking the canals and visiting temples. Don't miss the Silver Temple! - Excellent location for old city and canal walks, including many fantastic temples. View from the room, just rooftops, however, doubt you would see much in this area.
• Cheryl (7/5): - Nice hotel situated in a quiet part of Chiang Mai within the city walls. The room was a good size, bathroom was great with bath and shower available. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We didn't have time to make use of the swimming pool but it looked clean and towels were readily available. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food and a live cooking station. WiFi was patchy and kept dropping out.

• Alexander (8/5): Nettes Hotel direkt im Zentrum - Die Lage im Zentrum ist optimal. man kann zu Fuß die wichtigsten Tempelanlagen erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm nach einer Stadtbesichtigung. Es sind auch ausreichend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool. Wenn man einen "late check out" möchte zahlt man fast den gleichen Zimmerpreis. Da könnt man etwas toleranter sein.

Personal var trevlig och hjälpsamma. Frukost var bra lagom med mat och jätte god. Sängen var lite för hög för mig som är 153 lång. Poolen var inte städat varje dag det ligger en mäng sand på botten och blad från trädet.

La jolie piscine agréable après les visites. Nous avions une chambre lumineuse au quatrième.au premier ou deuxième ce n’est pas le cas. L’eau chaude difficile à avoir dans la douche. Les clients bruyants et impolis (mais ça,ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel)

• aurelie (9/5): - Tout était super !! nous avons passé un très bon moment avec nos 2 enfants. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. La chambre familiale est très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute, et de très bon conseil, prêt à aider ou organiser toutes vos excursions. La piscine est grande et super pour faire une petite pause fraîcheur dans la journée. Le petit jardin est très agréable. On recommande à 100% Rien !
• Leivers (7/5): Yes but no but! - The swimmimg pool and just off the main street, the look of the place, bed comfortable, the restaurant thats part of the hotel was really good, inexpensive and really attentive staff. The breakfast was just about tolerable and im not usually fussy, room a bit dated, shower was shooting out water where it shouldn't have been, lights were too dim in bathroom
