Balcony door handle broken, unable to lock room door, nowhere near the private beach as shown on site details. No airport transfers. Would however like to mention the night manager Omer, could not have been more helpful, and many thanks to him.
• A (8/5): Benna is a good base to enjoy Konyaalt Beach and get excursions done - It was a good experience the property has a nice Spanish feel to it, it's clean and the staff are very friendly especially Mr Vedat the boss he is very kind and helpful .thank you for making our stay a memorable one. • Bryony (10/5): A beautiful Little Turkish Hotel - I had an amazing and lovely stay at this very pretty Turkish little hotel. The room was cleaned every day, the staff was friendly. If you had any problems they'd sort it out asap! I will DEFINITELY stay there again. Affordable, friendly, and close to beach, bars, and restaurants.

İşletmedeki arkadaşlar gayet kibar ve yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi. Tekrar tercih ederim. Memnun kaldım.

• Verified traveler (2/5): unprofessional - The reception staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. The hotel was out dated, the bathroom smelled a bit bad, breakfast was awful. I would never ever stay at this hotel.

Personale/familie fyldte i fællesområdet, fik ikke svar på spørgsmål.
• Anja (4/5): Intime hotel med mangler - Hotelpersonalet var meget dålig til andre sprog end tyrkis, på værelset var der ingen køreskab og på badeværelse vandet fra wc'et i en stræk strøm de første 3-4 dage internettet generelt meget dårlig især når alle gæster og personale var samlet. Rengøringen var super fint (5 håndklæder rundt om wc), morgenmaden var okay ikke stort udvalg men nok til alle, poolen var meget fin og blev ikke lukket så hvis man ville kunne man svømme om natten, elevator til alle 3 etager.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Hübsches und angenehmes Hotel in Strandnähe - Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Hotelbesitzer ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum eigenen Strandplatz sind es nur 5 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind klein und fein, werden täglich gesäubert. Für den Preis auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

On a demander du lait chaude le premier jour pour le déjeuner et la réponse etait :le déjeuner est standard pour tout le mondes. Le déjeuner était aussi standard . Le climatiseur ne marchais pas. La femme de ménage ne fermait pas la porte après le nettoyage. Pas de mini bar dans la chambre. Chambre sale même après nettoyage. Les prix extrêmement cher. Par contre il est a 200-400m de la plage (un plage de prière pas de sable), et à 200m des arrêts du bus avec lequel ont peut facilement aller en ville. Le cartier était très chic. L'hotel est idéal pour quelqu'un qui veut decouvrir le pays et ne pas rester à l'hôtel, mais attention à bien enfermer vos bien.

• Joni (8/5): Nice hotel near the Konyaalti beach - Great location near the beach and shops. Friendly staff. In overall the service was very good but breakfast was quite modest. No pineapple or toasts.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Kitsch hotel op perfecte locatie - Het hotel was meer dan ik had verwacht, ideale locatie en over het algemeen vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam personeel. Minpunt was wel de douche die vaak lang koud bleef en het feit dat er eenmaal zomaar iemand mijn kamer in was geweest.

• Georg (8/5): Hotel im Westen on Antalya mit eigenem Flair. - Bei der Ankunft um 2°°Uhr morgens an der Rezeption fluggs alles erledigt (incl. WLAN und Schlüssel für Safe). Somit lag ich bereits 1 Std. nach der Landung in Antalya im Bett. Super.... Meiner Meinung nach hat dieses Hotel nicht 2 sondern 3( ) Sterne verdient. Bett, Klimaanlage, umfangreiche Badausstattung incl. Föhn, Seifenspender in Dusche und Waschbecken. Alles war i.O. und ich hatte nie einen Grund zur Reklamation. Gefehlt hat mir lediglich ein Kühlschrank. Selbst ein kleiner Balkon war im EZ vorhanden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und entgegenkommend. Verständigung erfolgte für mich hauptsächlich in englischer Sprache. Es waren hauptsächlich russische Gäste im Hotel, jedoch wurde außer russisch auch französisch und z.T. auch deutsch gesprochen.
