Full cleaning and towel change every day. Staff: great. Very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is mattresses were a bit firm for us we had plenty of pillows to place around. If you love a firm mattress, you’ll love it. Temperature management. Great. There’s a mini split in each room so you can keep it as cool or warm as you like. Loved it. Would totally stay again.

Stampa pulita, cucina compresa di tutti gli attrezzi, compreso il detersivo per i piatti. Rapporto posizione/prezzo secondo me perfetta. L'unico neo se proprio devo trovare uno è il letto matrimoniale che in realtà è ad una piazza e mezza. In due risultata essere un po' piccolo ma per il tempo del soggiorno è più che accettabile.

Gostamos muitos! atendeu eu minha esposa e minha filha de 4 anos. foi tudo muito bom, sem dúvidas recomendo. Poderia modernizar oi acesso ao invés de chave, ser cartão, porém nada que tenha de fato incomodado.

- Mark (8/5): Excellent place - Location perfect for Times Sqaure (which is too chaotic) and Central Park . Check in/out really simple and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room tidied every day with clean towels etc. Room was spotless on arrival. Apartments quite roomy with decent facilities. Beds comfortable including sofa bed. Building is lovely with a wonderful staircase and original features can be seen. No view from our particular apartment. Noise throughout the night from outside can be expected due to proximity to Times sqaure.

Ménage fait tous les jours Le point le plus négatif de l'hôtel est le personnel : peu sympathique peu souriant et pas du tout serviable à moins peut être de distribuer les tips. C'est surtout pour ce gros point négatif que je mets la note de 7 car sinon l'hôtel en lui-même mériterait un 8-9. Autres petits points négatifs : manque de lumière naturelle dans appartement et ascenseurs un peu lent

La habitación no estaba muy bien insonorizada y se oía bastante ruido de la calle ( esta justo detrás de Times Square) pero después de las 00:00 se calmaba la cosa.Lo peor es el tema ascensores, de los dos que hay solo funciona 1 y no tiene pinta de una solución rápida con lo que con tantos pisos ( nosotros estábamos en el 11) en horas punta era un poco desesperante.

Très grande salle de douche. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Il n'y avait pas de draps dans le canapé lit, ils nous ont été fournis "en vrac" non repassés. Le matelas du canapé lit était vétuste. La moquette n'avait pas été nettoyée depuis très longtemps, ainsi que le canapé.

Cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir mais pas moment cela peut être dérangeant pourtant nous étions au 11e étage.

- Bianca (8/5): Goed appartement met voldoende faciliteiten op een goede locatie! - De ligging was perfect! Je zat overal dichtbij. Was fijn om ook een koelkast te hebben en wat borden. Konden we af en toe thuis even een broodje eten want New York is mega duur. Het was erg warm. De verwarming kon niet uit. Daarom moest de airco aan en dat voelde een beetje gek. Tweepersoonsbedden zijn echt heel klein. Schoonmakers waren heel vriendelijk. De mensen achter de receptie waren niet allemaal even vriendelijk. Top: neem oordoppen mee. Er is veel herrie van de straat, maar ook de ventilatie maakt veel herrie.

- Colleen (5/5): - Radio City Apartments is in an excellent location for seeing Broadway shows. We were there for a week and went to a show every night and we were able to easily walk to each one, as well as to Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park and the New York Library. The 47-50th St Subway station is just up the street which made it easy to get anywhere else in the city too. The room was very clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. First the room is TINY. While there is a kitchen, the beds and dining table and chairs are crammed so tightly into it that there's no room to cook. You have to move the table to open the room door or the fridge door. Second, the AC is a window unit which means you get ALL the street noise in the room. Every siren, every horn, every everything at all hours of the day and night. This also means you have to keep the curtains open to get any air circulation so the room darkening curtains don't do any good. Make sure to bring ear plugs and an eye mask. Third, the water pressure in the shower is awful. It's barely a trickle and there were some mornings where the water was barely lukewarm too. Finally, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep anyway with all the street noise, the rock hard bed made it pretty much impossible.

- Christopher (10/5): Great Location - Excellent location. Everything we needed for our family of 6. Would definitely recommend this Hotel if you ar travelling as a family. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Nothing that we didn't like.

- denis (10/5): Emplacement exceptionnel, très propre et service top - L'emplacement est incroyable : juste à côté de Time Square. Rien que pour cela, le prix est très attractif. L'accueil a été parfait et le service (jeux de serviette de toilette en plus, gardiennage des valises) aussi. Les lits sont très confortables. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Notre logement comme l'hotel dans sont ensemble était très propre. Le bruit extérieur est trop peu étouffé par le simple vitrage des fenêtres. A part cela, je ne vois pas ce qui peut le prix si attractif du logement. Point très mineur, la vue extérieure de notre logement n'était pas extraordinaire.

- Tonia (9/5): Loved the location and the character - Great location for a visitor, close to most attractions and less than 100m from the subway. The place was clean and refreshed each day. The apartment and the kitchen are a good size and good equipment including coffee maker. Felt safe.

Towels are nice too The carpeting is dated and creaked when walking. One elevator was slower than the other. But other than that it would have been a 10.

- Patricia (9/5): Great place for a short trip to the city. - Location was fantastic. Right off of Times Square. And there is a train station at the end of the street - 49th & 7th. Also having a kitchenette was great. We were able to keep our groceries cold. The apartment is I bit dated. The flooring and furniture are old.

- ALFREDO (8/5): Ottima posizione e comfort ideale per famiglie - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La posizione è semplicemente eccellente: comoda per muoversi a piedi e perfettamente collegata con i mezzi pubblici. In pochi minuti si raggiungono le principali attrazioni, il che rende tutto molto più semplice, soprattutto quando si viaggia con la famiglia. Le stanze sono spaziose, cosa non così scontata a New York. Nel nostro caso, abbiamo scelto una soluzione tipo appartamento, che si è rivelata ideale: avere un piccolo spazio per gestire in autonomia alcuni pasti fa davvero la differenza, soprattutto con bambini. Lo staff è stato sempre molto accogliente e disponibile. Pronti ad aiutare, veloci nelle risposte e con un atteggiamento genuinamente collaborativo. Nel complesso, un ottimo albergo e una scelta che rifarei senza dubbi. Perfetto per chi cerca comfort, posizione e un po’ di autonomia durante il soggiorno. L’unica nota negativa riguarda la nostra stanza, che affacciava su un cortile interno dove erano presenti gli scarichi (cappe) di alcuni ristoranti. Aprendo la finestra, soprattutto in certe fasce orarie, entrava un odore di fritto piuttosto forte.

- Céline (9/5): Super Logement - Situation parfaite, personnel sympathique, propre et fonctionnel. Petit bémol pour le bruit mais on est en plein Times Square ! Et les journées sont tellement intenses qu'on s'endort facilement malgré tout. J'y retournerai sans hesiter!

- GavT (8/5): Excellent location - Our second visit to this establishment and not much has changed in terms of decor but you cannot go wrong with the location and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette is a real bonus and allowed us to have some small meals/cereal late at night. Front desk staff aren’t overly friendly but it is New York after all. Good for families as well as couples, would recommend.
