- Waldemar (4/5): Unfreundliche Rezeption - Ich wollte in dieses Hotel als Business einchecken. Dafür habe ich die Ust.-Id.-Nr.: benötigt. Diese hatte ich am Eincheck Abend nicht parat gehabt und es hieß, ich kann diese ohne Problem nachreichen. Gesagt, getan, am nächsten Tag habe ich diese nachgereicht. Als ausgecheckt habe, ist mir aufgefallen das die Firmendaten nicht auf der Rechnung sind. Auf die bitte dies bitte doch einzutragen, so wie es beim Einchecken abgesprochen war, hatte sich die Empfangsdame geweigert irgendetwas überhaupt zu ändern und verwies auf die Buchung. Dies ist mir in Polen noch nie passiert und das war definitiv der erste und letzte Besuch bei dieser Hotelkette. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, ich konnte immer an dem Abendprogramm meines Nachbarn teilhaben. Eine Nachtischlampe gab es, aber keine Steckdose, wo diese eingesteckt werden konnte, daher muss man immer aufstehen und zu Tür laufen, wenn man das Licht ausmachen wollte.

- Michel (4/5): Hôtel de centre ville - À part la situation, à 50m de la grande rue piétonne et à 100m de l'arrêt de tram, je n'ai pas aimé l'hôtel : accueil à peine aimable, chambre sans aucun rangement possible, chambre pas faite durant tout le séjour, traces pas nettes sur la couette .... J'éviterai les hôtels de la chaîne CFI au cas où ils seraient tous pareils.
- Suhaib Hassan (6/5): - The hotel is misleading customers, as it has been mentioned there is an air condition in the rooms. But they have to be accurate as not all the rooms has a/c. I have paid for 3 adults, but they provide me with a very uncomfortable portable bed with a thin mattress which I couldn't sleep comfortably. The hotel confirmed via email that my triple bedroom has a working air condition, but when I went there i felt i was fooled. There is no a/c . Temperatures was over 30C degrees. To me breakfast was basic and just okay .
- Katarzyna (10/5): Świetna lokalizacja i miła obsługa - Bardzo miła obsługa i szybkie zameldowanie. Pokój spory z prywatną łazienką. W pierwszy dzień woda w butelce oraz herbaty i kawy. Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, bo tylko minutę od Piotrkowskiej. Pokój na poddaszu jest bardzo gorący i duszny, ale jest dostępna w klimatyzacja. Ściany są bardzo cienkie i słychać sąsiadów z drugiego pokoju. Na stronie jest informacja o codziennym sprzątaniu, ale przez 4 dni pobytu pokój ani razu nie był sprzątnięty, w szczególności śmieci.

On a warm night, the room is sweltering. (Reported by all the members of my traveling party.) I wouldn't have complained if the advertising was honest.

- Izabela (8/5): polecamy - Ten hotel wynajęliśmy na weekend. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko dworzec PKP, samo centrum miasta, wszędzie blisko. Na zwiedzanie Łodzi idealnie. Miła obsługa, szybki proces meldowania. Doba zaczyna się od godz. 14.00, my byliśmy po godz. 12.00, więc zameldowaliśmy się, zostawiliśmy bagaże w przechowalni w hotelu i poszliśmy na spacer po ul. Piotrkowskiej zanim mogliśmy wejść do pokoju. Sam pokój może nie był zbyt duży, ale zupełnie wystarczający, czysty, dostępne ręczniki, suszarka, woda w butelkach, kawa/herbata + czajnik, telewizor, Wi-Fi. Nic więcej nie oczekiwaliśmy. Bardzo udany pobyt.

- Andrew (8/5): Great location - Hotel is in a great location, very close to the Main Street and shops. Room was very clean and modern. The only downside was that the “King size” bed was actually two single beds pushed together, so there was a small gap in the middle of the bed.

- Rudolf (8/5): Small room but in a good location - The hotel was in a good location for us since we were traveling by train and the station was a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is also close to the main pedestrian street where there are all sorts of restaurants and cafes. The hotel room was small for 2 twin beds and the Wi-Fi was not secured but, the room served my needs.
- Verified traveler (8/5): keine Klimaanlage...aber Lage ist großartig - Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Es bietet auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, daher ist es extrem heiß. Auch das Zimmer ist sehr klein.

- Michael (8/5): Good value, fabulous location - This hotel is very good value at an excellent price, in a terrific location. It is a block away from Piotrkowska, Europe's longest pedestrian mall (check out Ato Ramen at the other end, about a 25-minute walk). I stayed in Room 1, which was very convenient, but which had very spotty internet connectivity. That was my one complaint about the place; everything else was just fine. The staff were apologetic and did their best to help me, but the problems were essentially beyond their control to fix.

Pro Klimaanlage und Wasserkocher vorhanden, nur wenige Schritte zur Hauptstraße Łódź, direkt neben einem Nachtclub jedoch im ruhigen Hinterhof, es können Koffer hinterstellt werden und es gibt im Foyer kostenlose Heißgetränke

- Birgir (10/5): Mycket bra hotell - Väldigt bra läge. I änden av den stora gågatan. Fräscht och fint rum. Inte AC men en fläkt gjorde god nytta. Stor bra bevakad gratis parkering på innergård. Snabb wi-fi. Lite små rum men det var ok med tanke på hur bra allt annat var. Kommer gärna igen.

Det var folk som pratet høyt. Ellers kunne det vært aircondition på rommene. Fine rom , rent og hyggelig. Flott med vannkoker / te og kaffe!! Bra service!! Kan anbefales.

O quarto tem pouco espaço para bagagem, o que dificulta um pouquinho a circulação, dependendo do tamanho de sua mala, mas nada que atrapalhe o conforto da estadia.

- klaudia (8/5): - The first room given to me and my mum was awful, it was small, cold and the tv was fitted in a ridicilous area of the room so it was completely unwatchable. We went downstairs and spoke to the staff at reception and they kindly changed our room for a better one within minutes. The reception staff overall were just great, ever so helpful and super friendly. They took the time to engage in a conversation and seemed genuinely interested.

Hotel is a stone's throw from the top end of Piotrowska and Plac Wolnosci, so very convenient for shopping and eating out (with a number of convenience stores nearby too). Breakfast was more than ample with a pretty wide range of food and no struggle to find an empty table. Rooms were big, clean and nicely decorated with a kettle and complimentary water provided each day. Reception staff spoke very good English (not surprisingly). I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Lodz.

- Chris (8/5): Overall satisfying. - Great location. Public transport is all around you. Main walk Street 1 min. When that being said, the rooms are far from sound proof. I could easily hear neighbor talking. At night I basically had to sleep with noice canx headsett in order not to be disturbed. Other than that, nice rooms. Helpful receptionists.
