The staff went above and beyond to make my granddaughter's birthday trip comfortable. The staff was great accommodating her bedding needs and letting her see how the laundry room works. The breakfast selection was fantastic. Food was hot and always fully stocked I would definitely stay here again. This is now my go to hotel for stays in Winnipeg

It being a family hotel, we could hear the kid above running around until midnight and begin again at 7am. We called the front desk to ask if they could ask them to reduce the banging and it just got worse from there.

In meeting another couple in the hallway while we were exiting the hotel, they indicated that this happened twice during their stay 2 weeks ago. I also found used crack pipe in the pull out couch. One positive was the breakfast stayed open when we arrived downstairs at 9am (I misread the letter and thought it was open until 10am) The server was very pleasant and accommodating.

The first night, I was not able to sleep very well, but nothing happened. Overall, we had a good stay.

- stasho1 (8/5): Details are Important - The hotel is in a good location close to many amenities and shops and restaurants. Very clean and good cleaning staff. So why not a 5 star rating?? The hotel refused to enforce the Disabled Parking spaces. We were there for 5 nights and whenever I looked, there was only 2 other times that 1 of the 4 designated spaces were used by a vehicle displaying the blue tag. Otherwise it was the same cars and trucks parking without the blue tag. Front desk staff just smiled and said âThatâs what happensâ. There was no reply to an email asking for staff to enforce. 3 of the 5 nights we could not use the disabled spaces.
