• Aditya (3/5): Pathetic experience - Like the location which is near to bus stop But room not clean .. unpleasant smell always also toouch on dust on bed n chairs and table as well ..fan and ac making noise also water flow in bathroom was not force..the worst thing is the room was full of dust anywhere I touch my hand become dirty with black n red dust

• Rodricks (1/5): Hotel from your nightmares. - Nothing in the hotel is good. Felt like I was staying in a over priced godown. There are many better options at better rates in the same area. Hotel is in ruins. Ceiling plaster is the room is about to fall. Leakage, seepage in the room walls. Room has furniture which is worn and broken with fungus all on the walls. Electrical fittings are cheap with just bulbs fixed. TV was not working. Cupboards has fungus in it. Could not keep our bags in it. Plaster is falling everywhere. Even the entrance has plaster falling off. This hotel needs immediate repairs or it will cause some major tragedy. Huge spider were on the floor dead and the housekeeping did not bother to check. If anyone who has fright of spiders would have panicked.

Except if they cd tie up with a local food outlet n have the menus in the room so at least evening tea cd be delivered n morning breakfast would help enhance their services. Nothing not to like or dislike. They could do with a fresh round of paint n windows painted

Painting and exposed wires etc. The toilet taps were leaking and there was cobweb on the toilet ceiling. Staff are not motivated. Government hostel very poorly maintained. Lots of things lying around looking ugly

• Edmund (5/5): Location wise the hotel is at central and is close to the bus stop - It was centrally located in Mapusa. Housekeeping is good with clean bedsheets. room size of suite is good The Hotel is very outdated, and the upkeep is poor. The walls have lot of leakage, mold and the structural building maintenance is poor. If you come late at night the hotel main doors are locked. and you need to phone and wait for the person to wake up. No wifi in this Hotel. No fridge.

All most all amenities provided by hotel are fantastic except availability of food since restaurant is not attached to property. Understand that said Property is going to demolished in near future, it is already auctioned. Is it correct or just rumours?? Since I am frequent guest I am very much worried 😟😫 can my question is able to answered by any authority??

A restaurant serving snacks etc. should be there.Atleast a pantry tea/ coffee/ vending machine. The walls were damp emitting monsoon smell. Location was convenient and excellent. Needs complete renovation. Old furniture of the old restaurant was just thrown and dumped in the passage making it look like a warehouse not a living place. Very shabby. Cleanliness is next to Godliness.

The toilets seat was broken, stained walls, dimly lit bathroom, lizards crawling on the walls, old furniture and junk piled along the corridors. One night a snake came in the corridor. The rooms smell stale and mouldy.
