• Benoit (8/5): Bien pour un court séjour - Pour un weekend ou plus. Toutes commodités. Vaiselles completes. Chambre un petit peu petite (tourner autour du lit est aussi compliqué que dans une caravane). Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres de 2 personnes (2lits simples =>+- 1.40m). Garde-robe et rangement chambre pas facile d'accès. Mériterait un coup de rafraichissement mais ds cette état là suite a manque de respect... Eclairage de le pièce salle a mangé-salon un peu juste (pour un mois d'octobre).Des détails tous ça. Seul véritable inconvenient, les toilettes ds la salle de bain lorsque l'on est 2 couples...

• Adrian (10/5): Perfect as a base - Well having read previous comments we were a little dubious as to what we may find but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and quiet. There was a lot of sand in the appartement on arrival but a quick sweep through sorted that. Check in was easy. We did pay for the parking as the roads did appear busy but that was also easy and very reasonable. It isn't 5 star but we didn’t expect or pay for that. As a comparison it's a bit like butlins small but functional kitchenette, small beds and the bathroom was fine with bath and a good overhead shower . Local restaurants and beach all within a very short walk. We also walked 5 mins to a little carrefour supper Market for bread and essentials. We ate out so didn’t really use anything in the kitchen but looked like you'd have everything needed for 4. Would definitely stay again. Staff spoke good English, better than my french and check in was straight forward. Did expect us to clean before leaving when we had paid for a clean but doesn't take 5 mins to sweep and strip beds tbf

• Buontiempo (8/5): Moyen - L'appartement est fonctionnel. Il est défraîchi. Quand on prend sa douche on met plein d'eau à terre, il manque un joins au panneau de protection. Le lit n'était pas confortable, deux petits matelas et un sur matelas, on glissait au milieu du lit, un lit de 140cm trop petite pour 2 adultes. Sinon l'emplacement est une rue à côté de la digue
• DESIMPEL (10/5): séjour reposant - La résidence est très calme et confortable. Située a deux pas des immenses plages de sables de la mer du nord. Super pour faire une pause.
• Fikria (6/5): - Aucune explication a l accueil sur l étage, où trouver le parking ou l ascenseur. Il y avait de la vaisselle encde le lave vaisselle, rideau de la chambre qui ferme à moitié donc soleil dans la tête dès 5h.
• David (8/5): - This is excellent place to stay, clean spacious and well equipped. Only issue is arrive after 6pm, you are directed to the main site of four in the town. It has no staff and after messing around finally called for help, to advise the correct site. Simply advise which site on communication with the necessary access codes. Otherwise perfect.
• Tugba (8/5): - Keuken en badkamer waren mooi schoon en netjes, net als de kamers. Op 5 min loopafstand van het strand. Het was wel jammer dat de kamer van de kinderen geen deur had, maar een opening met de woonkamer, waardoor we niet rustig even wat konden drinken toen de kids op bed lagen.

• Sandra (6/5): Moyen pour un 3 étoiles - Nous avions 2 chambres. La literie du lit 2 personnes était très bien, celle du lit superposé aussi, mais des lattes du lit superposé bougeait. C'est limite pour des ados (mes enfants ont 12 et 13 ans). Il faut avoir plus de 6 ans pour le lit du haut car la barrière de sécurité n'est qu'au milieu du lit. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, poêle et casserole... la salle de bains sent l'humidité. Quelques finitions peinture ne serait pas du luxe. Insonorisation zéro ! On entend tout, dehors, les appartements autour et le couloir. L'ascenseur également... peinture écaillée. Nous avons eu droit à la maintenance de l'ascenseur le jour de notre départ, donc nous avons dû descendre les valises et les sacs par l'escalier (sale). Sachant que les départs se font avant 10h, pourquoi ne pas avoir attendu pour faire la maintenance après?

• Verified traveler (4/5): Accueil à revoir.... - Accueil ouvert entre 15h et 17h, arrivé à 16h. La personne était pressée de partir. Donc ne m'a pas expliqué où été mon appartement, j'ai cherché pendant plus de 10mn en passant par les sous sol, et ne m'a pas expliqué le fonctionnement de la porte d'entrée . Donc impossible de ressortir sans risquer d'être enfermé dehors. Étant commerciale, je n'ai pus me rendre dans mes points de vente. Heureusement que j'avais qqs chose à manger, autrement je n'aurai pas pu faire de courses pour moi le soir. Dommage car l'appartement est très bien, clair, spacieux et bien équipé. J'ai failli passé un bon moment.
• Benoit (8/5): Quelques petits problèmes mais sans incidence - Sejour agréable dans un lieu correct. Premier contact sur place particulier car contrairement au mail recu une personne s ocuppe de notre check in. Dans notre chambre un peu de rafraîchissement pourrait etre agréable. Plusieurs zones de murs sont un peu abîmés. Une planche sur le mur derrières les chaises de la table pourrait aider. Un degat des eaux a abîmé une partie du parquet mais cela n a aucune incidence sur le sejour. Lits confortables. Bien insonorisé.
• Steve (8/5): - Petit soucis de clés a l arrivée réglée après 1 heure d attente avec 2 chiens.Le logement était propre et calme, personnel aimable petit déjeuner copieux en supplément.literie confortable linge de lit et drap de bain propres.Nous recommandons cet hébergement.
• Stevy (8/5): - Appartement bien localisé et spacieux. Correcte dans l'ensemble. Personnel à la réception agréable. Seul reproche pour ne pas avoir mis les 5 étoiles, je n'ai pas reçu mon identifiant pour le WiFi que j'ai demandé via l'App et les communs semble avoir déjà bien vécu.
• Ellen (10/5): - Great for access to the beach and local bakery and supermarket in 5 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment merry our needs (nice touch was a park with 3 dishwasher tabs and there were washing & drying up courts). A couple of minor breakages etc needed attention, lamp not working, but the apartment was in good order and I would happily book again.

• Bernadette (8/5): Week-end en famille. - Vraiment très bien, très propre, les contacts sur place très sympa, petits déjeuners très variés et généreux. Calme, parking devant la porte etc... Malgré un temps exécrable, pluies les trois jours, tous les vêtements et chaussures ont pu sécher pour le lendemain matin, c'est très important surtout si accompagnés de petits enfants. Un seul petit bémol, nous avions demandé 2 "apparts" près l'un de l'autres (sous entendu dans le même bâtiment) et nous avons eu deux "apparts" dans des bâtiments différents mais très proches.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Pity for a nice flat - it is left in a bad state - The building where the flat was situated was well located, near the beach. The balcony had a very nice view, but was quite shaky. The kitchen was well equipped but some of the material very old and bad quality. The mattress was extremely soft and I woke up in pain. The WiFi did not work properly -we had asked for the code, never received a reply, Wifi worked with some appliances, but not with others. Checking in was also a nightmare -we were redirected to a website that did not work properly to pay 3euros and not possible to check in without having done this (noone there). There was a huge stain on a pillow that looked like dirt. The flat was also quite cold, though we had put all the heating on at maximum (there is only 1 source of heating in the main area, a very small appliance). Notwithstanding all these issues, the flat was nice and the bathroom was big.
• Alexis (6/5): Passable - Nombreux cheveux présents dans le logement à notre arrivé ( Baignoire, lit..). Micro-onde qui ne fonctionne pas et remplit de gras donnant suite à des fumées. Cache pile de la télécommande cassé. Abat-jour qui tient désespérément au plafond. Matelas COMPLÈTEMENT Inconfortable, mal de dos répétitifs. Canapés abîmés. Logement plutôt chère pour l'état général. Nous sommes déçu. Un geste commercial serait le bienvenue !
• SEVERINE (8/5): Receptuon - Bon sejour. Petit bemol a notre arrivee. Je trouve que la recptionniste n'edt pas tres avenante av le client. Elle nous dit le steict minilum concernant nptre pocation et notre sejour.... pas bcp le sens relationnel... c dommage car nous avons appreciez l'endroit. Nous avons rereouvez des pots de yaourts dans le coin de la chambre av lit superposées d'ou le doute concernant le bon nettoyage

• Chloé (10/5): Super sejour - Appart hotel tout confort, tout équipé idéal pour partir en vacances oú en week-end sans prises de tête ! Le quartier est très calme et juste à coté de la plage ! Le seul hic c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de serviette de douche tout le reste à été parfait !
• mrs.jessica (2/5): Another surprise to see my bank balance was£423 OD - We arrived a the hotel with kids three very tired children to find it was shut! So I rang the number.. No answer.. So I rang the other number.. Surprise surprise no answer! So I rang England where I book the hotel.. Well well well. What a joke that's was. They advicers said I had to arrange hotel times before I got here. And that they was nothing they could do. Apart from get me another hotel thorough them. Which I would of had to pay for, or sleep in the car on a very not so good area. So in the end I ended 2hours later looking for hotel. Travelled to Calais for another hotel and paying for that. But the worst thing was I paid 110€ for two night but ended up pay £423 and still no hotel. If you love surprise you'll love this one! Plus when or IF YOU DO BOOK, (please dont)make sure you know everything before the adviser puts the phone down. Cause all they want is there money.
• Richard (10/5): - Very clean very convenient location secure parking only issue is be aware this hotel is advertised at a lot cheaper than it actually costs!! Should have been 70 pound for my stay but after lots of hidden charges it was more like 150 pound and they take money out of you bank without informing you first!

• vincent (6/5): Beware of hidden fees - It's an automated hotel. You need to receive a code at the checking time. When we arrived we had to call few time the Hotel before receiving it. Furthermore, on top of the price displayed initially on Hotels.com we had a 60€ charge for room cleaning, 6€ for local taxes and 6€ for internal fees. Basically this extra fees are equivalent to another night. Great stay however as the place is quiet, clean and well equipped.
• findus (8/5): - Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean,plenty of cutlery & cooking utensils.... only fault is that there were no bath towels or T-Towels so we had to go out & buy some...
• Verified traveler (6/5): - I am satisfied with the overall accomodation. It was well maintained. However, the additional fee of Eur 60 for the cleaning without letting the customers know prior to booking is unacceptable. To top it all they will charge they've charged the booking fee. The management must be transparent about such fees.
• Chris (8/5): Short break for family of 5 ,Hidden extras!! - This accommodation was pleasant however very compact. The bedrooms were particularly small and it was difficult to manoeuvre around the bed, at all, in one room.We did not receive the email which gave instructions on how to gain access to the accommodation until too late. (we were already away!).Although there was a phone number and we were given instructions by phone, I am sure this call will have been costly to me! The original price advertised for this accommodation was misleading as there was an extra, standard fee for electricity, irrespective of usage, per person per day ! There was also a penalty notice hidden in a kitchen cupboard stating if beds were not stripped and kitchen not left clean there would be further charges. This seems unreasonable as there was a cleaning charge anyway ! The extra charge for parking your car also seems unreasonable and excessive !
