• Lemonnier (10/5): - The best hôtel of Chiang Mai Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis 2018 et chaque passage à Chiang Mai se fait obligatoirement dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie top, des placards, un bureau, un balcon. Le coin petit déjeuner est tellement agréable. Un hôtel tenu par une famille mais tellement gentille. Des gars à l’accueil le soir, à la jeune femme en journée, la dame du petit déjeuner et son mari je crois qui vous accueille avec un sourire propre à ce pays, à ce Monsieur (et il est notre préféré!!) au portail qui fait la nuit et qui, même si vous passez 20 fois dans la journée vous remercie (nous l’avons surnommé d’ailleurs « Thank you, Thank you » Vous l’aurez compris cet hôtel est sans nul doute le meilleur des meilleurs pour nous.

Bien situé même s'il faut marcher un peu pour le night market et les sites à visiter. L'hôtel est un peu impersonnel; il manque des transats autour de la piscine.

Zarezerwowałem pokój 2+2 ze śniadaniami- a na miejscu podczas serwowania śniadania - powiedziano mi, że muszę extra zapłacić za śniadanie dla dzieci :| Po interwencji booking - na 3 dzień dostaliśmy sniadanie, ale niesmak pozostał..

La salle de sport et la piscine sont un plus bien appréciables lors d'un long séjour. Je garde l'adresse précieusement pour revenir lors d'un prochain séjour !

• Jill (10/5): This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and we will return. - Just perfect. Safe, clean, quiet but just a couple of minutes walk from lovely riverside restaurants and the street markets where it is fun to buy street food. Pool really quiet and clean. Breakfast delicious. The staff were so, so helpful. Excellent advice, always smiley and polite. Rooms kept immaculately clean. It was all good.

Breakfast is a choice of 5 set meals and limited it would have been good to have a little more choice and all coffee is out of a packet. No coffee or tea stuff in the rooms despite having hot water facilities and a fridge. Given the price of the property and the amazing food and coffee in CM I had expected a little more from this hotel. Luckily there was an amazing bakery right next door. Don't get breakfast and go there instead

• Daniel (8/5): Peace and quiet - Great location out of the hustle bustle of old town. Good restaurants close by. 15 minute walk to the night market. Kitchen could be stocked better, it’s very sparse. Also it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it so we wiped down the place with disinfecting wipes. Otherwise a really nice quiet place to relax and the rooms were very large. I would stay here again.

• Justin (10/5): - If you are looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai, the Sakorn Residence and Hotel should be towards the top of your list. You can walk to many of the sights in the city, and the hotel offers a free breakfast in the mornings. Our room was always clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
• ZenDark30 (6/5): Sparse and Clean - For a long-term stay, the hotel room has a small kitchen, two toilets, living room, and small outdoor patio. The decor is pretty sparse as are the kitchen supplies. The pool is clean. Breakfast is an additional add on. Staff are accommodating and there is covered parking.

The staff ar - Rooms are good and spacious and always kept exceptionally clean. When I stayed they were still recovering from a major flood in the region. Some facilities weren’t available such as the pool & gym.
• CHUN HAN (10/5): - The walk to the Night Market needed to walk on a roadside without sidewalks or 5 foot way. Kind of muddy during this rainy season till one reaches that Pedestrian Bridge to the Flower Market.

Would prefer if the hotel grounds were smoke free. Otherwise everything was quite perfect.

• Sydney (10/5): A place I will always stay in when in Chiangmai. - This is a simple, but scrupulously clean and well-maintained hotel. It seems to be a family business, and they truly excel in hospitality and service. The hotel serves a very good breakfast. The location is excellent, but at the same time in a quiet spot, so there is no noise at night. There is also a little cafe open every day where one can order tea or coffee or other soft drinks, as well as a small selection of baked goods. I highly recommend this place. I cannot think of anything.

A spacious property. Very quiet location but only a 20 minute walk to the centre of the ,markets. Several restaurants and cafes nearby. The very impressive Wat Ket temple 5 minute walk away. I honestly couldn’t find any fault at all.

We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the birds singing in the trees around the grounds. The walk in shower was great. Cant fault the hotel at all. A little table on the balcony would’ve been nice. Not a fault though. Just a suggestion.

• Ralph (10/5): An excellent restful place to chill after the excitement of Bangkok. Highly recommended. - The hotel was an ideal quiet resting place. The staff could not be helpful enough, and the overall vibe was just what we wanted from a restful location. I, in all honesty, could not think of anything that I'd want changed. The hotel was easily accessed, within an easy amble to the built up (and noisy) areas of Chiang Mai.
• Yvan (10/5): - Mostly the staff was extremely helpful with our demands. We had a deluxe 1 brd apartment which is a very comfortable top floor unit with 2 washrooms. Off the high density traffic but very close to all restaurants and markets, it was very quiet place. The breakfast choice was good and comprise of main late breakfast, fruit platter, small dessert and fresh squeezed orange juice. We were not hungry leaving the dining room. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would return for future travels.

We had been recommended to the hotel by friends. We found everyone very hospitable and polite. The facilities are very good with spacious clean rooms, quality air con, a nice pool and deck, and a coffee house in the garden. Whenever we needed help or local advice, our hosts were able to help. We felt relaxed and safe, and would be very happy to come back-thank you.

The use of the swimming pool was fabulous and it was a good Suze and well maintained. The breakfasts were modest but more than sufficient. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel could be thought of as put of the city centre, but it was good walking distance and doable. There are really good coffee and bakeries very short walking distances around the hotel. Plus some good restaurants a short walk away. Nothing.

Lovely walk via temple courtyard and foot bridge across to the main city. Fixtures and fittings were a bit worn but everything worked so no complaints.

Location was quiet but within a very short walk across the river to markets etc. (though a little further from the old town). Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good though as a heads up it's table service rather than buffet so leave a little extra time in the morning if you're being picked up for an activity. There was an extensive gym (though we didn't use it!) and the pool was clean. All in all an amazing budget option. No complaints really for the price!

I unless it’s 30+ C swimming there is only for those that are not afraid of cold water :)
