• Manuel (6/5): - Pros: - The apartment is lovely, very well furnished and decorated. Very spacious and lit with very warm lighting giving good vibes especially at night. - Everything looks like brand new and very well preserved. - Beautifully located in the old city which is gorgeous. - Perfect location to access everything in a short time. Cons: - No microwave oven was available in spite of being included in the property description when we booked (and we would have needed a microwave oven indeed). - Communication with the property owner was terrible as she didn’t speak a single word in English. Plus, the owner was a bit rude and definitely not very friendly when we complained about the missing microwave. Owner didn’t even manage to reply to our text messages. - Cleanliness was not great as we found a few stains on the bathroom towels (most likely rust from the radiator) and on the bed sheet (that actually was a mattress protector only, with no sheets (too bad)). The kitchen sink was filthy and the fridge could have been in a better status. - When renting this property please consider that nothing essential is provided (i.e. salt and olive oil, coffee, etc.). - Kitchen is missing some basic stuff such as kitchen towels and a colander.

• David (10/5): - This was the best place we stayed on our three country / 5 city tour around Europe. Best size apartment, full kitchen and laundry, quick walk to Uber drop zone, close to all attractions. Too noisy to keep windows open at night but good windows for noise proofing at night. I would check here first whenever returning to Warsaw.

The instructions to the location is clear and we communicated through messages about time of meeting (no 24 hour check in counter) so check in went smoothly. The host was nice but did not speak English fluently (it was fine since the host spoke enough English to provide instructions for entering the apartment). The apartment was clean and close to attractions in old town.

• Nicholas (8/5): - Nice place located well within the oldtown area. Our main complaint is with the bed, too hard and the pillows were not good. We had to go out and buy new pillows, which we left with the property when we departed. It was the only way to sleep properly. The property was clean and tidy.

• Bryan (10/5): Great location, beautiful city - Excellent location just off the square in the old town. 1 minute walk from many bars and restaurants and about 5 from main street. Very quiet despite location. Room was at the back of the building and even though we had windows open as it was very warm it was peaceful with only the odd bird breaking the silence. Host met us just exactly on time stated and showed us around and explained everything. Great comms. Would definitely recommend. Only thing to consider is its an old building with no lift so maybe not suitable for all as there was steps both into apartment complex and up to it. Really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful city of Warsaw

• Michael (8/5): - It is an A for location and friendliness. It is in a terrific location, just steps from the old town. It is clean and safe. Prepare to bring in whatever you might want in terms of basic supplies like paper towels and other consumables.

I especially liked the automatic lights in the stairwells, the ability to drop off luggage early and the fan in the room. Suggestions for improvement better pillows and more pillows.

• noshir (8/5): Nice apartment right next to the old town square - Spacious apartment in an excellent location near attractions and lots of bars / restaurants. Has most things you need for a short stay. Communication could have been better and whilst the apartment was clean, it was not "Covid clean" in that there had been no extra cleaning done. Personally, we were ok with that but a little extra effort would be helpful for others. Friendly owner / host although a little difficult to find initially as address provided not the exact location.Overall however, it was good and I would recommend, subject to above comments.

The bed is extremely comfortable. It’s perfectly situated right on the old town square and, best of all, our host, Olga, who we got to know a bit was incredibly warm and helpful. • Judy (10/5): Beautiful apartment with a great location - We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed, with the exception of air conditioning. We happened to be there on a record-setting day for heat, and opening the windows at night and using the oscillating fan was not quite enough. Luckily the temperature dropped the next day and we were very comfortable.We also had a small problem with check-in. We thought we had arranged to meet the owner at a certain time, but she wasn't there. We were able to get hold of her by phone and she sent us what we needed to know to self-check-in by text. She was very concerned about us getting right in and very helpful. The location of this apartment could not be better. We loved it!

• jess (6/5): overpriced, could fit more beds - the unit was large, but i believe only had 1 bed. our bed linen was not sufficient, bottom sheet only with a blanket. i also went looking for more linen, and noted they have only single linen. so the only double linen was on the bed already! wifi wasn't working.
• Lisa (10/5): Apt with character - A fabulous little apt on the 2nd floor on the corner of the square in old town, close to restaurants. Roomy enough for a family of 4 with full kitchen. NO LIFT so don’t bring large luggage! Also not sound proof so beware.

• ERIK (10/5): Clean and great location - Very good location. The unit was clean, with new paint, nice furniture and bed. The shower had great water pressure, no curtain, so water splashes a bid. Towels were a little tired and scratchy. You have to walk up 40 stairs. The unit has big windows, so you get wonderful light, small view of the river. The location is right next to the main Old Town Square, I got lucky and my driver took me right to the meeting restaurant, almost next store to the unit. I would stay here again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Apartment is pretty well refurbished and had alot of useful furnitures, the apartment sleeps 4 occupants comfortably. Some major problems were though that they didn't have very good sun-blocking curtains. Now normally, in countries where the sun sets at around 8pm and then rises at 7am or so, that's probably okay, however, in Warsaw, Poland the sun basically sets at 9pm and then rises at around 4am. Add to that that the sky never gets truly dark and you get a really restless night because of a lack of sunblocking curtains. And let me tell you, it gets REALLY bright. In addition to no curtains in the bedrooms, there are also no shower curtains, so the water basically gets everywhere when you shower. The apartment is also in a pretty lively venue, so they pretty much had loud, bass heavy music playing till 2 or 3 am. Basically, you'll want to bring a sleepmask and earplugs if you want to sleep well here. But otherwise, this apartment is quite good, it's right in the center of Warsaw's Old Town with lot of sights to see and food options to get.

• Michael (8/5): Lovely spot - The flat is large with high ceilings and good light coming in. It is in very good condition. The location is right in the middle of everything in Old Town, which is quite lovely. The only issue I experienced was that they were not prepared to take my credit card payment when I checked in, this then meant I had to meet someone back a the flat later at night when I was not planning on being there, had to go out of my way. Otherwise, everything was great about this and I would recommend

• Gerallt (10/5): A beautiful apartment in the heart of the Okd Town - This is a real gem of an apartment situated right at the heart of the old town market square. There is great soundproofing from the double glazing. The apartment is immaculate and very well designed and the owner and her English speaking Friend Olga are a delight to deal with. I really recommend you stay here as opposed to a big hotel. Fantastic to walk downstairs straight into the heart of Old Town. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and hope to return there myself soon.
• Zak (10/5): Luxurious apartment in the old town market square - Right from the beginning the landlady and her daughter are very courteous and hospitable in person and in their emails and text messages. What a difference this makes to your holiday! The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, very stylish, and flooded by natural light. It is also well located and the triple glazed windows offer sufficient sound insulation from the market square. Surprisingly the only thing missing is air-conditioning. It would also be convenient/practical for guests to have more than one key. I would definitely stay here again as it was very well priced too. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable :)
• Anthony (10/5): Highly recommend! - Outstanding location within a UNESCO historical city. Convenient to all major sites. Privacy of your own efficiency apartment. Best way to visit this city and closest to living like a local. Owner was very accommodating. One small improvement would be to stock the apartment with a fan in case of extreme heat.
• Jack (8/5): Good apartment, nice location - The apartment was very up to date and modern in all respects, while having a certain feeling of its old town location. The apartment I rented was the studio. The one pictured on the web-site is not the same --- the web-site shows the one bedroom apartment. But, if a large studio is what you want then this is an excellent choice. Takes about 10 minutes to walk to the castle square bus stop for the 750 that goes direct to the central railway station and then to the airport. The owner made a last minute request for cash payment, but in the end accepted a credit card. Anyway, be sure you agree on payment method ahead of time.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good property in the Old Town. - Nice apartment for overnight. Right off one of the main squares of the Old Town. Owner was quite accommodating. The shower needs a shower curtain. Taxis cannot enter that part of the Old Town, so they drop you off and you will need to walk a couple blocks. Otherwise, it was quite convenient.

• jan (8/5): The location was good in old town - The apartment was very difficult to find. We arrived very late the taxi driver couldn't drive into old town, couldn't speak English and pointed in the general direction after dropping us off. Fortunately a young waitress at a restaurant was able to help and we got there eventually. The room was large; neat clean and tidy with a small kitchen. We were on the fourth floor with no lift. It was ok but may be limiting for some. Great location if you like spending time in old towns.

• Chris (10/5): Wow ! ! ! - This apartment blew us away. The location was amazing, the staff were helpful through emails, the apartment was gorgeous. The apartment was a little hard to find but not painful. Just research it on a map and download a picture of the building. Once there, the staff in the cafe were very nice, spoke little English but were very polite and helpful. The apartment was way bigger than we hoped for. Amazing bathroom, full kitchen, dinning table, couch, china hutch, closet and clothes drawers along with a very comfortable double bed. We loved the bathroom, good size for two people to get ready in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including cleaning supplies. Wifi was awesome allowing for video calls home. The bed was very welcoming after a long day of walking around the city and hard to leave each morning. The location was right in the old market square, in the heart of old town, giving us access to all of the historic sites. It was an easy walk to the Uprising Monument, the river and if you don't mind, it was 3km from the Palace of Culture and Science or 4km to the Uprising Museum. Both were very nice walks with lots to see including the old ghetto wall. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment. They only thing we might add to it would be the ability to pay with credit card. Just a tip, get dropped off at the Barbican gate, not the Palace Square. Go in the gate, straight until the road ends, then left and go down the square.
• Joshua (10/5): - The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable for two to three people. We had several questions before arriving and they promptly answered all of our questions. The owner's daughter was extremely helpful when we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel/apartment. Although finding parking is difficult, the hotel is in a great location.
