- NickstPiere (10/5): In keeping with the brand - A symposium on government procurement was held in Volgograd, and Hampton by Hilton was chosen as the venue. And that turned out to be the wisest decision. The Hampton by Hilton boasts a magnificent transformable conference space with superb acoustics and numerous entrances both from the street and the hotel. It is located 3 minutes' walk from a quick tram station and quite near to the city center street. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent WiFi coverage are available at this motel. Although I missed the exercise, I thoroughly appreciated the workspace with the computer and printers.

It’s always a pleasure to be here: clean room with big window, quiet, with all necessary things you might need, including bottles of water. Номера просторные со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями достаточно хорошего качества. Ужинали в ресторане отеля очень понравилось, и подача и вкус блюд отменный. На территории отеля большая парковка, за неё ещё один плюс.

Номера хорошо оборудованы, поддерживаются в прекрасном состоянии и содержаться в идеальной частоте. Персонал - мечта большинства гостиниц. В ресторане готовят очень вкусно. Завтраки отличные. Как резюме - отелю 10+.

- Nikolay (10/5): Не оказывают первую медицинскую помощь - Отличный отель, великолепное расположение, чистые, большие номера. Завтраки замечательные, персонал очень дружелюбный, но без минусов проживание не обошлось. Отказали в первой медицинской помощи! Проявилась сильная аллергия, попросил таблетку на ресепшене, получил отказ. Сослались на внутреннее правило. В других отелях предлагают перечень лекарств имеющихся в наличии, за гостем оставляют право выбора принимать или нет. В целом впечатление хорошее, вероятно вернусь, но со своей аптечкой, ибо вдруг с сердцем будет плохо.

Единственная просьба - дополнительные одеяла повысили бы комфорт даже при одной кровати (причинно-следственной связи между одной кроватью и одним одеялом на двоих нет).

Завтрак отличный все в индивидуальной упаковки, есть горячие блюда, и то чего в других отелях на завтрак редко увидишь. Короче ставлю отелю 10 из 10, все понравилось.

- Pioneer828486 (10/5): THE place to dtay in Volgograd - Stayed here for four nights in October, 2018, not 2019. This is a late review and 2018 dates are not available on the drop down menu. We took the train down from Saratov and just chose it randomly online because it seemed nice, was in a good location, not far from the train station, and had good reviews. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was very comfortable; clean, large, and well equipped. There were actual chairs to sit in, not just a desk chair. The bathroom was also large and really had more than we needed. It was a pleasant walk to Raboche-Krest'yanskaya Ulitsa where it was easy to catch a bus to the battlefield, museums, and other places near the embankment. There were restaurants and a big shopping mall nearby. The hotel has a nice breakfast, many of the front desk staff speak English, and they were all nice, friendly, and helpful. I rated this as a mid-range hotel, which it probably is by Russian standards. By American standards it's an amazing bargain. When we go back to Volgograd this is without question where we will stay.

Great location, just down the street from a large mall, cinema, and McDonalds, among several restaurants. Great staff that (largely) speaks English. Great free breakfast, although the selection does need to be varied a bit. They've added several additional English language tv channels. The free internet works well, although if one doesn't stay active on it it will disconnect in a few minutes. Checkin process is smooth, and overall I love this hotel!!

It was a beautiful hotel with first class facilities that made it a great place to stay. Excellent breakfast included in price of room & the restaurant meals were really nice. It has ATM facilities, tourism brouchers & 24hr reception with staff that were very helpful & spoke very good English. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone or family planning a trip to Volgograd

Номер очень просторный и светлый! Завтраки сытные, достаточно разнообразные. Не поставила наивысшую оценку исключительно из-за сильной слышимости! Слышно как говорят в соседних номерах и в коридоре! Так получилось, что жили в одно время со школьными группами! Выспаться было сложно))) но общее впечатление очень хорошее. Соотношение цена-качество отличное! P.s: плюс - парковка бесплатная
- Uliana (10/5): Отличный отель! - Отель отличный, расположен в тихом районе близко к центру и можно до набережной за 10 мин дойти пешком. Отличный сервис, на 9 мая даже распечатку с расписанием всех праздничных мероприятий дали, отличные Номера очень большая площадь номера, кровати большие и очень удобные с огромными матрасами, кондиционеры, ещё очень эффектно смотреться окна от пола до потолка, хороший полноценный разнообразный завтрак, своя большая охраняемая стоянка, подойдёт отель для семейного отдыха, бизнес-поездок, туризма, одиночного путешествия. Мы жили на 7 этаже, нечетная сторона выходит окнами в сторону Волги, поэтому даже удалось салют увидеть. Отель рекомендую всем!

Очень понравились завтраки, шведский стол. До центра минут 15 не спеша. Мамаев курган далековато, на такси дешево, 150 р. машина. Остались довольны.

- es3436556 (10/5): One more side of Hilton - Volgograd hosted a conference on state procurement and the organizers chose Hampton by Hilton as the meeting point. And that was the best choice possible. Situated in 3 minutes walk from speedy tram stop and quite close to the city central street Hampton by Hilton has a splendid transformable conference hall with good acoustic system and several entrances both from the street and the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacy and WiFi worked wonderful throughout the hotel. I missed the gym, but fully enjoyed the business corner with printers and computer.

- Silvioto (6/5): Half pleasure - I was in this hotel many times, always satisfied. This is the first time that I feel to be in a Russian hotel, not Hilton style. All ok but very disappointed from girl (Natalya), manager of service. I asked to have, like always, two scrambled eggs and answering in bad not polite way she told me 3 times no, no, no. She indicated eggs on distribution desk (without heating also on bacon) telling me “ this and stop” ( eto e vsio in Russian like to speak to a children at school Unfortunately she is visit card of the hotel
- romand707 (2/5): I do not recommend! Nedoporučuji! - This hotel is well rated, but to my experience it is not true. The very low quality of services for all staff is the basis. Nobody here knows English. There is one big disaster here. If you want to call at the reception, you have a problem to call. A team of people does not work well here. Very slow WIFI. A terrible breakfast. Very weak food. In a small space a lot of people. All guests come to their breakfasts. At breakfast, the tables are not cracked. When you ask someone for a cleaning, they look at you stupidly. This hotel absolutely does not recommend. Tento hotel je sice dobře hodnocený, ale dle mých zkušeností to není pravda. Základem je velmi nízká kvalita služeb celého personálu. Nikdo zde neumí pořádně Anglicky. Domluvit se zde je jedna velká katastrofa. Pokud chcete volat na recepci, tak máte problém se dovolat. Tým lidí zde nefunguje dobře. Velmi pomalé WIFI. Hrozná snídaně. Velmi slabé jídlo. Na malém prostoru moc lidí. Všichni hosté při snídani do sebe narážejí. U snídaně se stoly neuklízejí. Když někoho požádáte o úklid, tak se ještě na Vás blbě podívá. Tento hotel absolutně nedoporučuji

- Simon (10/5): Hanging at the Hampton - I spent a week at the Hilton Hampton in Volgograd during the World Cup 2018 and was extremely impressed with the rooms and the friendly service. The ladies behind the counter and in the beverage service areas were fantastic and extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist me with any queries, giving directions and recommending restaurants and attractions to see. My only recommendation is to increase the evening menu with a few more choices, otherwise, I look forward to staying at The Hampton next time I am in Volgograd, a great city to relax.

- Olga (10/5): Лучший отель Волгорада - Современный, стильный и комфортный отель! Останавливались семьей с 2 детьми. Кровать кинг сайз и разложенный диван. Матрас на диване был ничуть не хуже. В номере есть все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха и даже немного больше: халаты, тапочки, сейф, фен, мини-бар, чайник и чайный набор, ЖК телевизор, утюг, гладильная доска. Матрасы и подушки удобные, постельное белье белоснежное и очень мягкое. Интересные современные дизайнерские решения в номере. Стильный интерьер общих зон отеля. Потрясающие ароматы жидкого мыла, шампуня и лосьона для рук. Все новое. Номер идеально чистый. Завтрак шведский стол с 7 до 11, вкусный. Есть охраняемая парковка. Лифт активируется карточкой от номера. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Отель удобно расположен в тихой части центральной части города. Давно не получали такого удовольствия от отеля! Нам всем очень понравилось и было очень жалко уезжать. Обязательно вернемся сюда! :)

They recommended some very good restaurants and helped us make the most of the city. Very comfortable room with daily cleaning and a varied European breakfast available in the morning. One small glitch was difficulty experienced by non Russian speaking relatives trying to get through the switchboard. Overall though - excellent and would recommend to British visitors to the city.

- Gerry (10/5): Nice hotel close to WW2 battle sites. - I visited Volgograd as I wanted to see the sites from the famous battle which took place here in WW2. I found the hotel staff very helpful in assisting me with taxi arrangements and recommending good restaurants for me to try. My room was very comfortable and spacious and clean. I had a good trip.
- EuropenBusinessTraveller (8/5): Most Recommended in VOG... - Already my 2nd stay here....there is nothing to complain. As a Western customer frequently travelling Russia one appreciates the "Western" approach towards friendlyness and hospitality. Management must have done a good job to train and motivate their staff, especially if you consider that they probably work the same endless hours as in other Russian hotels...everybody is always helpful, polite and mostly English speaking. Many well known hotel chains fail in this respect. Still reasonably priced (compared to competitors in VOG). It is located very close to the city center, nearly walking distance, but the surrounding buildings/streets are more at "developing" stage.
