O hotel nao tem protecao acústica nos quartos, a musica das festas ao lado parecia estar dentro do quarto! Quando fomos reclamar na recepcao, o staff ja sabia que acontece com frequencia. Se ja sabem, pq nao fazem nada para melhorar? Tinha uma lista de pessoas com o mesmo problema…. O hotel seria otimo, se nao fosse o barulho a noite! vdimateo (10/5): Great option in Buenos Aires (especially for traveling with pets) - I always choose this hotel when I travel to Buenos Aires, because the rooms are comfortable, the staff is very helpful and warm, and they always accommodate my cat Nelson so that we have a great experience. The location of the hotel is also wonderful, well connected to many touristic places in Buenos Aires and close to several stores and restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel is continental-style, with many options. Nothing, our stay was great.

Na twee telefoontjes naar de receptie werd mij een uur geleden meegedeeld dat ook de politie was ingeschakeld. Het is nu 04:22 uur en het feest is nog steeds gaande. Flavia (6/5): - A academia do hotel não ficava no prédio, e abria somente às 7h00 da manhã por isso não consegui usar. os quartos são extremamente barulhentos aos finais de semana, muito barulho de música na rua durante toda a madrugada. Não havia talheres e pratos no quarto mesmo quando eu pegava no café da manhã, eles retiravam todas as vezes.

Cecilia (1/5): PÉSIMO HOTEL - Nos alojamos dos noches en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy mala. Desde nuestra habitación, que daba justo al lado de un salón de fiestas o boliche, tuvimos música, hasta aproximadamente las 6:30 de la mañana. Era tan fuerte que parecía que la fiesta estaba dentro de la habitación, lo que hizo imposible descansar. Llamamos en pLena noche para quejarnos, pero no recibimos ninguna solución ni seguimiento. Al día siguiente tuvimos que volver volver a reclamar, ya que el hotel nunca se comunicó con nosotros ni nos dio una respuesta clara. La falta de atención y de resolución por parte del personal fue realmente decepcionante. Ademas, al momento de hacer el check-in, nos cobraron la totalidad de la estadpia por adelantado, lo que hizo aún más frustrante la situación, ya que el servicio estuvo muy lejos de lo esperado. Entendemos que no es un hotel de lujo, pero sí se presenta como un buen hotel, y este tipo de situaciones no deberían pasar, o al menos deberían ser manejadas con mayor profesionalismo. lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativi. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. PÉSIMO HOTEL

Me pareció muy espacioso el espacio de estar con computadoras. El piso desayunador es muy luminoso y energizante para empezar el día. Desayuno variado. Cochera vecina amplia con pago extra .

Marcela (8/5): muy buena opcion para parar en Buenos Aires - la habitacion era de un tamaño cómodo. Y la ubicación muy recmendable. Preguntamos si era "pet friendly", nos dijeron que sí. Nos cobraron un plus de usd 18 por día, pero no hubo ningun servicio extra.. nos aclararon que no dejemos solo al perrito para que no ladre. Pero podrían tener en cuenta que si nos dan una habitación en 1er piso y al lado del ascensor, el animal se extraña mas con los ruidos y las voces de la gente... y ladra. Por otro lado, moverse dentro de las instalaciones con la mascota era bastante limitado. Pudimos desayunar en la terraza...
salvarado2002 (8/5): Bueno, pero ruidoso - Ubicación buena en Palermo, cerca de todo. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones limpias. Es un hotel que huele a antiguo, pero tiene buenas camas. Por su ubicación en Palermo, el viernes y sábado el ruido es infernal, hasta las 5 am. Recomiendo ir con audífonos o tapones para dormir. Es insólito que el check out sea a las 10.00 am. (Más, si el check in es a las 14.00. Debiese ser a las 12.00 o a las 11.00. El desayuno funciona, pero es muy poco variado y los huevos revueltos son esos que son hechos de caja.
