Guest Reviews
- MalAustralia1 (4/5): Not clean! - The room was ok size wise, the bathroom was very dirty, scum on the walls and mould on the tiles and bathroom door. The towels were threadbare. The room was not serviced in the 4 nights I was there, underneath the bed hadn’t been swept for some considerable time. For a 2 star hotel I did expect a better level of service and cleanliness. I had to put a 50rm deposit on the room key and unfortunately I mislaid the receipt and even though they had a carbon copy of the receipt they would not give me my deposit back.
- Suri (4/5): - This place is horrible. Sheets are all full of stains. Shower is full of mold. Towels are full of stain. Horrible, horrible. It was a transfer night for us and we wanted to be close the the airport. This place was rated as 3 stars. If it Wanstead’s late at night, and I had checked the beds first, I would just leave and give up what I paid for another place. Unfortunately it was too late and the grab driver was gone.
- Samuela (8/5): - Good
- Chu Eng (6/5): - Quite far from KLIA.. so ehailing a bit on high side. So happened my room air-conditioning is not so good.
- m01857 (2/5): Stinky Filthy and Unhygienic - Booked for 2 rooms. 1 single room and 1 family room. Checked in after 4pm. I got single room and once I enter to the room, the room was stinky. Not expecting much as it is a budget hotel. After unpacking I went to the family. It was stinky too but bit spacious. Around 7pm went to the room to have a bit of rest before going out for dinner. Pull the duvet and for my surprise there was a stain and found kind of fresh mucus. It’s seem the duvet cover wasn’t change from previous guest. Rang the reception to change the duvet unfortunately due to housekeeping staff already gone, she can only bring a fresh cover. When she arrived I shown her about the stains. She asked me to used a fresh duvet cover to cover the dirty duvet. I refused to touch and she removed the cover and asked me to covered the duvet myself. Well when she removed I can see the stain and disgusting. Have to to the fresh cover by myself. Try to rest before out for dinner unfortunately I’m restless. I have a sleepless night. Next morning when I’m using the bathroom I noticed the bathroom is filthy and disgusting. The toilet bowl worse than public toilets. Stain on the bathroom walls. No toilet papers at all. The sink is filthy. After get ready I went to reception to complain about it. Also complained to the manager by showing the picture. The manager wasn’t handle very well. Really disappointed and reported to the agent after checkout. The agent have requested for the refund and the hotel refused to refund. They still charging me for a disgusting room that I had. Please please avoid these hotel
- YUSOFF (10/5): Convenient - Always chose this hotel for a trackday at Sepang International Circuit. Nice food around the area.
- SUHAINA (10/5): - NICE HOTEL
- SATISH (8/5): - Nice
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Everything just ok.
- JamesP642 (2/5): Worst stay experience I ever encountered - This place should never be named a hotel, it is awful. I made reservation at the hotel before midnight and i pointed out i arrive 5 am. My stay was short. When i arrived, i contacted the hotel with whatsapp, they took forever to respond. I asked if they have an airport transpiration, they told me yes but they will charge me 22 Ringet and the shuttle come to airport every hour. I mentioned i like to use it however the hotel staff on whatsapp told me, i can't go on the next shuttle, i must wait 2 hours even if there is space on the shuttle to confirm my reservation. I took a grab (cost me 50 ringet). When i arrived to hotel, there were 2 ladies in front desk i explained that i have reservation, they told me sorry you can't check in we close it at 4 am, but we can charge you for new room. I got furious what the hell that mean i am here for 5 hours at most and i leave before check out time. When i got angry they told me okay we will check u in. They give ma key. I went to the elevator, went inside and clicked on the button but it didn't work, one of the staff was a nice girl and i like to point out she was the only nice staff i met in that hotel the rest were awful. she came in and tried to help me get up and apologized for the elevator. I went to the 1st floor (there is only 1 floor), i got into the room. the room was awful, dirty, sheets are yellow, worse part was the broken A/C. i went down and pointed the issue out, the nice girl came with me up and tried to fix it but it is all worn off. she got another key for another room that was also broken, then a 3rd room that had cockroaches inside. Then another room that she hardly was able to open, the place was awful but i got tired. I went down and paid for transportation with the rude staff and asked for shuttle at 11 and wake up call at 10. Thanks god i had my alarms on, they never called me. Went down to find out 2 new staff, i asked for check out and where the driver. They checked the sheet to find my name there then called driver to tell me sorry drive is not available he will be here at 12. Care to wait.
One of the staff ignored me and went outside to smoke. Off course i couldn't wait, i ran out and took grab to pay more than 50 ringet back to airport.
This hotel is so awful. You better off anywhere else, i also like to point out, it is not close to airport as they claim. 25 minuet drive is the distance between KLIA 1 and this place in an empty highway
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Food and beverages across are enougj
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Best value for money experience. The night market experience with the local community was a highlight
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly reception by staff at the check in and she was very helpful and knowledgable with information about surrounding areas
- Kie (8/5): - So far so good
- rupar (10/5): - friendly staff.... maybe the bed need to changed its not really fit
- excess5 (8/5): Ok for airport stay - Only reason booked was to be near the airport for an early flight
The hotel price is right for comparable other hotels in the area and the personnel helpful.
The taxi ride can be expensive as the road from airport to the hotel takes a big turn around.
There is a shuttle bus that can be arranged from the hotel to pick you up and also drop you off. For a price of course.
There was a delay in my picking up so I asked airport info to give them a call, it seems that was a mix up with my times. But they hurried and came to pick me up.
Rooms are clean not very big and no windows.
The area around the hotel is mostly Indian Malaysian with excellent foods and dirt cheap.
- Don (2/5): - I cancelled my stay here after reading the dozens of horrible reviews about filthy conditions
- Katherine (8/5): Handy airport hotel - Hotel 25 mins from KLIA2 so great value for an overnight stay. Rooms clean but basic (fine for 1 night). Plenty of resturants open nearby if you arrive late.
- Pete11011 (10/5): Clean and convenient - All we needed was a clean and quiet place to rest between night flights and that's what we got. The warm and friendly welcome by the three lovely receptionists was a bonus as was the complimentary coffee. The location is good too with lots of good eating options and convenience stores. Great value.
- mrbadsyam (6/5): Just ok - Stayed for a moment before had to rush to klia for work. Price was confusing. Staff quite un negotiable un helpful. Room, tv and wifi were ok. Surrounding just ok but feel like deserted area also. Plus points, near mitsui outlet (+-30mins) and klia (+-30mins).
- 646rosaa (2/5): Dirty Budget Room - I did not expect 5 star services nor 5 star amenities in this small budget hotel but for the price of RM115.90 per night, but at least room is clean & well kept.
No doubt room size is small, but room in bad condition, wall paper by the bedside came off, toilet floor/ mosaic was dirty/filty. Cleanliness is the big issue here. Not worth paying over RM100+per night... this is by far the worst budget hotel i have stayed in...
- pelalentedalu (2/5): Don’t go - I’ve arrived in the early morning and the receptionist was nice with me. But at the moment I entered the room it was a nightmare. The room smelled like 20 sweaty men were there before me. Terrible smell!! Immediately after I found a small cockroach at the wall. The sheets we’re grimy and I was so tired that slept in my clothes. I’ve paid for two nights but couldn’t stay more than 6 hours
- Travel11929350262 (2/5): Waste of money for a stay - I am currently staying in yr hotel for 3 nights, the room floors were dirty when i checked in, fine no big deal, the mattress is stained, again fine i decided to look pass it as long as its not smelly n washed then i asked for an extra pillow as the room only comes with 2 pillows n was rejected instantly saying that you dont have enough pillows to give, seriously!! Im a paying guest, n i cant even get an extra pillow? Wow u guys must really be on a tight budget, serious this is one of the worse excuses i heard from a hotel .:: Tq n will definitly not be coming back, As for the rest of the reviewers i would recomend this hotel at all, the pics looks good than reality, i would recomend u to opt for other nearby hotels like EV World, backpakers hotel or nilai hotel all within the designated area, much cleaner roooms n with better services n most importantly added admeneties given. Oh ya adding on i ask for an iron from the receptionist n her answer was ‘ We have irons but most of our irons are spoiled, so we will see if we have a working iron n send it to u’ n guess what im still waiting after 12 hours. This hotel is seriously a joke.
- Akos274887 (4/5): under average - We spent there only one night, it was more than enough. Worn out room, which is very little, aircon did not work properly, but the worst was the service: we have ordered transit from the airport (20 minutes drive at midnight - not too close) but we did not know that the car comes only once per hour at night, and it is not cheaper than a normal taxi.
Next morning we wanted to drive back to KLIA with a taxi but we were told that the reception does not have any taxi contacts... which is a bad joke I assume.
- NORHASLIZA (6/5): 4 Nov 2018 - Quite expensive - Location easy to find. Free parking. The room clean and tidy. Nice shower. The lobby not wide and small pantry located near the main entrance provide you coffee tea and bread. Fridge and iron board located outside the room. Quite expensive for budget hotel. Maybe it is the nearest hotel to watch MotoGP at SIC. So we don't have many choice. Luckly have 7e and mamak near the hotel.
- ride_and_dive_1965 (6/5): Value vs price is good but bad service - The room (with window) are enough large and comfy, bathrooms are just good because very small. But you cannot find better rooms in the area especially for that price...
But service is terrible: Even I a queen size room for 2 we could not get a second glass!
And the shuttle service, on top of being twice to triple the local prices is totally unreliable. Did not came at all to pick up us (even if booked and PAID in advance)...
Not many choice in the area so overall is good but get Grab and don't rely at all on any service from hotel.
Staffs have been border line to be impolite, definitely not trained and highly not professional
- SiddieMan (4/5): Shuttle arrived 90mins late, staff didnt have my booking - Had to wait 90 mins for their shuttle service and totally unapologetic. even though i had a confirmation for pick up and reservation but on reaching the hotel they said they didn't have my booking. took them 10 mins to figure out that i actually had a booking. staff needs to be trained to be more welcoming and hospitable.
Rooms are nice and clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Ntah la nk mcm2
- Travelseverywhere16 (10/5): Airport transit. - Great little hotel in Enstek. 20 mins from airport. Airport pick up and drop off. 11 RM each way. Early hours of the morning 22RM. Great eating places all around. It is in a shopping complex kind off. Bed was comfy. Quick toast at 4am for us which was great. A movie channel in English. Nice hot shower. Great value for money. Will be our transit hotel for KLIA in the future. Huge shopping outlet 10 mins away, halfway between airport and hotel. AC very good. Make sure you have 20RM cash for key deposit. There is 10RM tourist tax also.
- Verified traveler (8/5): bad front desk - the front desk Indian girl is very very bad , telling me Hotels.com is not included tax or something GST, said i booking by Expedia ? i take out my phone not even 2 second show her conformation receipt then she turn a head service another person , seriously ?????????? then the another malay girl tell is it ady included tax , then she pass me key . The indian girl is really wasting my time ! im not first time staying here , last two time her service is veryvery bad too !
- Alu-Poo (6/5): Great to spend a night between flights - It takes only 20 minutes with the taxi to get to this hotel from the airport. The room is small but has a good TV, AC, free WiFi, kettle to boil water (no supplies, bring them along!), and two small bottles of drinking water are provided. There is a big desk where you can sit with your computer. The bathroom is mall but clean, with toilet paper, shower soap and clean towels. We had a room facing the road, which turned out to be a bad choice. You don't hear the cars or airplanes, but there are some guys with super loud motorbikes cruising the road until 1 am! In the corridor there is a big fridge and ironing facilities for all guests to use. The lobby has a computer with printer, which guests can use to check in for their flights. The hotel is situated in a small town. Just next to the hotel there is a nice restaurant where we had dinner. Opposite the hotel is a 7eleven, two stores with everything you might need, and around the corner there is also a KFC. We had a room facing the road, which turned out to be a bad choice. You don't hear the cars or airplanes, but there were some guys with super loud motorbikes cruising the road until 1 am! The hotel can arrange a transport back to the airport as there are not many taxis circling around here - which was even cheaper than what we paid to get there. Breakfast was very simple (toast, jam, coffee, noodles), served on paper plates, which make a huge pile of garbage. Overall this was perfect to crash out for a night between flights - but next time I will book a room away from the road.
- 684lavinac (2/5): Not what you think 😬😬😬 - So this hotel is in a really good location, its super close to the International airport so that's convenient. However, the pictures of the room were not what was advertised. The room did not feel clean, the staff barely understood english so trying to get the wifi password was a mission and we were under the impression breakfast was included which it isn't. There isn't really alot around so you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere and basically screwed if you need something since you're far away from most things. A positive was a member of staff called us an Uber to get into the city which was nice.
- Lee (10/5): Just nice for a night stay - Was on transit and had a night stay there. Hotel was good but nothing much around that area.
- Verified traveler (6/5): There is something need to be improved - * The staffs are friendly and welcoming
* the room is nice and comfortable
The thing needs to be improved are :
* The room in advertisement are seems to be bigger then what it is really look like.
* I request a crib as advertised for my child but they said they don't provide it
* The water heater shower is not working for all room at that day and I can't make my children bath with cold water and the receptionist keep saying they are expecting the maintenance to repair but no action taken till we travel.
* there is no refrigerator in room
- kamarasaman (8/5): Comfortable & Convenient - Stayed at one of the family room with double beds. The room is spacious with big flat TV but limited choices channels. Bed quite comfortable but the air-con is not sufficient for the spacious room. Breakfast is okay but we decided to have at the nearby restaurant. Anyway recommended.
- Verified traveler (2/5): housekeeping not good - We suppose to stay for a week however at the 3rd night of our stay we decided to check out, toilet is dirty and stinky, bed sheet not change and the floor with some hair and towel.
Hopefully the management can do something and improve it.
- Nurul147 (4/5): Very disappointed! - The only good thing about this hotel , is the shuttle service from/ to KLIA & its very friendly staff. Its shuttle service is reliable, But its not free ( it costs rm11 per person one way, which is still cheaper then a taxi/ uber). It worked out great for us as we had loads of luggage! The rooms we had were ok, but in one room the airconditioning wasnt working well. We reported it and it was supposed to have been fixed but still too warm compared to the other room that we had. The rooms itself was a good size ( family room), no fridge in the rooms, one room had no shower door. Our door keys had to activated daily ( despite the known fact of us staying there for 2 nights). I always look for a hotel with breakfast included as its easier for the kids , however in this case , we didnt even want the breakfast! It was poor ... just a few dishes left out for everyone... no coffee available, just tea that is not even nice. Some bread that you can toast, with some jam left out ( in one bowl for everyone !). In saying that, there is a restaurant close by where you can have better breakfast, but i regret paying for it to be included with the hotel stay ! Its like breakfast maybe in boarding school ( or worse)! Another thing I was looking for an iron & ironing board and found out that it was in a ‘common area’ ie hallway ! The price to stay here is not expensive but in saying that we could have stayed in an air bnb house if I knew that the breakfast outside is better( which we end up doing!) and I would have better access to facilities ( fridge , iron) , and it would cost less. The only good thing in this area is the sorroundings facilities : a pharmacy , laundrette, restaurant, bank, convinience store ( all walking distances).
- Verified traveler (8/5): - cozy and nice place to stay. near to most amenities.
- Edwin (6/5): - Not bad hotel for the price. But bed is soft for my liking.
- PaulaP27 (6/5): Hotel near airport - This was our second time we stayed at this hotel.
The first time was great so we decided to stay here again.
The second time was no so great, we booked 2 double rooms months in advance and when we arrived we were given 2 twin rooms. That was okay and we didn't make a fuss as it was only a one night stay. As we had an early departure at 4.00am the next morning we decided to go to bed around 10.00 but due to the noise in the foyer none of us got any sleep.
The rooms are ok but not as clean as they were on our first stay here.
- 187MARTIND187 (8/5): Better than expected for a visit to the MOTO GP - Wasn't expecting much after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised
Remember this Hotel is a cheap one night stay transit hotel so dont expect too much we stayed for 4 nights
We found the staff friendly and help full & good communication through emails before hand
Our room G02 did not have a window but was clean & tidy & quite, the Bathroom is a wet room
The bed was a Mattress on a small plinth which was a little low but clean & comfortable
Breakfast was toast & jam or cold rice & noodles (micro wave available) Tea n coffee enough to fill a spot and better than nothing
There are some restaurants around the Hotel so found something reasonable to eat each night (thai restaurant very nice) plus kfc, also a 7/11 opposite the hotel - the restaurants or 7/11 do not sell alcohol, the Hotel does sell cans of Beer but did run out
Transfer to the Hotel was a bit messy & would just get a Taxi outside the airport next time
Shuttle service to the MOTO GP Sepang was poor on the Friday due to waiting for pick up & having to ask every minibus that turned up where they were going - but got back ok in the end
Saturday a lot better as a woman was holding up a small sign stating the Hotel name - once 10 of us gathered, into the mini bus and back to the Hotel
Sunday we got dropped off about quarter of a mile away opposite a layby & told to make our way back there after the race
This worked perfectly as out of the way of the mayhem of the traffic outside of the circuit
Again once there was 10 of us gathered, into a mini bus and back to the Hotel
The Hotel is the opposite way to most of the traffic is going so easy to get back to the Hotel in a reasonable time
Would use here again for the MotoGP or for a one night transit stop
- JohnRS748 (2/5): Awful hotel, dirty poky room, soiled linen, incompetent staff, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - Booked a "superior queen room" which turned out to be the only size queen room the hotel has. The room was tiny and filthy, thick with dust and dirt,. Bed linen was stained and contained pubic hairs. Once white towels were grey, frayed and torn.
Staff totally clueless.
The journey from the airport is 3 times further than the straight line distance published. The hotel shuttle was in poor condition, ran late and was driven at breakneck speeds.
Opposite the hotel is a 24 hour Seven Eleven which is a gathering point for the local racers with noisy cars and even noisier motorbikes who race up and down from around 10 pm to 3 am.
Local area is a shabby and run down retail complex but there are a couple of passable cheap restaurants. Otherwise absolutely nothing to do.
- John (2/5): Awful hotel, dirty room and bedding. Avoid - Bedding was stained and had pubic hairs in the bed. Surfaces of the room thick with dust and dirt. Once white towels were grey and torn and frayed.
Reception staff hopeless, it took the two of them half an hour to check me in.
Location very noisy opposite a 24 hour Seven Eleven which is frequented by noisy cars and very loud motorcycles which race around all night.
Hotel shuttle late and in poor condition driven at breakneck speed.
NOT a 6.6 km journey from KLIA but closer to 18 km.
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No redeeming qualities, deserves a ZERO rating.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not really a hotel just a backpackers - Pokey6 little room with absolute minimal facilities, looks like it once was OK but has been let run down.
Room door didn't lock, air-con was noisy and unreliable, TV didn't work, shower made the whole toilet area soaking wet and unusable for hours afterwards. However the staff were helpful and the bed was good if small. They called it a Queen size, but was smaller than most double beds, and the quilt was too small for the bed.
- mohd rohaimi (4/5): - can only watch one tv channel. Complained to the front desk but got a ridiculous answer...
- Rute (2/5): The worst Hotel I've been to in Southeast Asia - Absolutely the worst hotel I've been to in Southeast. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours before flying out of Kuala Lumpur so anything basic and CLEAN would do. Waited in the reception area while the room was getting ready and the tables were dirty with coffee stains, the place was a mess with piles of luggage everywhere in the middle of the floor, there was a STRAY cat ON the couch.
I tried to ignore all this but when we got up to the room I couldn't believe how dirty it was. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty, thick cobwebs like I've never seen before. It looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. The area outside our window was so dirty, moldy and full of litter and cigarette butts. I felt so itchy and uncomfortable that we actually left after being in the room for 30 minutes. I didn't care that we had booked a non-refundable room. It literally means we paid NOT to sleep at this hotel. We didn't care that we had to take an expensive cab ride to KL to stay a truly basic but CLEAN hotel (Flora by Crossroads, excellent in every aspect).
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Surrounding only halal food but no chinese food court.
Soundproof is poor, can easily heard sound from outside.
- Manickaraj (10/5): Good locality with good eating hotels around. - Hotel staff responding immediately for pick up services from air port. Same way dropping. Get free hot and cold water to bath and drink. Free coffee and tea provided by machine. Very spacious locality with no sound and large parking facility. Numerous eating places around this lodge reduces doubt of getting food needs. Bed spreads are changed very often and room is very clean with excellent bath room. Tour taxi is arranged and drivers are nice. Very secure lodge.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall a clean and comfortable hotel. Equipments were a little dated, but functional. Location is a bit remote, but hourly shuttle to and from the airport were available.
- P (2/5): Unreliable shuttle service, dirty and noisy room - Arriving at 10 pm I only made it to the hotel at 12.30 pm as the shuttle failed to show up. They kept telling me the driver was there even though it wasn't, and then to wait for it a further 10, 15, and then 20 minutes, while the color and number plate I was to look for kept changing between phone calls. I spent over an hour in the parking lot full of smoke looking at every number plate. In the end, the shuttle only showed up when I got the police involved as I suspected I was scammed and this hotel did not exist at all.
The room was small and windowless. The furnishings were not very old, however the room was dirty, and I got the previous guest's bedding, although the towels were fresh. All this would be acceptable for the price however the biggest drawback was that loud noise woke me up several times at night - and I only slept from 1.30 to 6.30 am.
The breakfast looked unpalatable so I only had a coffee, which was disgusting and quickly went down the drain. On the way back for a 10 am flight I had to take the shuttle at 7 am as they only run hourly and given my experience I didn't want to stretch my luck. The driver wasted 10 minutes of everyone's time refueling and got stuck in an avoidable traffic jam at T1, only making it to KLIA2 in twice the time it should take.
The excuse I heard for what happened to me was that they "had too many guests." Do them a favor and don't add to their pressure: book elsewhere. This hotel is completely not worth it.
- Lucas (6/5): Useful for airport stopover - Hotel is ok if you just need to stop over for a flight. It's 20 mins to the airport by taxi or the hotel provide shuttles (about 22 ringgit). Room is basic but all you need just to sleep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable - This is my 7th stay with the hotel. No need to tell much about the hotel. Everything seems suit my need much.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This is a place to be near the airport if you have an early flight. That's what it is for. Don't expect a window in your room
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good for Sepang F1 - Visited for F1 Grand Prix weekend. Surprisingly quiet. Local ATM did not accept any of our cards, so had to go to airport to get extra money. Suggest buying alcohol at duty-free: not available locally though hotel had limited supply.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Best thing it's location not far from the airport - It is surrounded by huge number of shops restaurants convenince centers.no much services can be found in the hotel itself even the Wi-Fi was terrible however the surrounding area, was great. But I should mention there is shuttle service, clean but small room, friendly staff, comfortable room but no window....
- Timo (6/5): Lay over stay - The hotel was clean, but charged too much for the shuttle, $20 per person!
Basically rip off for foreigners!
- Russell (6/5): Simple and sufficient.. - My main requirement was a place to rest. The fact that the room was very small and had no window was ideal although I can imagine some travellers being disappointed. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. I liked being away from the general area of the airport. The staff showed interest in helping me take the shuttle to the airport in time for my flight.
- Nicol (8/5): Overall is good. - Everything is good just plug inside room not really work well and got bit musty smell.
- Gregory (6/5): Short & Sweet - We stayed only a few hours arriving late and leaving early. The rooms are small, however for a short stay it was fine. The hotel is set up for flight information as they have a departure screen available as well as a scale for baggage weight. The shuttle was great as the hotel is about a 15 to 20 min. ride. We took a metered taxi from the airport for about 50 ringit however it would be wise to look for something at the airport or closer when you add up the time and cost.
- Jason (8/5): Perfect for a KL Stopover - This is the third time I have stayed here and enjoyed each visit. My choice place to stay when flying in and out of KL. The pick up and drop off to the airports is great and the rooms are clean and the staff great. Breakfast is basic, but does the job. Unfortunately its in the middle of an outer suburb and a long way from the city so you wouldn't stay there any longer then 1 or 2 nights.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff were nice. The only disappointments were too far from airport or city and no fridge. Otherwise it was good for the price i paid
- Whitney (6/5): Sri Enstek - We booked this hotel as we thought it was close to the airport (Expedia listed it when we put in the airport location), in fact it was about 30 minutes drive from airport. We booked a transfer, which cost 20 ringgit per passenger as it was after midnight. The driver was late picking us up and was rude, didn't help us with our bags and drove way over the speed limit. However, other staff such as the receptionists and the doorman were all polite and helpful. The driver in the morning was much better and drove at a reasonable speed, daytime transfers (between 6am and mignight) cost 10 ringgit per passenger. Transfers run once every hour on the hour. If you want a good hotel and want to avoid the KL express train then book this hotel and get the transfer for much less.
The hotel itself is very nice, modern and clean. Comfortable for our needs (we just wanted a bed for the night before returning to the airport in the morning). The area itself has a few places - a seven-eleven, 24 hour self service laundromat and a few restaurants. If you want a hotel in KL, this isn't the one to stay at as it is nowhere near it! There are no trains around either.
Breakfast is rubbish, don't bother getting up early for it. It is just toast (you make it yourself) with unsalted butter and luminous jam.
- Reza (8/5): Comfy place to stay for transit - 20 min to KLIA, friendly reception (speaks english fluently).
The room doesn't have fridge. It is better off asking for airport transport because the hotel shuttle is much cheaper than airpot taxi.
- Dr Mir (10/5): Very nice and convenient for those traveling via k - It was my second stay at this hotel to catch early morning fight from klia. Small but nice hotel, very clean, convenient, worth the money spent. Light breakfast available 4-10 am. Shuttle for airport every hour. Good eating places, convince stores only next door. Much more...
- Verified traveler (6/5): air conditioning is very poor - Air conditioning is very poor.
- simon (10/5): easy stay - no fridge in the room sucks every thing else great thanks
- Robert (4/5): Clean, minimalist, OK for the cost - Minimalist decor, clean but unenthusiastic staff and unreliable transfer.
- David (6/5): Good KUL hotel - Needed a convenient airport hotel
- Verified traveler (4/5): Good for those having six hours onward flights - Good for in transist but want recommend for holiday stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): too far from airport - the web site claimed the hotel was 3.5 km from the airport.after a 20 minute taxi ride I realised this was not the case. Also the hotel was in the middle of a declining shopping complex with resturants of a very poor standard. The resturant also over charged for a poorly cooked stringy piece of chicken and horrible chips which didnot resemble anything on the menu.I had to wait so long for it I told them I was leaving but they persuaded me to wait another 10 minutes for the horrible meal.
- Aris (8/5): Clean hotel near to sepang circuit - I book this hotel for long transit period.. and in thay time I can managr to visit sepang circuit with transport manage by the hotel and very good price..
- Verified traveler (8/5): - highly recommended,good hospitality.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - clean rooms, good surrounding restaurants. clean rooms, good surrounding restaurants. clean rooms, good surrounding restaurants. clean rooms, good surrounding restaurants. clean rooms, good surrounding restaurants. clean rooms, good surrounding restaurants.
- wei leng (8/5): Good experience - Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Hotel room is decently clean and comfortable. Convenience store and restaurants located near by :) simple breakfast provided for guests. Great stay!
- Tom (10/5): Perfect for layovers - Perfect for a place to stay during a layover Great restaurant--good and cheap and open all night--right next door. Room very comfortable and well decorated. 7/11 right across the street. Super service from all the hotel staff. Very friendly.
- Mrs Z (6/5): Ideal stopover - Ideal for transit stay , I booked two rooms , the one was really good the one given to me was small , no window & my husband & were very clastaphoebic , he has Asthma & needs a window in the room, bathroom was clean only thing is the shower very close to the toilet it needs to be placed on the opposite side of the toilet , staff are friendly , please request a room with a window I will recommend it for a stopover because of the peace & tranquility of the area.
- Aris (8/5): Nice hotel but the breakfast place too small... - Good hotel for the transit, near to sepang circuit, provide a regular shuttle... even we came very late, but the staff still available, very fast check in process... but the place for breakfast is too small and near the outside door and also not fit for more that 6-7 peoples...
- Verified traveler (8/5): Recommended for the people who wants near airport - Nice place if you want to stay near airport, but peaceful silent location.
- Jay (6/5): Convenient, cheap and clean. - Perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- Kris (6/5): Easy organised airport transfer - Clean & simple room. Easy organised airport transfer
- David (8/5): Great accomodation, all that you need and require! - Great helpful staff, airport transfers (pick-up and drop off) very professional and fairly priced! Rooms always presented well, only small downside this, second trip there of mine, was that the 2nd movie channel was not available, but in the big scheme of things this is a small point to note. Will be returning there once again next month!
- Mir (10/5): "Five Star" Budget Hotel - My experience was excellent. For the price of a budget hotel, I had comfort of five star hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Well suited for a stopover - Staff upgraded my room from single to superior double, which proved to be a confined internal space with attractive decor. I rested well, ate cheaply and satisfyingly at a nearby cafe which allowed for vegetarian options. I recommend booking the shuttle bus with the hotel as it costs 1/4 of the taxi fare paid for in the airport.
- TL (8/5): Great for a stop over - Room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet too. There are shops nearby and near to KLIA airport. Would recommend it real value for money.
- Niomi (6/5): Hotel not close to airport. It is half hour away. - We booked this hotel since it was advertised as close to airport 2.5km but when the taxi driver told us he had to take us about half an hour in a taxi at 12.00 midnight we were disappointed. Any way checked in and the lady at reception was quick slept in for 4 hours and had a quick brekky toast with jam and tea/coffee and in to the airport pick up van at 6.00 am off to the airport.
- Henrik (4/5): Pointless hotel - We had different ideas about this hotel. From the map, it looked very close to the airport. Not checking Google Maps was a mistake. It's not even remotely close the airport, we had to take a cab for 20 minutes. So if you're after somewhere to sleep between flights, this is not your hotel. So, if this isn't an airport hotel, what is it then, you may ask. The same did we, we see absolutely no point in this hotel. It's not on the way to KL, it's basically just a hotel in the middle of nowhere. Hotel staff also very inexperienced when it comes to service, so don't expect a grand welcome. Not a bad hotel, just pointless. Go elsewhere.
- Gearge (6/5): Not up to first impressions - Staff very helpful and courteous, Airport pick up good, however the front room very noisy and outside lights annoying, Also ceiling leaked during heavy rain,
- Chui (8/5): Suited for transits - The hotel is located in a suburb approx 20 mins from airport by highway, amongst a strip of small shops catering to the locals. There are a couple of nasi kandar and roti canai vendors close by, and a Pizza Hut outlet across the street. Other than that, the location in entirely unremarkable.
Breakfast is complimentary. It consists of a small kitchenette with self service coffee machine, some white toasts, biscuits and packets of nasi lemak.
They offer a shuttle into the KL city for RM100 for 3 pax. You will need to allow approx 1 hour 10 mins for the journey. We organized for our luggage to be sent to the airport and they were prompt and met us at the passenger drop off area.
- anne (8/5): easy and convinient. - good. spacious room. but not so friendly receptionists.toilet flush isnt working very well.
- chelsea (4/5): Bad advertising - Didn't stay due to not realising the room was only for 4 hours. I feel this wasn't clearly displayed when I booked. I hope others don't make the same mistake. The only plus is the staff emailed me back straight away when I tried to cancel. Due to having to call Expedia to get a refund, I didn't bother as I didn't have enough credit.
- PHANG (8/5): Love to stay in this hotel in my next trip - Overall very good for the hotel but getting Chinese food around the vicinity is problem.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good, only for transit or 1night stay - The hotel is about 35 minutes from KLIA at best. Very, basic and very small rooms. It is located in a very lonely area. One good thing though is that there are several restaurants on the compound and a 7/11 across from the hotel. The staff though were very friendly and the shuttle service is excellent and cheap. During the hours of 7:00 am to 12 midnight the shuttle fee is only 10 ringgits to or from KLIA.
I would only recommend this hotel if you are in transit as I was or not more than a 1night stay.
- susan (10/5): Very small rooms, but very clean. - Clean though tiny rooms. Airport pick up/drop off service..close to airport...
- Verified traveler (8/5): my stay - Shuttle service to/from airport was very helpful.
Staff were excellent. Very helpful and approachable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very nice staff and convenient to airport - Get what you pay for - airport pick-up, nice staff, ok room (though mold in corner). Very far from downtown but easy access to the airport.
- Tina (8/5): Good choice for one night - This hotel is a good choice if you only have a short stop over in Kuala Lumpur and you are planning to have some sleep and a shower. It is far from Downtown Kuala Lumpur.
Only recommended if you do not plan to visit the city.
- Kay (10/5): - Facilities: Outstanding, Great budget accomodation; Value: A steal, very affordable quality; Service: Remarkable, Looked after me very well; Cleanliness: Immaculate, Everything spotless;
- Peter (8/5): -
- tina (8/5): Transit near KLIA - Small and tidy with every thing you need.
As long as taxi know hes going - use hotel transfer! Taxi is expensive.
Takes about 20 mins to get there - just the way the roads are designed.
Breakfast is pretty poor but good if you like bread, biscuits, wheat type items. Coffee OK though.
Cheap and well worth it.
- Leitzell family (8/5): Good stopover for an early flight - Very clean, convenient for airport stopover. Good bus service to airport at reasonable price. Local eateries offer a good selection at very good rates. Would use this hotel again if ever needed a stop over near the airport again.
