The breakfast buffet has lots of options, all of them tastes good and filling. Will stay here again on my next visit

• Ryan (1/5): Absolutely terrible - Reception staff tried to help. Windows didnt close properly for a start, making the rooms very loud to the traffic outside. Ended up having to take a smoking room which was very unpleasant as non smokers, the room smelt disgusting. The ceiling was leaking water all over the floor, cigarette burns all over the carpets. Shower only had luke warm water, overall felt like a very dirty room. I messaged asking for a refund for the night when the ceiling was leaking all night as they had no other rooms, i was offered an emergency room with no aircon and no working bathroom and they were unable to move me to another hotel, but i never got a reply. Terrible experience in this hotel!
• 542arthera (8/5): good hotel - average standard hotel in bandung, not pricy, comfy and the location is very great, with strategic location, near to so many placedls to hang out. but theres a problem with the room, the bathroom, the carpet full of ciggarete marks, but so far its a good hotel
• ravlykhap (10/5): A Whole Smell Good Experience - I really like how Serela smell, juga staffnya yang ramah dan helpful! The soap and shampoo are also good, gak bikin rambut kering. AC-nya nyala dan dalam keadaan dingin, gak neko-neko, all gooooooood! Would definitely go here when in Bandung

Tapi mungkin karna ini hotel lama, untuk kondisi kamar 3/5 lah ya beberapa kamar. Hopefully they can upgrade the condition. Sayang aja dengan brandingan Serela. But i loved the food and location so strategic

• Rieki (5/5): Not recommended if you look for clean and enjoyable stay. The location was good, but the cleanliness of the property was - The location was ok The cleanliness of the room. The pillow cover was full of stain and smells bad. The tap water sink was dirty and almost broken. A lot of smelly and stained part on the floor. Wallpaper below the tv was teared. Too noisy at night as it was so close to the road and don’t have soundproof system at the room

• hennyjeff (8/5): Good hotel in Good Location - This is a good 3 star hotel. We liked: staff was welcoming helpful for the hotel and the area, breakfast/restaurant, fish tank, location close to restaurants, shopping, transport, and their were sidewalks in this area. Room wifi was excellent. The hotel is beginning to show some wear, our room should have been cleaner when we arrived (but it was acceptable) and the hotel staff came quickly and took care of it. We needed a car/driver to explore outside of Bandung and in the city and one of the staff recommended one who was very knowledgeable, considerate and fair priced.
• Iin Hardiono (8/5): Basic Hote - A cute but very basic hotel. Clean but the bath/toilet is rather small with the swing door going inside, blocking the passage to the toilet. Parking and going out is rather difficult, there was no through way.

Do not clear the table while other guests are still waiting to sit and take their breakfast. we ordered for a tea and they took 30mins to send over to our room. service can be improved.

• Weily Jaya (6/5): So-so hotel - Decent hotel and decent room. We had to request for change of room due to pungent smell when we opened the initial room for. Ants can be found on table and bed side. Room lighting is a bit too dim for our liking. Location of the hotel is easy to find but no sight of convenient store nearby. Shower water pressure is good. WiFi is available with decent speed and stability.
• Peter (8/5): Value for money - Stay for 4 nights for vacation. Hotel is within walking distance to some factory outlets, a shopping mall and also Bandung electronic mall where we bought our local SIM cards. Room is clean, comfortable and equip with cable TV channels and free Wifi, though breakfast was nothing great. But for the price it's value for money. Staff are friendly and courteous.
• Bill Choong (6/5): Nothing is great - Location is not so good, it is away from tourist hotspots and at a junction of a heavy traffic road. The horns & the noisy sounds of the vehicles can be clearly hear throughout the day. The facility is none but basic, not even a bar fridge in the room. The greatest dismay is the broken toilet seat in my room! Knowing the toilet seat has broken, the hotel chose to glue together the broken parts. I really wonder, how much does a toilet seat cost to them? At the price of about USD45.00 per day & without breakfast, you better look for another hotel.
• Jan W. Melis (4/5): Disappointing - The pictures look much nicer than it actually is. The rooms smell humid, don't seem very clean. Breakfast was disorganized and most dishes were cold. Also they didn't find my reservation when checking in.
• Widianto (6/5): quite ok - The hotel quite ok but HOTELS.COM SUCKS! My booked not confirmed by the hotel hotel. We had been transferred to few hotels before get the room. This is the last time I booked via HOTELS.COM.
• adam (4/5): Good location, but that's about it - Positive: Good location close to a mall. Negatives: I had my reservations mixed up. Front desk officer couldn't even be bothered to check if my reservation was changed from an earlier ammended reservation. They seem blase and insisted they were right. The front desk officers could have tried harder to check, instead they waited until the next day to sort things out. Breakfast was pathetic. Food was sad and tasteless, fruits were full of " flying bugs". Being part of KAGUM Group of hotel, I expected more from this hotel. NEVER AGAIN.
