Le nettoyage avant la rentrée d'un nouveau client est normalement toujours fait ? Cerise sur le gâteau, ma femme est restée coincée dans l'ascenseur au 18 étage ! 15 mn d'une longue attente pour elle.

Jasmine (4/5): I was not pleased and don’t plan to book again or recommend - location they lied and told me that because I booked through “booking.com” i would get whatever room was available and then told me they were sold out of the room I originally booked. After calling Booking to cancel my reservation, they apparently found a room that matched my reservation. Room was not the cleanest. Didn’t like that you had to pay for parking. Also, the wait for the elevators were crazy. I waited 30 mins for an elevator.

Whitney (1/5): Over priced and over rated. - Bed was comfortable and conveniently located near city center. Room was gross, outdated, and literally embarrassing to be labeled as a part of the Sheraton brand. Drinks at rooftop bar were garbage. Will never stay here again.

It wasn’t the quiet or calming environment I wanted for my party of two. Additionally, there was a couple that was arguing at full volume in my hallway for at least an hour at 3:00 AM. Finally, the line to check in was practically out of the door.

Donyea (4/5): Nice views but horrible amenities - I loved that this hotel was in the middle of the city with so many close places to visit. It was in the perfect spot to stay and enjoy our time without having to travel far and our view was nice. We had some issues during our stay. The fridge kept leaking and didn’t get cold, the shower didn’t get hot and barely pushed out water, the toilet kept running and the handle was loose so you had to giggle it to stop it from running if you could. The sink had the same issue you had the find just the right spot for the handle to stop it from running and leaking. And when you showered the water flowed basically across the entire bathroom so the floor stayed wet and you could get to the sink without walking in a puddle of water we had to use a towel to push the water in one area and then put a dry towel to dry it after each shower. The bed was soft but you would sink in while in it. Seems like it is just extra used worn down and needs a new mattress.

Mahala (10/5): - Friendly staff and cleanliness and location The only thing we didn’t like was that there wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed just a regular sheet that wouldn’t really tuck in, and no trash bags in the bathroom or room. But nothing that wouldn’t make us not wanna come back. Everything else was exceptional
Andrea (1/5): I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it to anyone! - The location! Out of four elevators, only one was operational for two days. This resulted in long lines and wait times of up to 30 minutes just to get to my room on the 7th floor. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The room itself was not up to standard. The bed was improperly made—there was no fitted sheet. Instead, a comforter was placed underneath a flat sheet, which was then covered by another flat sheet. Because the sheet wasn’t large enough to tuck in, I had to wake up multiple times throughout the night to fix the bedding. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. There were also visible maintenance and cleanliness issues. I noticed debris on the ceiling that resembled chewed-up popcorn, and there was a poorly patched hole in the wall. It was so noticeable that when the air conditioning came on, the wallpaper actually moved. Additionally, I booked a room that included club access with a high-floor city view. However, I was placed on the 7th floor out of 18, which did not meet expectations or what was advertised. To make matters worse, I raised these concerns at checkout. The front desk associate (I believe her name was Rachel) mentioned she would add Bonvoy points toward a free night as a gesture of goodwill. That follow-up never happened. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. Between the lack of basic room standards, maintenance issues, and poor follow-through on customer service, I would not recommend this property and would think twice before staying here again.

Received “guest of the day” when checking in which allowed access to the lounge with snacks and water, etc. Also got two free glasses of champagne as well as free breakfast.

ravg22 (2/5): Horrible experience with staff - This was literally the most despicable experience my wife has ever had. It was so bad, we lodged a formal complaint. The check in staff (Brian) and manager (Ron Shuker) treated my wife in such a condescending, rude and demeaning way - belittling her, making her cry and had the audacity to say that they would help her if she said please. It was horrible and borderline abusive. These two should not be in hospitality and don’t represent the values that Marriott espouses. We have never been more upset and disappointed, having stayed in well over 200 Marriott properties over the years

There were lines of people waiting to check in, and 5 staff behind the desk, and yet only one of the receptionists were helping people. Seems like at such a busy time with so many guests expected, more trained staff should have been behind the counter. Once we were at the front of the line, and being helped, gentleman helping us was very gracious, and gave us vouchers for buffet breakfast for the following morning. We hadn’t complained, but he seemed aware of the long wait. Lighting in room very dim, as though bulbs were of low wattage. Difficult to read in bed. Bathroom shower, with glass doors firmly shut, leaked water onto the floor.
