- Leslie (8/5): Quiet surrounding, near to most popular food court - good location, many popular tourist attractions are within reach easily. Good foods are also nearby. Driving there is no problem, although parking in front of hotel has limited space, the ever security guard is always alert and will open the door to neighouring car park for guest to park there for free. He is also very polite. Most of the staff are friendly.

- KL guest (8/5): Bed bugs attack!! - Everything was so nice and comfy. Good facilities, fast service and friendly staff BUT the only thing that sets us back was the BEG BUGS issues! We were staying at room 211, king size bed. Middle of the nite, my hubby suddenly woke up coz he felt very itch on his body. He switched on the light and searched the bed. Surprisingly he found 2 - full blooded bed bugs on the bed sheet! After he killed the bed bugs, he switched off the light again and continue to sleep but he was force to get up again an hour later when he felt itchy on his feet. And he found another 2 fat bloody bed bugs on the bed sheet. And it left big swollen and itchy skin on his arm and elbow, on his torso and his feet. We were so upset and later, we made a complaint to the front desk. I have read the same complaint from another guests before but I guess this issue has been going on for quite sometimes and I doubt the hotel has done anything about it. May not be staying in this hotel again due to the bad experience.
- yudi (8/5): Big room, clean, and worth for money - The room is big and clean. Worth for the money. Near to the YMCA, the venue that we frequently visit at that time for an event. Unfortunately Wi-fi signal is bad and the food is not halal certified
- Rodney (10/5): Clean and comfortable budget stay - Clean and comfortable room, one of the best budget hotels I have stayed in. Room is cleaned each day and everything works. Good for trips where you don't stay in the hotel the whole day and only come back to a hot shower and comfy bed.

Hotel staff are helpful and always with a smile. Location is a bit out, unless you are willing to walk a bit, but its worth it

- Thomas (6/5): Not up to my standards. - Three nights to renew my visa. Marginally ok place. Clean enough but the lighting in the room was more like an office than a hotel room. And the breakfast was very unsatisfactory. Need a new cook there! The location is quiet but too far from any attractions, restaurants or night life. The only bright staff was the front desk staff who were very helpful and friendly.

- Wan (10/5): For a good location and value for money stay - The room is clean and the staff friendly. The reception is open 24 hours and that is a big plus if you need assistant. Its location allows you to walk to most of the street food places and parking is available at the hotel. The only complain is the breakfast but if you have great street food you tend to compare. so don't waste your time eating in the hotel.

- hairul abdul (8/5): Good - Good. The staff was nice and helpful. The only problem is to cross the road from the hotel. There are no zebra crossing and the traffic is always heavy. This is not G-Inn Hotel fault but maybe i would suggest the Hotel Management can request to the Penang Municipal about this issue. All in all, i enjoy my stay at G-Inn and its a value for money. Tq
- Jennie (8/5): Two thumbs up - It was a short trip, we wish we could stay longer. The location was excellent as it was convinient to where we wanted to go especially the hawker food where some were a walking distance. The facilities and condition of the hotel was perfect.
- DEVINDRAN (6/5): Easy stay - Great parking, easy access, process etc. Wish there would be a No Smoking sign above the buffet table area to prevent smoking guests from polluting food service area with cigarette ash.
