It is run by a lovely couple who are very helpful, if you need anything or want to know what is around the area then just ask.
Very peaceful and nice walks around the area.

- Barbara (10/5): Comfortable place to stay near Longleat. - The breakfast was excellent.
Nice comfortable room.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional - A warm welcome from Trisha the owner, with tea and cake thrown in.
This is a very comfortable and well equipped property, ideally situated for our stay and visit to the local attractions, like Longleat and Stone Henge.
Fabulous breakfast, with ample choice.
- Deborah (10/5): Beautiful, immaculate & welcoming B & B - On our arrival, we received such a warm welcome from Trisha. Once we had settled into our room, which was spacious, immaculately clean, and all necessities catered for, we were invited downstairs to a welcome cup of tea and a slice of delicious homemade almond and blueberry cake.
Our cooked breakfasts both mornings of our stay were delicious, and there was a good selection of fruit , yoghurts, and cereal.
The house & ground are beautiful and well kept. I particularly liked the garden & flowers.
Trisha is a very friendly & hospitable host, and it was a pleasure getting to know her. I must add Colin was also very friendly & welcoming we just had more dealings with Trisha.
We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend Trisha & Colins B & B. Absolutely nothing!
- George (8/5): We had a relaxing and quiet stay in a lovely old farmhouse. - We were looked after well throughout our stay and were allocated the ground floor suite for people with more limited mobility which was spacious and well equipped. We were able to come and go freely and there was equipment for self catering if required.
We were given tea and lovely cake on arrival, the first time this has been offered.
- Ina (9/5): A lovely place to stay - Lovely peaceful location but close to amenities . Very friendly owners who served a good breakfast including fruit and yogurt. The room was light and airy and had two armchairs as well as chairs . It made it very comfortable. We found the beds a little too firm, but it won’t stop us coming back
- Paul (10/5): A very friendly place to stay in beautiful countryside but near enough to a town - Amazing breakfast, delicious fresh fruit and a full English, freshly cooked to order, delicious!
- Alexander (10/5): Great B&B. - Super comfortable; lovely breakfast.
- Mike (10/5): 10 out of 10 for everything but the bed. - Warm welcome, tea and cake on arrival, lots of space in and out, fab breakfasts. Parking right outside the door. Perfect base for trips out.
We really did have a fantastic stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, we could hear and feel the springs through the night. We had to lay a bed spread on the mattress to get to sleep.
If the mattress was changed, then Home Farm would be a perfect place to stay
- Dorothy (10/5): Beautifully views - Lovely room and very comfy bed. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choice Nothing
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): Very enjoyable stay. - Breakfast great. Location very good. Can't think of anything.

Great location for visiting Shaftesbury, Salisbury and Longleat Safari Park. My husband and I liked everything about our stay.
- Christopher (10/5): We would stay here again and recommend to our friends and family. - Friendly welcoming host. The house is in a beautiful setting. Lovely big bedroom with comfy beds and easy to use shower. Wonderful selection of breakfast food options. Breakfast was wonderfully presented in a beautiful dinning room. Eggs at breakfast were a little over done.
- Johne55 (9/5): Brilliant stay and excellent value for money at Home Farm. - Brilliant location for our visit to Longleat. Trisha is a really kind and helpful owner.
Lovely breakfast featuring cooked full english and fresh fruit and cereals. Really comfortable and spaceous room and a great clean bathroom.
Overall, an excellent and welcoming property well away from the noise of the road. Really peaceful. Property was a little hard to find as the postcode and road address don't quite match. There is a sign to Home Farm, but we missed it several times, so look out for the larger 'MILK' sign.
- Terry (10/5): Great we will return - Location parking and setting clean and comfortable, all you could need All good
- Emma (10/5): Great hosts, lovely accomodation and a very comfortable and relaxing stay with a fabulous breakfast. - It was amazing!
We were warmly greeted by our lovely host Trish who welcomed us into her beautiful home and served us delicious tea and cake on our arrival.
The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a good sized en suite bathroom with big, fluffy towels.
The bed big and was very comfortable and the little seating area in our room was a lovely touch too.
The breakfasts were delicious!
Colin and Trish served a delicious full English breakfast (cooked to perfection) together with toast, jams (Trish's delicious homemade marmalade), a selection of cereals a choice of flavoured yogurts, fresh fruits, orange juice and tea and coffee.
We had a great stay in a beautiful home with lovely hosts and wished we could have stayed longer! Nothing you can't improve on perfection!
- Carol (10/5): Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful hosts, lovely breakfast and lots of lovely places to visit near-by. - Location was beautiful, hotel was homely, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice, cooked fresh to order. Hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful, giving tips on places to visit. Wasn't really anything we didn't like, nothing that could have been improved.
- Marion (9/5): Perfect for a quiet couple of days R&R. - Beautiful location, very clean. Friendly and helpful owner. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice Bathroom just a little small but very clean.
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Liam (10/5): 10/10 would recommend. 0 complaints - Beautiful property in a beautiful area. Super friendly staff. Lovely room and amazing breakfast. Nothing
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely accommodation in a great location.
- Martyn (10/5): The best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. Not an exaggeration! - Absolutely idyllic location, and perfect hosts make this an incredible place to stay!
I had an absolutely fantastic bedroom, incredibly comfy bed and a beautiful en-suite!
The hosts were incredible, I was greeted with cake and tea when I arrived and I was well fed every morning with an absolutely stunning breakfast that catered to my dietary requirements!
They were able to help when I needed it for locations to go etc. also with amenities too e.g borrowing an iron etc.
Overall I can’t recommend this location enough. It was just brilliant and the value for money was brilliant!
The location outside is just a 20 min walk from Warminster, taxis were also available if you don’t drive and loads of places to go for a run
Please stay here! Nothing, literally nothing I didn’t like!
- Sharon (10/5): Amazing stay - Lovely location. Very warm welcome with cake to die for! Comfortable room. Amazing host. Will definitely return.
- James (10/5): Beautiful home with friendly owner - The home is lovely and has a picturesque hallmark card exterior. We were greeted by the owner, a lovely woman that was very forgiving of us arriving so late. Very accomodating and made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast was superb, with a good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and cooked breakfast; all table specific with no need to share with other guests.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom spacious and including both shower and bath. There was a small tv in the bedroom and wifi. The view from the window included open fields and some ponies.
Easy to find location, close to Longleat and Bath for day trips.
All in all, exceeded our expectations and will definitely stay again.
- Thomas (10/5): Homly and welcoming definitely be back soon - The hosts were just amazing and couldn't do enough for us, we even had a pot of tea waiting for us when we got there it was so nice Nothing everything was perfect
- Grafton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (10/5): Fantastic very comfortable home from home feel - Everything about home farm was fantastic from the welcome with tea and cake to the bed which was brilliant and the breakfast was awesome We liked everything
- Paul (10/5): Peaceful, comfortable and relaxing break away where our every need was catered for and more 🥰 - The room was very spacious and it had a mini fridge with fresh milk supplied for use with the tea and coffee facilities. We were also able to put a few small drinks in the mini fridge too.
When we arrived after a long day then host made us tea and gave us cake in the dinning area. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a comprehensive information booklet on the area with places to eat etc and the hosts would set up a table on the dinning room if you wanted to get a takeaway and bring it back.
Besides a room key we had a key for the front door, so after checking in we were free to come and go as we like.
The B&B was a charming farmhouse and had lovely view as it was set back off the road up a small lane.
Breakfast was included and you had a superb selection of cereals, fruit and yogurts and juice as the continental option and the cooked breakfast was ordered along with tea or coffee at the table. Again the selection was excellent and in particular the bacon and eggs were gorgeous.
The rooms were all identified by a animal and not numbers. We stayed in the Fox room and had a fox on the keyring for the room and house and a silver fox on our table for breakfast and takeaway setup, this was a charming and cute idea I don't think anything could have been better except the weather on our second day but even our wonderfully host couldn't control that!
It is worth noting that 3 rooms are upstairs so people less able will need to navigate the stairs in the lovely open hallway at the centre of the farmhouse
- Grafton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grafton (10/5): Beautiful home, lovely room, kind hosts, breakfast fit for a King - The B&B is in a beautiful farm house, just on the outskirts of Warminster - you are able to walk directly from the property into the countryside. The hosts were both kind and friendly - the room was immaculate and the breakfast amazing. No issues whatsoever
- Ann (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful, and idyllic 🥰 - Set in beautiful countryside, room was very spacious, clean, and had a small fridge, and tea/coffee etc facilities. Our hosts were lovely, and we were welcomed with a pot of tea and some cake. Nothing was too much trouble. They had plenty of information about things to do, and there was a fantastic selection of food at breakfast 😃 Would highly recommend!. We loved everything 😃
- Fredk (10/5): Exceptional - Friendliness of the host and willingness to assist in anyway. The hosts knowledge of the area was extremely useful. The ability to gain reductions in entrance fees was a great bonus. It is difficult to have any negative comments, maybe the smooth caps on the bathroom basin taps were a small and insignificant problem when one's hands were wet.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Couldn't fault our stay
