Not the same bedding configuration as advertised
- Nina (5/5): Complex is of a fair standard. Good location and beds were comfortable. Won’t stay again though. - Good location. Beds were comfortable. Manager moved us to a different apartment when he was advised of the level of cleanliness of first apartment which was appreciated. First apartment we were put into was not clean. Mould over cooking utensils and equipment. A thick layer of dust over every fan, visible dust up the walls/ pillars. Louvre windows did not shut (it was very cold in apartment because of this). Not acceptable that ‘cleaners can’t reach areas’ to clean as we were told - if this is the case, don’t put guests in the apartment.

Tye view from our back veranda was gorgeous. The property is tidy & well maintained. It is in an excellent location with just a 5-minute walk to the Main Street of Byron (shops & restaurants).

The clothes dryer needs repla - size was good of unit and pool was nice bedroom pillows were so cheap and bad we went and bought new ones. Party in the unit above us for 3 nights in a row wasn't so good for children sleeping.

- Jennie (10/5): Girl trip to Byron in a lovely clean well appointed apartment - This property was located 2 blocks from town, so we could walk everywhere. The decor was simple and the unit freshly painted and well appointed. Parking on site and the pool and bbq area were tidy and clean.

- Kirra (8/5): Great location, good amenities and a comfortable stay. - Location and it had all the necessities. Parking was also easy. Other than a 24hr group party in the unit below us, everything was great. I am assuming there is no onsite staff presence overnight to tell guests to be quiet.

- Melissa (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious apartment with undercover parking. The two balconies were great with outdoor furniture. Pool area was well thought out and appointed. Great we had our own laundry facilities in our room. Secure rooms with a safe as well. Beds & pillows were quite comfortable. 10 minute walk to the main beach. Gardens were nice. The apartment could have been a little cleaner. The lounge had too much wear n tear; needs upgrading. High step over to get into the bath, people need to be made aware of this. Blankets needed washing. Limited amount of supplied consumables for a week stay. Half of the coffee machine was missing. Manager for the apartments lives off site and couldn't get hold of them for the stay regarding the accommodation queries. To be aware that there is NO aircons in the bedrooms.

Parking was good Very unclean. The floor was so dirty that our children had black feet (and black knees and hands on our toddler).. the smell in one of the rooms was so bad (from being enclosed maybe?) that it was unlivable, and that’s with me having the window open and fan on for 4 days straight to try and get rid of the smell.
The pool water was so murky we didn’t enter the water at all during our 5 days stay.
The managers attitude is absolutely terrible! On arrival I let the management know that the floor was so dirty that we can’t be there with our children, also the smell in one of the rooms. The manager came up and I was honest and told him that I had booked for 5 nights but we don’t want to live here because of the dirt and the smell. I said we can stay 2 nights and then leave and we would be happy with that (trying to compromise), his answer was that “he doesn’t like to be threatened?!?! And does not refund any bookings whatsoever.” He did agree that the room smellt abit enclosed and that the floor needed a proper clean and that he would send someone the day after to fix this.
The day after a lovely girl came and cleaned the floor, but she was a “traveller” who was currently working for the property, she has NO experience whatsoever of how to properly clean a floor (this is not her fault offcourse, she was lovely and tried her best), so she was basically dragging the dirt on the floor around with the mop and when she left the floor was in no better shape. She also sprayed some “good smell” in the unlivable room that did absolutely nothing.
Later the manager sent me a massage saying that someone had been there cleaning and he hoped everything was now satisfactory. -I didn’t answer this message (which I would if I was dealing with a “normal” manager/owner), his absolutely terrible attitude, saying I was threatened him (because I didn’t think the place was sanitary enough for my kids and my toddler).

Nice pool and great bbq area for common use. Our apartment was on the top floor, and when it rained the last flight of stairs was not undercover. It’s only a small thing, because everything else was great.

Easy to have dinner or bbqs at the apartment if we didn’t want to go out. The Venetian blinds in the master aren’t good enough block out from the really bright light of the mariner bay sign on the street! The room was very bright. It’s needs curtains. Next time we will request a back apartment.

Fridge in apartment 16 has broken bottom shelf which needs replacing as we couldn’t really use that shelf and was needed. Shower head & hose in uostairs ensuite shower is not adjustable and required fixing or replacing. Otherwise all fabulous & loved it !!!

nice and clean apartment, super spacious, loved the balcony. location is perfect also, short walk to town and beach. was nice a quiet too, traffic is constant on that main road but you don’t hear a thing. There wasn’t any direct beach access. had to walk around. if there was it wasn’t outlined, we couldn’t find it.

- Ignacio (9/5): Great Place to stay if you want to enjoy Byron!!! - The property location is outstanding, close to the shops and the beach. The pool was maintained to perfection as well as the BBQ facilities. The unit was quite roomy and perfect to fit the family of 5 with a smart distribution to enjoy a movie and not disturbing those one working remotely. It had a full laundry set-up in the unit, super handy to ensure when you get home you can just continue enjoying your time. The carapaces are undercover and very well maintained. The unit was in the second floor through stairs, which can be difficult for people with large cases or reduced mobility. The same stairs were exposed to weather so if it is raining it can be slippery. The access to the car spaces under the building is quite narrow, so if you come with a full size UTE or a large SUV can be quite difficult.

- Hila (7/5): Good - heated swimming pool, spacious apartment, our porch with the grass, some of the furniture was pretty/ in good condition. Lack of Kitchen equipment, and some of the existing tools were not in good condition, for example the pans. some of the furniture smells and looks a bit old and ragged. we made an effort to air it out during the days to help the smell in the apartment.
