- Milijana (10/5): - Boravak u hotelu je bio divan! Hotel je prelep, veoma čist i lepo uređen, a lokacija je savršena jer se nalazi u centru svega i sve je na par minuta udaljenosti. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Posebno bismo želeli da se zahvalimo smeđoj devojci na recepciji koja nam je izašla u susret i omogućila raniji check-in, što nam je mnogo značilo nakon puta. Veoma smo zahvalni na toj ljubaznosti i sigurno bismo ponovo odseli ovde. Sve preporuke!

- Natalia (9/5): Остановка на 2 дня - Номер Джуниор - комфортное размещение с ребенком. Достаточно большой номер. Завтрак без излишеств, но в целом всё есть и вкусно. Приветливый персонал. Особенно девушка, которая нам помогла с парковкой и разрешила остаться в номере еще на 2 часа. Расположение отеля не очень удачное. Рядом стройка. Парковки у отеля нет. Нам пришлось в 7 утра переставлять машину, мы кружили вокруг отеля, бесплатных мест не было вообще, а мужчина при заселении не сказал, что можно за 25 евро поставить машину на парковку во дворе другого здания.

- Andela (10/5): - Die beste Unterkunft in Belgrad. Die Aufmerksamkeit aller Mitarbeiter war hervorragend und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Check-in und check-out waren schnell und unkompliziert! Das Hotel liegt zudem an einer super Lage und ist mit dem Auto und zu Fuss sehr einfach zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, danke nochmals allen Mitarbeitenden!

- Simona Camelia (10/5): Very nice hotel and wonderful staff - It was pretty close to city centre and to the new Belgrad. The staff was exceptional. They manage to solve all our requests with parking space, restaurant booking, providing guidance. The room was excellent, we received an upgrade. The view from our room was great. We will come back here next time in town. There are only a few parking spaces, so you need to make a reservation for that as well in advance. There is a construction site across the street and they are working all days including the weekend, so it is very noisy from early hours, but this isn’t the fault of the hotel… still an inconvenience for a while

- Gökçe (10/5): Kısa zamanda güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Her şey olumluydu. Hiç problem yaşamadık. - Resepsiyonistler oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Booking aşamasında da mesajlarımıza çok hızlı dönüş yaptılar. İki kişi için ayrı yatak istemiştik, istediğimiz gibi oldu. Konforlu bir oteldi. Kahvaltı pek yapmadık ama iyi görünüyordu. Havlular ve çöp her gün temizlendi. Genel olarak tercih edilebilir bir yer. Sakin ve huzurlu. Havalimanına ulaşım için hem gidişte hem dönüşte otelle iletişim kurarak taksi (ücretli) kullandık. Mercedes araçlarla yolculuk yaptık, temiz ve konforluydu. Şoförler çok nazik ve dost canlısıydı. İlk şoförümüz bize şehirle ilgili güzel bilgiler ve tavsiyeler verdi. Havalimanına dönüşte check out yaptıktan sonra epey vaktimiz kalacağı için bagajımızı otelde bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Çok problem yaratmadı ama zemin daha temiz olabilirdi. Google’dan araştırırken tesisin olduğu sokaktaki fotoğraflar yanıltıcıydı (genel olarak çok eski fotoğraflar ve bu otelden kaynaklı değil tabi ki) çünkü otelin karşısına devasa bir inşaat başlamıştı. Biz şanslıydık çünkü inşaat henüz temel atma aşamasındaydı. Çok fazla gürültü yoktu ve camlar olan gürültüyü kesiyordu. Sadece su bir kere ücretsiz veriliyor, genel olarak şehirdeki otellerin yaklaşımı bu sanıyoruz. Onu da check in yaparken belirtiyorlar. Hemen karşıda market var o yüzden su açısından sorun yaşamıyorsunuz otelden almak istemezseniz. Tesisle doğrudan ilgisi olmasa da çevresiyle ilgili ufak çekincemiz oldu. Otel biraz daha tarihi merkezden iç taraflarda kalıyordu. Genelde yürüyerek gezmiştik ve otele döneceğimiz saatlerde çok geç kalmamaya çalıştık.

The staff were very kind, checked us in early, and gave us a room facing the inner side of the building, so it was completely quiet. Sound insulation is really good—we didn’t hear anything. The room was very comfortable, and the beds were excellent—we slept really well and even managed a proper daytime nap. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety and everything tasted fresh. The location is convenient, easy to get around on foot, and taxis know the hotel. Only a small thing — e-maps can be a bit misleading especially with public transport routes, not really the hotel’s fault, but something to keep in mind.

- Sean (10/5): Back again, the Jump Imm is always a pleasure. - I’m a regular at the Jump Inn and it’s always a pleasant stay. Location is great for both city centre and the river. Rooms comfy and staff always friendly and helpful.

- Kenneth (8/5): In the middle of a marathon - Great location, large well furnished room. Decent breakfast. Decent daily housekeeping. Quiet at night. In the middle of the city marathon & we needed to leave the morning of the marathon. No taxis available, but the staff were unaware where to walk to get one or if the bus or A1 shuttle to the airport were running. As this is a yearly event, the lack of training is inexcusable.

- Kerstin (9/5): - It was quiet though it was in the city and close to a construction site. A generous room and a comfotable bed. The staaf was very kind and serviceminded. A can easely recommend it to other visitors in Beograd.

Havaalanı transferi ile ilgili bir düzeltmeye ihityacımız vardı ve konuyu anlatır anlatmaz yardımcı olup çözdüler. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Her sabah güler yüzlü, selam veren ve kahvaltı hakkındaki düşüncelerimizi merak eden çalışanlr ile karşılaştık.
