Bardzo miło mnie zaskoczyły przygotowane produkty na śniadanie: jogurty, soczki i pakowane słodkie przekąski. Bardzo fajny też jest pokój do wykorzystania przez wszystkich, to taka przestrzeń wspólna gdzie można wieczorem sobie razem usiąść. • Mary-Jean (10/5): Unforgettable Hospitality - The staff, Tulleo and Silvia, were so wonderful! They were very friendly and super helpful. We started with a one-night booking that I made and then my sister-in-law added a night, and they ensured we would be in the same room with the twin beds we needed. When we checked in, we explained that one of our credit cards had been stolen at the train station and Tulleo was very empathetic and helped us reach out to our car rental company to move our reservation by a day due to all the stress. The accommodations were very comfortable, they have an elevator (which is helpful if you have heavy bags) and the location is good - off one of a main road for convenience and a quiet area not far from the wall. The hotel was cute with thoughtful decorations and a quaint little garden where Tulleo even grows lemons that he will bring you for your morning tea. The breakfast had an amazing selection and some foods were even available if you needed an afternoon snack. They have bikes you can borrow, which was a nice surprise that we took advantage of to ride along the city wall path - we hadn't been on bikes in years, but it was fun to do! I would highly recommend this hotel for it's comfort, location, and amenities, but ultimately it was the staff that gave us the biggest smile. We found ourselves missing them when we got to our next hotel in Siena! The only thing that was a little tricky is that they close the front "outside" (solid wood) door in the evening (I think at 7:00 or 7:30 p.m. when the staff goes home) - so you have to go through that door (which opens on the right side) to then get into the internal door (which opens on the left). If your hands are full or you have a larger build, it might be a little bit tricky to maneuver between the two doors to get in. We did fine - but others might find it a little bit cumbersome.

The room was clean and pretty spacious. Self-checkin was provided (with a code send to my email on the arrival date). Checkout was also self-made and the hotel receipt was sent to me by email. The hotel staff was nevertheless ready to assist, I forgot one item in the room and they swiftly replied and facilitated its pickup in the afternoon. I had an issue with the toilet flush, which was broken.

Zona centralissima, comoda sia per la stazione, Campo dei Miracoli e il centro. Viene detto che la colazione non c'è, ma in realtà tutto quanto c'è nel frigo bar e sul tavolo in camera è gratuito ed è disponibile anche la macchinetta del Caffè. Inoltre, fuori dalla camera, vi è un area rinfresco all'ingresso. Grandissima disponibilità nel permetterci di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out Non esiste contatto umano con lo staff nelle ore non di pulizia e di per sè non sarebbe un problema se non fosse che abbiamo ricevuto l'istruzione di "regolare i radiatori all'arrivo in camera". Fatto, ma rimanevano freddi, ho mandato un messaggio alla proprietà (al numero da cui avevo ricevuto le istruzioni) alle 19, ma ho avuto la risposta solo la mattina dopo, sentendomi dire che i radiatori non funzionano, ma biaogna usare il condizionatore che manda anche aria calda.

We enjoyed the fruit and yogurt but if you wanted something more substantial, you would need to go elsewhere. We were aware of this from reading other reviews. Still with a title of B&B, I would like to have seen more effort in the breakfast options.

• Karina (10/5): Idealne miejsce w Pizie - Świetnie położone miejsce w centrum Pizy, kilka minut spacerem do najwiekszej atrakcji tego miasta - Krzywej Wieży. Okna są dźwiękoszczelne, w ogólne nie było słychac hałasu z ulicy. Bardzo duży plus za przekąski pozostawiane dla nas codziennie - ciastka, soczki w kartoniku i jabłka, szczególnie, że do Pizy przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem i nie mieliśmy już siły nigdzie wychodzić. W pokoju znajduje się też ekspres do kawy na kapsułki (kapsułki również są udostępnione). Oprócz tego, we wspólnym pomieszczeniu, jest też dostępna gorąca woda, zimna woda w dzbanku i wybór herbat. WiFi działa bardzo dobrze. Wskazówki dostania się do obiektu i do pokoju sa bardzo szczegółowe i przejrzyste.
