- Narimah (8/5): 2 days away from city centre - Stayed where event is held on the 9th floor ballroom Room was big and spacious. We stayed in room 508. Mattress and pillows were comfortable to sleep in besides the stained sheets Breakfast was good with variety of local dishes Staff was friendly and helpful The sheets were old and stained eventhough the chambermaid changed new ones that came from the launderette. Only one lift was working while the other 2 was off Bathroom glass wall allows one partner to see shadows/ silhouette of the person having shower from the bed

- Roberto (6/5): Good location for highway access. - Been many times for working reasons. It is perfect for those that need to access Jalan Antasari and the highway fast, without big traffic issues. It is not expensive, but it does not offer amazing experiences. Local breakfast is good. Rooms could be improved and better cleaned. Sometimes cleaners did not come. Limited options for drinks at the bar, there was only a small fridge with 4-5 cans of soft drinks.

The bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The decor gave a boutique and elegant feel, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall Experience I had a fantastic stay at Amaroossa Cosmo Jakarta. It’s a great value for money with excellent facilities, superb service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Jakarta! Would love to stay here again!

- lucyleanatan (6/5): Great Location, But the Hotel Shows Its Age - This is an old hotel that was likely luxurious in its prime, but it’s now showing its age. The maintenance, especially in the rooms, leaves much to be desired. The bedroom curtains were broken, and the bathroom really needed a deep clean. Having carpets in the rooms isn't ideal either, as they tend to be dirty and can harbor germs. The location is strategic, close to Cipete and Kemang, though it can be noisy due to its proximity to the road. The food at the restaurant is quite good—my favorite was the green bean porridge. However, the menu changes daily, so you might not always find the same dish. One unusual thing I noticed was that hotel staff helped themselves to the buffet alongside guests. Some managers were also sitting outside, drinking coffee and relaxing. It was odd to see, as I’d assume they'd wait until after the buffet service to enjoy their meals.

Breakfast is mostly local but you can get eggs, grilled tomatoes, etc. All good. The hotel needs maintenance. I my room it was not possible to shut down the lights. Several switches were not working. Also, when booking with booking.com, payment at hotel, the hotel is sending messages asking to pay the room otherwise it would be automatically cancelled, which is non sense, I am using booking.com to do things fast and I do not have time to organize money transfer to the hotel.

- Rizqarossaa (10/5): Awesome hotel in a strategic place - I love the strategic location, it is near my favorite shopping centers, breakfast was generally delicious, it has a pool and gym. I really enjoyed it. They wanted to charge me outside the booking.com app, but I didn't follow it cause when I paid in advance to a different hotel company through booking.com, it was a hacker. So be careful with direct payments. I paid directly at the hotel. I hope they continue to allow direct payment and not oblige people to pay in advance of arrival.

- Bart (3/5): meh - the elevator goes to the future My room leaked so it was raining inside, the fitness is a set of rusty broken stuff. The shower is falling apart with no spare toiletpaper. The music in the restaurant is torture (panflute versions of sweet eighties hits). the staff does not really speak english and i had an unpleasant experience at the spa. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location was ok if you use a taxi or uber but not convinient if you need a 7 Eleven or similar. No restaurants nearby. The nearer mall Lippo Kemang is not far away for essentials or shopping. Traffic can be a nightmare if you have meetings in town. Overall I would stay there again on business nearby but not on a leisure trip.
