• Sally (9/5): Great stay. The reception area was under staffed at times and there seemed to be other staff around that could have help - The property was great. Clean and well equipped. Nothing.
• Tam (6/5): Good location for skiing - far from town so limited to one restaurant and supermarket - which were good - Great location and spacious apartment Spa was lovely especially Rebecca and her colleague Reception staff very unhelpful, didn’t seem to know where anything was locally or provide basic information and minimal English.
• Raphael (7/5): - The location near the slopes was perfect. It was quiet and close to the villages The flat was very dirty when we arrived. The staff were not friendly. The fast internet was 50 euros which is outrageous nowadays. The starter pack should have been a better one. Overcharging for any broken items.

• Hugo (9/5): Super séjour - Séjour lors de la première semaine de septembre donc en fin de saison. Super agréable car très peu de monde dans la résidence, tout l'espace piscine / hamam / sauna / jacuzzi est génial et surtout très bien entretenu et propre. Service de commande boulangerie possible avec livraison à la porte. L'appartement est bien équipé avec une bonne literie . Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans la région avec une superbe résidence pour se détendre en rentrant.

La piscine, sauna et hamam très biens le lit double est très grand et confort Très bon accueil et disponibilité de l'équipe de service il manquait quelques éléments pour faire la cuisine (plaque à pizza par exemple) il manquait le bouchon pour utiliser la baignoire mais la récéption nous a vite dépanné on aurait apprécié un meilleur nettoyage des salles de bain ouverture de la salle de sport trop tardive (10h)

• Romain (9/5): Un séjour ressourçant entre confort, nature et paysages grandioses. - Superbe semaine ! Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et très fonctionnel, avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne. Les installations (piscine, jacuzzis, sauna, hammam et salle de sport) sont top, parfaites pour se détendre après les activités. La région est idéale pour les amoureux de nature : randonnées, VTT, lacs naturels… Mention spéciale pour la randonnée depuis L’Écot jusqu’au lac du Grand Méan, absolument splendide. Très bonne adresse, à recommander sans hésitation ! Un petit bémol sur le ménage : un peu plus de nettoyage aurait été apprécié pour les premières locations de la saison d’été. Mais rien de grave, tout le reste était parfait.
• David (10/5): Hidden Gem - I almost don’t want to share a review for fear of other people discovering this hidden Gem. Second time this year staying here with CHG and used them last year in Montgenevre all time exceptional accommodation in exceptional location.
• Adam (9/5): Our stay at CGH Residence was lovely. Great localization, just 5 mins from the main gondola. - The location of the hotel is its biggest asset. You are just 5 mins from the main gondola. There are also local shop and ski rental just next door. The wi-fi was regularly disconnecting itself from our phones, so we had to sing-in many times per day. It was quite inconvenient.

• Verified traveler (8/5): High quality ski in-ski out accommodation - We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great and are kept to a high standard, with amazing views through glass walls to the mountains. There is a free bus that leaves from a stop just close to chalet A that takes you to other ski lifts along the valley. Things to be aware of: 1. The WiFi provided by the accommodation is not private/encrypted so I recommend that you do not access private emails and messages over the WiFi. 2. There is a cafe not far from the apartment that is a bit noisy some evenings. This is not a deal breaker as it was only noticeably noisy on Thursday night. 3. For those using the sofa bed in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor, there is a blind that can be pulled over the roof window. 4. You need to carry out an inventory check of the apartment at the beginning of the stay, which is then checked off at the end of your stay. Regardless of the above points, we would happily stay there again.

• Natasha (10/5): Amazing - The hotel offers apartments right next to a slope. We had a ground floor apartment, which was perfect for our dog, and overlooked the piste. We could literally ski to our backdoor everyday. Hotel is dog friendly and the rooms are spacious even for our big shepherd. The pool and spa area is big, with plenty of deck chairs, 2 hot tubs, 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms! Again this looks out onto the slopes! There are a few restaurants nearby to dine out from, there is also a restaurant that delivers fondue equipment and ingredients at night so you can cook in your room. We stayed over Christmas and it was amazing, can't recommend enough. WiFi is a bit annoying as you have to sign back in everytime you leave the room and it isn't very strong. However I've always had issues with WiFi when skiing as you're usually in a valley and this did not dampen our stay.
• Eric (6/5): - Check in catastrophique, aucune organisation, Appartement bien agencé mais dans un état de saleté indexent par contre la résidence est très bien situé contrairement au parking qui est excentré de la résidence.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Très agréable - La résidence est idéalement située au pied des pistes, ce qui permet de faire de la marche, de la luge, des raquettes, ski de rando, ski de fond (et même du VTT electrique. ESF, garderie, boulangerie, locations, navettes sur place. Résidence très agréable et confortable (grand volume des pièces) dans une station qui propose plein d'activités pour faire de son séjour à la neige des vacances sportives ou de détente revigorantes. Bref en un mot : super !

• Minna (4/5): - Sisäänkirjautuminen kesti järjettömän kauan 1.5 tuntia! Huoneet olivat kylmät ja likaiset saavuttaessa. Kylpylän suihkuista ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Kuntosalin varustus oli todella heikko. Ei todellakaan vastaa neljän tähden luokitusta. Paikka oli hyvä rinteiden vieressä.

• ROBERTO (10/5): Tutto OK - Ottima esperienza. Residence completo di tutto, la piscina e la SPA sono perfetti alla fine della giornata, buoni gli spazi interni e le dotazioni della cucina. La zona offre molte possibilità per passeggiate.
• Mark (6/5): Flawed Gem - Still a flawed gem. Fabulous place, sadly with a few enduring niggles it seems to refuse to sort. Flambeau is the best accommodation available in the valley no question. When we moved into the flat we had no loo seat and the oven didn't work. The loo seat was replaced in short order (with a rather nasty plastic affair that wouldn't stay in place but hey ho). They never came to look at the oven but luckily I didn't need it particularly. Biggest flaws are RUBBISH wi-fi that is the speed of dial-up. You also only get two access codes per flat which simply isn't enough if travelling with kids. Extra codes are 30 Eur. Fortunately they had found the temperature knob for the pool (which is lovely) this year. The saunas and steam rooms are top notch also although they do seem 'temperamental' and often don't quite work as they should. The showers in the pool area are also STILL quite useless in terms of pressure and indeed heat and the showers in the spa area are either cold or scalding. The choice is yours...
• Jens (8/5): Great hotel - Great ski trip with family. CGH residences are always well planned and perfect for skiers. Close to the slopes, ski lockers is awesome. Well equipped kitchens and the pool/sauna/spa is great addition.
