- Shelly (8/5): -
- Huntley (9/5): Pleasant - Very eco-friendly, with soap and shampoo dispensers. Mini fridge and microwave were nice. A little close to the freeway.
- Richard (9/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): Quiet, comfortable stay - Friendly staff. Decent rooms for the price.
- Lui S (9/5): - Large, clean, and comfortable rooms. The beds were very firm and comfy to sleep in. Location was excellent and close to the highway and shopping areas . Nothing.
- Guest (7/5): -
- Jazmine (10/5): - Super friendly owner
Really nice rooms
Couldn't really hear people next door which was wonderful
- Eugenea (10/5): - So clean and lovely. The room was pretty!
- Melanie (10/5): -
- Alex (9/5): - location is good
- Barbara (8/5): I will recommend the Pine Tree Inn to others. It is comfortable, clean, and satisfactory. - The recommended breakfast place within walking distance was perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. And, spacious as well. If I stay there again I will request a unit that has hand bars in the shower as my mobility is becoming limited.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The bed was much too big, king size, I prefer a queen at the largest. The shower could be easier and safer to use.
- John (9/5): -
- Jonathon (9/5): Fantastic value for a simple, comfortable and clean room. - Very good value for the price. Rooms were super clean and the king bed was quite comfy. Bathrooms were lovely. I called ahead and asked if there were rooms available and the clerk said no. When I got there (after booking 3rd party) there was little to no cars in the lot and the vacancy sign was lit up.
- Kathleen (8/5): -
- Heidi (7/5): Great resting place before journeying on - Clean and comfortable
- Brenda K (10/5): - Very clean but could use some updating aesthetically. I felt safe staying by myself.
- Maryann (8/5): - I love how clean the room was and the flooring was really nice.
My only complaint is the loose soap holder in the shower and the loose shower door handle.
With a little maintenance I would give 5 stars.
Staff was great and parking was so nice.
I felt at home here.
The AC is super strong so you won't ever get hot.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Door to reception locked - finally understood that I needed to ring doorbell. Check-in quick but didn't seem welcoming - also found I needed to get ice from the office - no ice machine.
Room very nice, air conditioned, clean, and good furniture placement.
Check out quick and welcoming.
- Jackie (1/5): Not recommended - Very sketchy people hanging out on the balconies shouting at each other and smoking and swearing. Room was grubby and someone’s old bra was still in the cupboard. We had to lean something against the curtains to close the gap.
I did t want to stay but my wife was too tired to look for something else.

- Meriwether (10/5): - Awesome staff
- Verlie (7/5): -

- Deanna (10/5): This was a one night stay as we traveled. It was perfect for what we needed, comfortable and clean. - We did not partake in breakfast and I was not aware that there was breakfast available.
- Jason (9/5): It was okay nothing extraordinary. - It was centrally located and the room had been renovated and was very comfortable. The coffeemaker did not work. Also the free breakfast hours were ridiculously early, 6am-9am.
- John (8/5): -
- Marisa (1/5): Felt unsafe, looks like people live here, sketchy neighborhood, we did not stay -
- Judith (10/5): - Great clean comfortable great pillows and lots of towels. Staff was over and beyond.

- wendy (9/5): Wonderful stay! - The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the firmness was a plus. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. This motel appeared to be recently renovated and was exceptionally clean. A wonderful stay! The location was a bit iffy, but the room made up for it.

- Anthony (5/5): No much to say - Not much Laud , poor location
- Neagu (7/5): -
- g (8/5): Pleasant, clean and comfortable. Be cautious with directions from Google maps. - Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced Ice machine, breakfast or snacks
- Lisa (10/5): - The owner was very kind and made my family feel welcome. The rooms are being remodeled and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. The neighborhood isn’t great but the room is close to the interstate and it's really easy to get to Ashland.
- MICHELLE (7/5): - Fair price, clean comfortable bed. Room to park vehicle with trailer. Slow drain in shower.
- Kenneth B Johnson (7/5): Decent price, remodled units - Location and price, remodeled The satellite TV was very bad. Could not watch on every channel. To much interruption.
- Sue (8/5): - It wasn’t noisy, it was clean and people were helpful and friendly
- Elaine (7/5): -
- Cindy (8/5): Comfortable - Newly remodeled and very clean. They are working hard to make it a great place to stay for your money. No ice machine at the time but said they were getting pne
- Patricia (10/5): great place to stay!! awesome people!! great value!! - newly remodel, fresh paint, new beds, new owners. 2 different size pillows to choose from on bed. the owners were very helpful, going out of their way to help us(our car broke down, long from home). quiet, safe, security cams. Would stay here again!!
- Erika (10/5): - Staff were lovely. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was in late and left early but the only issue was the location as there wasn’t a lot of food options around.
- Caitlin (10/5): Great value, very clean! - Very clean, very comfortable. The beds were super soft and comfy, I had the best nights sleep I've had this whole trip! Has lots of storage. Really great value!
- Wilson (10/5): -
- I6034SZjonathanw (8/5): Clean and quiet at a reasonable price - The room was spacious with free WIFI and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and as it was hot outside we appreciated that the air conditioner worked well. The price was reasonable for the area. We would stay here again when we are in Medford.
- Aileen (6/5): Review of Tiki Motel - I didnt get a receipt from the front desk. The room had a funky smell, worn and soiled furniture, mold in the shower and pipes running against wall were dirty. For the price it was okay for 1 night. For a Saturday night there were only 2 other cars in the entire parking lot.
- Wenda (2/5): - I was put into a "smoking" room--smelled awful. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets scratchy and the air conditioner was so loud and noisy it kept me awake. And, the ice machine didn't work to top it off!
- Kenneth (2/5): - There was a gang near the parking lot. I was traveling with very expensive music gear. Had to change accommodations.
- Heather (6/5): - The room had crumbs or something on the carpet it was clean other than that.
- Shoua (10/5): - Thank you!
- john (4/5): - Dirty rooms repairs needed In plumbing
- isaako802 (2/5): Extremely Awful! - THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. So mad I could not be refunded. IT WAS COMPLETE TRASH. Road tripping so wasn't able to arrive until 8pm and the room had stained towels, holes in the walls, stained furniture , the trash was not taken out and the door lock was broken. Eveyrthign was disgusting and smelled terrible. I could not stay and find an alternate plan. I thought this motel would be better since there were some positive reviews, but the fact there was not a room prepared when I arrived post normal check in time and it was THAT UNCLEAN and UNKEPT, I do not understand how this hotel has any positive reviews. TERRIBLE!!!!
- Gary (8/5): Good value - Good bargain for a clean, quiet, comfortable room. Friendly service and several dining options within a short drive.
- Stephen (8/5): - Lots of room for parking.
- Albert (8/5): - It was perfect for what I needed. Just a quick stay.
- Yijan (8/5): - Good service
- Masaki (8/5): - The staff is friendly.
- Dwayne (8/5): - It was clean
- Raymond (2/5): - trim falling off drawer. no plub for laptop w/o having to move major piece of furniture, which mgr did. wash cloths so dirty & stained, threw one of them away. noisy. A/C auto did not work. Froze trying to sleep. Finally, just turned it off entirely. BAD exp. Not as Expedia rated, 8.2. Request Refund.
- Gary (2/5): - The guy running it was very nice, he apologized a couple times after fixing the sink. The green stuff was still on the wall. He also apologized for the ice machine not working and for not having the breakfast that was advertised on the website. He was able to get the television working. They also don’t provide soap. Don’t expect the place to be updated. We also had pipes and electrical wires run on the interior of the roof. Be prepared to ring the buzzer outside the entrance that might say something about the area. Best of luck.
- Marguerite (4/5): - We arrived after midnight, the room was dimly lit, and we fell into bed.
In the morning with daylight, we saw the room was in poor condition and filthy. There were dark splashes on the bathroom walls and door from a dark liquid, the floor hadn’t been recently vacuumed, when I picked my toilet bag from off the sink counter, it was covered in powder/dirt, the desk chair was falling apart and the stuffing was coming out, and there were semen stains all over the sitting chair. Least of our worries but still notable, there were no garbage cans in the room.
The room was listed as undergoing significant cleaning between stays as part of COVID protocols, but it hadn’t even undergone a recent cleaning.
We told the front desk clerk who apologized.
We stayed here in 2018 and found that room to be pleasing and comfortable and we’re happy to return. We won’t be returning again.
- Gianne Maxime (10/5): - The motel vicinity is quiet and near food places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The affordable price is a bonus
- Tourist37169359293 (10/5): Great Stay at Tiki - The room is neat and clean. The air conditioning and the faucet were working great. Wifi was strong. The vicinity is peaceful. The location is perfect. There are a lot of food places nearby which is the best part.
- Jason (10/5): Terrific tiki times! - Great cheap motel, slept well with a machine that conditions the air on a hot Medford night. Don't listen to these Marys, that expect a ritz carlton experience for this price. Everything was fine, felt safe(solo male) Give the tiki a shot, bonus common block brewery down the street, within walking distance, highly recommend. Don't overload it!
- Daniel (2/5): - Gross
- James (2/5): - When my fiancé and i arrived at the hotel we were forced to wait in the 36 degree weather till buzzed in. I was assigned room 114. Upon entering, the room smelled like poop. My fiancé entered the bathroom to use it and the toilet was filled with poop making her gag, toilet paper all over the floor, dirty towels. I approached the gentleman at the front desk and his response was it must have been forgotten. We were then assigned to room 109 which had a musty smell. Animal hair all over the floor to where my fiancé and i would not walk around without shoes. I wonder if the bed was even clean. Usually we eat in the hotel room. We would not even do that. I am very unhappy and i would never recommend this place to anyone. Very unclean. Dirty, dirty, dirty, gross.
- Caelan (10/5): 12/16 stay - Manager was nice and pleasant, room was cozy and the heater worked great!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Booked in advance, arrived at the place and they said I couldn’t have the room because it was dirty, claimed they canceled my booking then I was charged for it the next day.
- Ronald (6/5): - It was cold. I had to turn the heater on all night to keep warm. The manager was on site but not in the office. I had to wait for him to appear and saw no other staff. Only two other rooms were occupied so it was very quiet.
- Brenna (2/5): A bit shady - The pictures look great but the quality was not. We stayed in the family suite. The hotel room didn't have any working lights in the front room. The lamps weren't plugged in and one was missing a light bulb. The only way to get the lamp working was by plugging and unplugging it. The bathroom had mold in it, the walls were dirty and hair was still all over the bathroom. The toilet didn't always function properly. The floors left my white socks black on the bottom. We also had to go to the store to buy toiletries so we could wash our hands after using the bathroom. The TV was set on one channel and couldn't be changed. The curtains were falling off the rods. The chairs were also stained. The one good thing about the place, the sheets were clean.
- 13jasons79 (10/5): Would stay here again - Clean and easy to find. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Here are some more words to meet the minimum word count for a trip advisor review. I’m an English teacher and I still think word counts are dumb, unlike this motel, which was perfect for my needs.
- John (6/5): Room wasn’t ready. - Was told check in was at two - had to wait about twenty minutes for someone to show up. Not sure if that is the hotel’s fault or hotel.com’s fault. Rooms weren’t ready and I got no soap/shampoo. They had a help wanted sign out and the proprietor was friendly, but frazzled - so he could just be dealing with tough circumstances right now.
- Noel (2/5): Gross - Place was really ghetto had a person ask for drugs a soon as we got their also manager was rude and the place smelled like cigarettes
- David (10/5): Not as expected - Wifi was not as posted. Could not get the internet, it was a stop on our way to Vegas
- DavidL11186 (10/5): Mr me - Nice place, good price, management was attentive and showed a great helpful attitude.
The room was clean, with a good mini fridge, air conditioning, the glass pot for the in room coffee maker was missing but I always take my own coffee maker so no big deal.
The accommodations are close to downtown, eatery around the corner, two miles to coffee stands fast food.
The Tiki Lodge is on one of two one way streets, go North and the access to I-5 is about two miles with a Fredmeyer around the corner, go South and it will go by Phoenix, Talent snd on to Ashland. Two miles East are all the medical facilities.
They also have a free breakfast I didn't try but it smelled very good.
All in all a nice establishment that I would stay at again and recommend, with a decent price

- Janet (4/5): - Close to my family and shopping I'm familiar with.
Photo is from decades ago as the shower, carpeting and bathroom is disgusting, broken ice machine, had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper during my three days.
- Jose (10/5): - All was very good and satisfied.
- marc (2/5): - The desk clerk couldn't find our reservations and accused us of having made them for August even though we showed him the confirmations. He had the wrong names and refused to acknowledge that he was wrong. He was incompetent and mean.
The motel is scary. Trashy people partying all night in the back of a truck on the parking lot. No soap in one of the rooms and no shampoos. Red splatters on the walls of one of the room: blood? No blankets, dirty furniture, weak shower flow.
- Robert (10/5): Good value - Older but nice clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Quiet as well.
- EDWDCH (10/5): Work in Medford - I was very pleased with my stay at the Tiki Motel in Medford. I had originally booked my week long stay at another motel in Medford , the Royal Crest. My first and only night at the Crest was riddled with bugs in the room accompanied with groups of red itchy bumps on any portion of my skin that was exposed. To say the least I was not happy. My wife gave me choices after she did her research for a room in a crunch. I like the sound of the name, The Tiki Lodge. Similar price point, a world away in terms of condition and service. An aged building, but cared for very well. Considering the Crest took my money and then charged me for a room I didn’t use and refused to return phone calls and dodged my personal visits to the office, any level of customer service I was to receive would have been better. The Tiki’s owner knocked it out of the park. Bottom line…. He gave a darn about my stay and wether or not I felt respected. My next Medford business trip I will be lodged at The Tiki Lodge Motel.
Thank you sir

- NORA (2/5): - Shower not clean, no soap tray in shower, missing smoke detector, refrigerator broken.
- Destination67992 (10/5): Favorite motel - can't beat it for the price. - Good air conditioning, clean newer beds. Low price. 50ish style - cool older motel structure if you're into this type of thing. It appears they did a makeover recently. For example, a new sink was installed.
- KEGAN (6/5): Sad disappointment - The staff was originally rude until they found out I was a working professional and then they were very accommodating. I was concerned with leaving anything in my room when I wasn't there. Hotel seemed to be a squatting place for drug addicts when they needed a little AC or a shower. Bathroom had towels and one bar of soap to share between the sink and shower. No shampoo or conditioner. no breakfast at all in the morning.
- Patrick (6/5): - It’s in a sketchy part of town, but it was still safe enough for a man but I wouldn’t want a single woman to stay
- oahu2sf (8/5): Starter. Motel. Overnight Stay. - I arrived late at night, so was unfamiliar with location. Front Desk Manager, pleasant and efficient. Tip - requested quiet room, perfect. Room 215 end of second floor.
Easy and free parking, Room has all the amenities needed for an overnight stay to continue for a road trip up north.
Clean but needs to really work on details, i.e. smudged mirror, wipe down bathroom walls would complete the overall affect of a nice room.
