- Marischya (3/5): Customer orientated at the reception must be improved. - Bfast ok. WORSE!!! The side lamp in the room were damaged and stained. Trus keran air dinging di washbasin only one funtioning which is the hot water - reported to reception but they can't do anything. Never used the WiFi during stay suck!! reported 3 times but the lady at the reception only said that they can't do anything because so many users used. I forgot to take the photo ut the pillow given were stained. Never come back and not worth for money

- Pertiwi (1/5): Scammer. - Nothing. The receptionist was rude. I booked for my sister's graduation party. They were about 30 minutes late checking out, and the receptionist demanded cash. It was 100,000 rupiah per room per hour. My sister wanted to pay by card or bank transfer, but they demanded cash. This made me wonder if it's really hotel policy or if they're just taking the money for themselves. My cousin, who checked out late until 4:00 PM at the same hotel, wasn't required to pay anything for the late checkout. I've never seen this before. Such a shame. Big scam!

- Anna (1/5): - The breakfast The standard of the hotel and the pool was nothing like the pictures. We had to change rooms several times because the toilets were not working, it was raining in through the door to the balcony, the balcony was locked because it was not safe to use, there were no towels or soap in the rooms, the pool had no sunbeds and closed at five in the afternoon, it was also a very unpleasan to walk through a rundown mall and building site to get to the pool. The stairs leading to the ocean was broken, so there no way to get down for a swim.
- Panteleimon (5/5): Passable - Good location, easy access. Except for the reception, the whole hotel is boiling. Very hot everywhere. The gully and the siphon in the bathroom were all clogged. Almost every day I shouted at them to come. When they are clogged they smell very bad. In general, cleanliness still needs a lot of improvement.. There are no coffees at breakfast. Generally a mediocre hotel.

- Purbaw (4/5): I will not recommend the hotel. I am sorry for saying this. - I like the fact that the hotel is fairly close to Megamas area. You would still need a car, or just walk like what I did, to Megamas. It's positioned close to the beach, so there's something to see–although not much. I also like that they have an ample parking space. I am just speechless by the quality of our room. Despite priced more than one of the chain hotels right across Megamas, Lion Hotel couldn't give us better quality. The window blind was ripped, the TV didn't work, the hot water in the sink didn't work, one of the faucet levers didn't work, the shower head was ugly and dirty, the wifi was very slow. To sum up, I felt that I had been ripped off.

We checked in at 4pm, one of the room still not clean frm previous guests. All the room have some amenities missing or all are not well cleaned. Bathroom were dirty, one of the room dont have towel at all and had to wait for almost an hour for tower, other room doesn’t have soap ( we need to buy), the bed was made but looks like the sheets not properly clean have a lot of stains and the bed not tucked in. The hotel corridor smell smoke when there’s a sign for non smoking. The kettle inside the room are dirty looks like never been clean. All the rooms are poorly maintained.

- diana915 (6/5): 金額相応でした。 - ホテルのスタッフはとても親切でした。愛想も良くて、ちゃんと挨拶してくれました。しかし、部屋は予約した部屋と違った。変更してくれました。 部屋の掃除も少し気になります。 シーツと布団カバーが変な匂いがします。 シャンプーもボディソープもない、石鹸もない、フェイスタオルもない… 値段が安いから、あまり期待してなくてよかったです。
- salih (2/5): Stay away from this dirty hotel - When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation even with the confirmation number. Luckily, I had other email from the booking site that I could forward the receptionist. Then they asked me to pay $5 for a second key with receipt. I didn't keep the receipt and they didn't give me my money back when I returned the keys in check-out even though they don't give second key unless they get the deposit. One of the keys was dirty (some sticky black stuff on it), I made them change it. Then one of the keys didn't work and I went down to change. The first room's ac didn't work, phone didn't work. They changed the room. Reception and room service has not answered any phone calls. I had to go down for anything including room service. There was no hand washing soap. I don't mean it is forgotten, they don't thing customers need soap to wash hand. Can you feel comfortable to eat food in that hotel? I wasn't. Floor 6 smelled like sewage. I suspect someone in a room died and wasn't identified for more than a week or 10 days, terrible smell through out the corridor. Hotel looks like a hospital.
- Frank (8/5): En oase i et goldt landskap - Lion hotell er som en tilbaketrukken luksuriøs verden, tilbaketrukken fra Manado forøvrig, som fremstår som en kaotisk og usjarmerende by på de fleste områder. Jeg fikk inntrykk av at det var langt fra fullt på hotellet. Jeg var bl.a den eneste middagsgjesten i restauranten de 2 dagene jeg besøkte den. Vaskeriet vasket dessverre ikke tøyet mitt. Det kom tilbake med lukt av tøymykner, men var langt fra rent. De vasket det på nytt, men med mye unødig bry. Prisene var bra bortsett fra i restaurenten der prisene langt overgikk norske restaurantpriser. Uten at kvaliteten var i nærheten av å stå i forhold til prisen.

- Joe (8/5): Nice Hotel on the shoreline - I was impressed with both the hotel cleanliness,and hotel staff. The breakfast was outstanding. My only disappointment came when I discovered there was no fitness center in the hotel. I have stayed in much smaller hotels that at least had cardio equipment. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
