- gram2trips (10/5): Great hotel - This Courtyard by Marriott is a lovely hotel & our go to when in town for the Donor Dash. Everyone is friendly & helpful. We always get the same accessible room 413 when here. Roll in shower. Great room, comfortable bed, hot water, & ac works well as does heat! Very clean. Again my only complaint is why an accessible room is halfway down a very long hallway & not closer to the elevator. Obviously it’s not going to change. The selections in their Bistro are good. Muffins & coffee were good for quick breakfast.

- 10MarkS10 (10/5): Concert stay - First time at this hotel and I was not disappointed. I arrived early and was able to check in way before the normal check in time of 4pm. Haley at the front desk was very nice . Room was very nice and was clean. Temperature in room was very good and easily controllable. Parking at the hotel is $25 if you don’t want to park on the street. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel rates can be pricey if you are not a Marriott rewards member especially during a concert or local event

- kristin (8/5): always a comfortable stay! - I always stay here when I am in Philadelphia, its quiet, clean and I always feel safe as a single girl traveling alone. The staff is nice, the gym is good sized and there are nice areas to walk around in the Navy Yard unless you are going to one - try to avoid going on nights where there are eagles games, the lobby becomes chaotic and loud.

The Bistro was also a nice option to have available. The hot/cold water in the shower was very difficult to master. - Deborah (10/5): Great place to stay especially if you are going to Xfinity Mobile Arena - Comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Stayed here to attend a 76ers game at Xfinity Mobile Arena. Our plan was to walk to the arena but my son wasn’t well so we caught an Uber. Getting there was fine but we should have walked back. We tried getting an Uber just before the game finished and 14 of them cancelled on us. By the time we got one it had doubled in price. The pick up area was so far away we could have walked back by then. Having said this, the hotel is excellent and perfect if you want to stay somewhere close by. The restaurant is handy too. Bath mat was dirty and had stains on it.

- D9344XPsusanneg (10/5): Fantastic experience! - What a fantastic experience! We stayed here for a concert at the Xfinity Mobile Arena, and we will definitely be back. The walk was about 10-15 mins. Yes, you walk under the bridge but the path is fairly well marked and because of the concert, there were police officers and cruisers along the way making sure everyone was safe. Plus, it felt the entire hotel was walking to and from the concert together. Our room (King with a sleeper sofa) was very comfortable! Our teens thought the sleeper was actually extremely comfy compared to other hotels. The cafe on site had wonderful food and drinks. For breakfast, we had avocado toast, fruit, eggs and for dinner (pre concert) we had sandwiches, flatbread, etc. It was definitely delicious and easy! Parking is $25 onsite but you can also park on the street for free (street parking was full when we were there).

To make matters worse (e.g., the ‘upscale Reuben’ seriously underwhelmed me.
