• Valerian (6/5): - Excellent property. Host was out of town and daughter who was filling in was not the friendliest, or most accessible host. Was absent or inaccessible for most of our time there! It felt like every time we had a need we were knocking on locked doors to find someone. Breakfast - usually a highlight at a B&B - was mediocre at best. Most of the food was in short supply on day 1 and was not replenished. Certainly far from the full Irish breakfast promised on the web site. There were 4 couples from the same tour booked in for 2 nights, so thankfully we had each other. From the previous reviews it seems the regular host is very different. I certainly hope others do not have our experience!

The bedrooms were comfortable with the needed extras. They made you feel so special that you know you will be coming back to visit and enjoy all Westport has to offer.

Short 5-10 minute walk downhill into town depending where you’re going. Great choice for those looking for a quiet option and are willing to walk a little extra for it (we didn’t have a car so can’t speak to that).

• Kathleen (10/5): Great spot, lovely home and nice people - Lovely home with wonderful hosts (Noreen and Michael). They are a short walk (10 min.) from the action in Westport. They serve a very nice breakfast in the morning. If you are a light sleeper request a room upstairs since in downstairs room you will hear the people above you if they are up and about early (as was the case with me).
• Lisa (10/5): Great B & B - The Reddington's were gracious hosts, with a very clean, beautiful home. Noreen made me feel very comfortable in the morning when I was feeling a bit low--she went out of her way to make me feel better. My daughter and I only stayed one night but I hope to stay here a few nights on my next trip to the area. The walk into town is quick and easy. Westport is delightful.

We were immediately provided with tea and cakes upon arrival as well as a map and directions to town which was much appreciated. The full Irish breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Short easy walk to town, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Would certainly recommend staying here.

House very nice really clean and tidy, bedroom nicely decorated very bright an airy we had a very comfortable stay here breakfast was delicious . Will definitely stay here again. We had a baby with us and Noreen was very helpful washing bottles filling flasks etc...

Although the b&b isn't in town centre I was given a lift into Westport with my luggage to the bus stop which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Good wifi too.
