Not sure what to do as I was not sure if elevator works. Call the front desk using cell phone. About 20 minutes later someone showed up. Looks like the breaker is tripped

- Chao (2/5): - Strong smell from air conditioning, ventilation is nonexistent that bed feels wet, everything is in poor condition and apparently not being well maintained. Rusted shower head, broken shower tub, cheap plastic sandals, TV remote that doesn’t work, heavily stained couch etc etc I can go all day. Overall just horrible, avoid at all cost. You can get way better experience in Foshan for the price you’re paying.

- Jesper (8/5): Rekommenderas (men bara internet via 4G) - Trevligt hotell med fantastiskt akvarium i lobbyn. Bra stora rum (byte av mattor börjar bli dags), bra buffet med lite allt möjligt, ATM och en liten närbutik i lobbyn. Enda dåliga är uselt och oanvändbart internet och Wifi. Det gäller nästan alla bättre hotell utom något enstaka här. Så, surf via 4G om man behöver internet.

- Verified traveler (8/5): ステキなホテルです - お部屋はWi-Fiも普通に使えて（ただしグレートファイアウォールはありヤフーなどは使えず）、キレイでアメニティもきちんとあります。 朝食付きの滞在でしたが、洋中と和風？のカリフォルニア巻きがあり、どれも美味しかったです。スクランブルエッグは無く、目玉焼きと両面焼きだけでした。 ひとつだけ難点はその位置。最寄りのクイチールー駅までタクシーで15元ほど。今回は新城東駅からすぐの所でのコンサートを見るために、会場に比較的近い宿と思って予約しました。終わったらタクシーで戻れると思ったら誤算でした。夜間10時以降は割増料金もあるのですが、それ以上にふっかけてきます。高級なホテル名のせいでしょうか。タクシー問題さえなければ、ステキなホテルです。 ただし仏山は広州白雲空港から地下鉄で2時間、高速バスで90分かかります。

- Verified traveler (10/5): NICE HOTEL FOR THE CANTON FAIR - The hotel room was real nice and the staff was friendly. Make sure you ask for a room that's not smoking since certain floors you can smoke inside the rooms. The staff english was limited but did there best to help you. They also have transportation everyday to and from the canton fair.

- Hulbert (8/5): impressive stay!!! - I normally don't leave reviews but I must say I had a really nice stay. Was here a week and I really hate to leave. The only problem I had was the fact the the internet doesn't always work as it should. I found out that Google doesn't work in China at all. I have a Google phone(pixel) and it almost doesn't want to make phone call. But that a side, everything else was Great. The food, the pool, the service, all good in my book. It was a little far from most places I had to go(45mins by taxi) but I didn't mind, taxis are cheap here. I will definitely be staying again when I come back in a couple of weeks...
- Verified traveler (4/5): Good hotel..Not great experience - We got in late after a long international flight. They didn't have a non-smoking room that we'd requested, and the only option was to stay in a room with a single bed instead of doubles. We had to get a rollaway bed sent up for it. The front desk staff told us the bed would be in right away and we had to wait about 30 minutes for it at 2 in the morning. I know that preferences aren't guaranteed, but the staff wasn't helpful with the situation. We were also told there would be free wifi at time of booking. Wifi is not free in the rooms. Maybe in the lobby? There was free wifi at the paid breakfast area. In any case, I had to call the front desk to get them to bypass that (which they did help with) Last thing- the main lobby has an awesome column fish tank that could be so cool if they put a few more fish varieties in there. It seemed to just have two different types that are rather small. Still very cool.

The hotel is a much more upscale Hilton than usual and everything in feels excellent. if you are coming to Foshan for work than this hotel is perfect. However, it would be to far away if you plan to go back and forth from Guangzhou.
- kassem (8/5): If you are going for a business near by is ok. - The rooms are big. Need higher lights in the rooms. The color of the walls were dark black added dim lights. Location isn't great for tourists if expecting actions around the area. Good for business travelers if planning to meet in the area. The Hotel covers large area. The closest Metro station is 5-10 min. by Taxi.

The breakfast was good and the staff was always up to the standards and very helpful. Not so good for canton fair, 1.5 hours away

- Verified traveler (10/5): Hilton Foshan - The Foshan Hilton is a tremendous hotel that is very friendly to westerners needing a familiar and comfortable place to stay. They have a nice blend of Chinese and western culture that works well. The restaurants offer many varied options. The buffet at Open is pricy, but it offers a deluxe spread of western and eastern food options. I highly recommend upgrading to be able to use the Executive lounge during your stay. The lounge provides a top-notch breakfast, with snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff in the Executive lounge is very attentive and helpful.
- Mike (10/5): Extremely clean and amazing staff - Really clean hotel, staff all spoke very good English. Breakfast had the biggest selection from any hotel I have been too in the world. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very nice gym and yoga room. Everything is very clean and new. With lockers and towels and a dryer for your bathing suit if you go in the massive out door or in door pool, Sauna and steam room. Will definitely be staying here again. I ha da few rough experiences at other hotels in the city.

- Adam (8/5): Nice hotel for business in Foshan - In town for business. The lobby was beautiful with a large aquarium in the middle. You can have a drink on top of the aquarium but can't see down into it (bummer). Nice rooms, the Chinese restaurant on the second floor wasn't very good.

- sivagaminathan (8/5): Sparkling indeed - Very well maintained and sparkling. The hotel is in good neighborhood, I enjoyed the morning walk with my son around the hotel. One big problem is the hotel is huge and the elevators are on the far side of the hotel. The staff use their smart phone to translate in Chinese and try very hard to help. The guys at concierge service were exceptional. The large aquarium was great but could use light-colored decoration and better lighting. I would recommend adding breakfast to your booking because the cost of breakfast if paid separately is very high. On all 5 days the breakfast menu did not change a bit, we got bored after 2 days but did not have any other option. They do sell SIM card for actual cost which was great. There is a fair-sized supermarket next door (part of the same building) but only opens at 9 am. Restaurant staff need more training to handle the needs of people coming from different parts of the world. They were under prepared for basic things.

- DEAN (8/5): Hilton Foshan - Overall all good, but typical breakfast in room service could have done in a better way to solve some misunderstandings i.e. time of deliver, meals selections and etc. Whenever such service was requested but without the proper info filled on the door card, there should have been a notice pass it into the room floor to be recognised and handled well from both sides. Was a nice hotel with impressive lobby design and everything, but city surrounding were not close to convenience.
