• Ralf (7/5): Teurer Ausrutscher in unpersönlicher Anlage mit viel Komfort für Selbstversorgung - Ausreichend Parkplätze, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine. Es war auch alles vorhanden, um sich Mahlzeiten zubereiten zu können. Außerdem war ausreichend Platz, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir hatten bei der Buchung übersehen, dass es sich um ein Resort mit vielen Wohneinheiten handelt. So etwas mögen wir nicht. Je kleiner, desto besser. Das ist aber Geschmackssache. Außerdem ist das ganze Umfeld steril und unpersönlich. Man sieht keine Menschen. Der Pool ist kein Swimmingpool, jedenfalls lächerlich klein. Aber gut fotografiert, so dass man ihn viel größer einschätzt. Außerdem weit weg von Stränden und Infrastruktur , insbesondere zu Hanalei. Der Ort Princeville ist meines Erachtens ein reiner Retortenort. Insgesamt auch viel zu teuer.

• Kae (10/5): - Condos situated past the edge of a large golf course. The entire area is a botanical wonderland -- beautiful! My unit was very clean with all the amenities for my stay. Really liked personal use of a W/D in bathroom. A/C on I'm island can be challenging. Wish I'd brought a sweater.

• mtchris5 (8/5): Quiet Getaway - The location was perfect for access to North Shore beaches, activities, and restaurants. Resort was quiet and well kept. Staff was very welcoming and great to work with, even for our late arrival.
• Flowers (7/5): I didn’t necessarily find it worth the value - It was close enough to enjoy the community without having to drive very far to get home It was a bit challenging to find the location of the building and cars were blocking signs. The unit also smelled moldy.

Restaurants accessible, but we drove further way for better ones; coffee/tea, creams/sugars provided; extra pillows/blanket available; beach towels provided, detergent provided to wash your clothes; igloo cooler available in unit for going to the beach; friendly staff Not enough toiletries for our 3 night stay; you would have to pay extra if you need more so bring some to use if you stay for more than one night; should replenish coffee for guests staying for more than one night;

It had a pool and there were extra activities available. The apartment wasn’t well insulated, because we could hear every step from the person living above us.

• Venkata Adithya (1/5): Bad - The costumer service is outright bad. I have no good things to say about this stay. I tried to reach the customer service team for a week before my reservation and of absolute no use. The property is dated with basic stuff. Calling this resort is a joke.

• donald (10/5): I rate this resort very high and would stay there again. - The location is on beautiful grounds, but is not walking distance to a beach. There are stores and restaurants near by. The Golf course is beautiful. If you are not used to roosters, you're in for a big surprise. The rooms were larger than l expected, and plenty of room for 4 people. Kauai is beautiful and this resort is a fabulous place to stay. no comment, other than it was raining quite a bit, and actually was a flash flood warning, but there was no flooding in our room.

• Chengliang (10/5): A relaxing and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a beautiful environment. - The staff were very warm, attentive, and provided thoughtful service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the surrounding environment was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. In the evenings, I could even hear the sound of the ocean outside the window, which made the stay especially enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

• Beverly (9/5): Everything you need in this condo! - Had everything we needed. Staff were good with communication and helpful. Check in and check out was easy The grounds are beautiful. But they also means you hear mowers a lot.

• Yang (2/5): Don’t suggest staying here unless you have a super good sleep quality - The room is very spacious and the price is reasonable. The insulation is a disaster. The window is in very old style and could not be fully closed. There are MANY CHICKEN outside and they are crowing all night. The sound is so loud from 2am to 7am and we are waked by the rooster all the time.

• Darlene (4/5): - The property was beautiful but the roosters made it very unpleasant. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep being awaken by crowing roosters as early as 2:15 in the morning. For that reason I would never consider staying at Makai Club Resort again.

Literie très confortable Le balcon est très appréciable Le parking gratuit très pratique L’aménagement d’une rampe d’accès pour les valises serait apprécié pour des touristes d’un certain âge.
• Joshua (10/5): Everything you need for a Kauai holiday - The condo was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed, including great kitchen supplies, a very comfy bed, lots of towels and a cooler. We were able to borrow beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and other equipment from the front desk, as well as games. The staff was very friendly and professional, and responded quickly to texts. The pool is a little smaller than the photos make it seem, but it was a perfect temp and a great spot to take a dip after a sweaty day. Very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

They loan you beach chairs, umbrellas, DVD’s, and more. There’s a lovely pool and jacuzzi. Great location near Princeville and Hanalei.

• Grant (7/5): Great stay at Makai Club Resort, bring earplugs - The staff was so nice and helpful with any request we had. The size of the rooms were top tier, it felt nice to be separate from our friends in the 2 bed and 2 bath situation. The pool was nice and warm as well. I know it’s a limitation of the buildings, but in August the 2 bedrooms really want AC. Luckily a cold shower cools us down! Because of the way the windows are set up for airflow, the roosters are really loud. And I mean loud, and at 3-5AM. Bring earplugs!

• Eliska (10/5): - We stayed at Makai club cottages for five nights and liked our stay very much. The condos have a living room with kitchen, washing machine, dryer and a spacious bedroom. Also very friendly and helpful stuff. The only negative I would point out is that you can hear everything from the neighbors, as the walls are paper thin.
• Irlanda (8/5): - place was wonderful. We loved staying here. Unfortunately, we stayed on the lower level and you can hear all the noise from the people upstairs, which made our stay very uncomfortable.

The cottage was large, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for a family of 5. The staff was wonderful. They were accommodating, friendly, and always available to help anyway possible. The grounds are manicured to perfection and the pool/bbq area were amazing. We will be back again! Thank you, Makai Club Resort! Nothing to dislike here.

The location was great for what we needed. The only thing we could have used was some more basic kitchen items more than salt and pepper.
