Polina (3/5): за 50-60€ можно снять что-то лучше - хорошая локация, если собираетесь гулять, но ночью громко, если хочется именно отдохнуть в отеле, то это точно НЕ этот отель дали не тот номер, что бронировали, потом поменяли на выше, где было не так громко, но все равно не то, что хотели в душе плесень и запах завтрак на -1 этаже, не особо есть выбор

Amir (10/5): - ‏I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I hadn’t read any reviews beforehand, but honestly, the hotel was really lovely and way better than I expected. The location was perfect too. ‏The bathroom and toilet were clean, and the rooms were clean as well, especially considering the price. ‏The staff were excellent, especially the reception team. Matin and the guy on the morning shift were super helpful and really nice to talk to. ‏The ladies in charge of the kitchen and cleaning the rooms were incredibly kind and sweet, I really liked them. ‏I liked the breakfast! It was always fully stocked. Definitely try the vanilla cake and that interesting herby cheese, both are great. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The room smelled of cigarettes (overwhelming even for Istanbul!) and it was very noisy. We expected the noise, but don't think it won't be during your stay here!

L'impression qu'il y avait la remontée des égouts. Une offre sur Booking qui selon moi est fausse car même avec l'offre je trouve que l'hôtel ne vaut pas son prix si ce n' est pour l'emplacement.

The bathroom had black mould in the sink and we noticed bugs on the first night. The room wasn’t ready upon check-in, we were made to wait for 1.5 hours in the basement (breakfast) area, with no explanation why it wasn’t cleaned on time. Breakfast area is tiny and small, average selection. We didn’t bother looking at the spa, given the lack of cleanliness in the room.

They asked me to update my card, which I did. they claimed that neither of my two cards had made the payment so my room was cancelled. I was left high and dry and if it hadn't been for the help of a Turkish couple I wouldn't have had a room for the night. I found another hotel and my card went through first time without any problems. I have heard that hotels in Istanbul cancel rooms last minute like this if you booked in advance and got it cheaply as they can sell it for more money. They said there were no rooms available for me to rebook when I called them 75 minutes after they cancelled the room. They are charlatans and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Saad Bin (1/5): It was terrible experience and ever I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. - Nothing at all No cleaning terrible breakfast fire alarm every morning. Staff not reliable. They spoil our holiday. Full trip became mess and spoiled because of this hotel. So we left and changed before the checkout dates.

Danny (5/5): - The location was good and beds were comfortable. Was not given the room that was booked. Was supposed to have a two bedroom suite and was given two separate rooms instead. This was brought to the attention of staff whose excuse was that "Two separate rooms is what we call a suite in Turkey." Though the images of the rooms on booking.com were not like this. So the dishonesty was not appreciated. Mini fridge in room was not stocked either.

Havvahan (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist perfekt, um Istanbul zu erkunden. Es ist ein süßes, charmantes und herzliches, familiär geführtes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in nur etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und alles Wichtige befindet sich praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Thiago Superti (10/5): Localização estratégica e perfeita. Camas muito confortáveis. - A localização é perfeita. Fica perto de tudo e muito fácil locomoção para todos os cantos da cidade. Logística é perfeita. Voltaremos 100% certeza. A cama é maravilhosa e o quarto é super confortável. O mais importante são que as images do hotel e dos quartos dentro do booking são todas reais. Não tivemos nenhuma surpresa negativa. Por ser um hotel bem localizado e estratégico, local do hotel é muito agitado e para dormir atrapalha um pouco. Nada de ruim com o hotel, só a rua mesmo que faz muito barulho.

Isabel (5/5): Zu laut und überall Zigarettenrauch, Personal sehr gut - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem die Köchin Zeynep und Metin Viel zu laut nachts, Zigarettenrauch durch die Lüftung der Zimmer die ganze Nacht und zwar in allen Zimmern. Man konnte also nicht lüften, weil es draußen zu laut war und von innen wurde man Passuvraucher.

M_Pfeffer (8/5): Prima Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr gut gelegen - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von vielen Touristenattraktionen, diese sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße, kann also auch mal etwas lauter werden. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Obwohl wir wegen Flugverspätung erst zwei Stunden nach dem eigentlichen Schließen der Rezeption angekommen waren, wurden wird freundlich begrüßt und es hatte noch alles prima geklappt. Danke hierfür! Das Einzige, was für mich überhaupt als Kritik erwähnenswert wäre, ist teilweise die Lautstärke vor dem Hotel, so dass man nachts besser das Fenster zulässt. Ansonsten hat aus meiner Sicht soweit alles gepasst

Good breakfast Clean room However, be mindful that the central location means being a very active nightlife scene. ))) It is perfect if you want the action, though light sleepers might find the busy street noise persistent.

GILBERTO (2/5): Da non ritornarci mai. - La struttura era molto centrica, lo staff era molto accogliente, il manager (EDA KALAG) ci ha accolto all’arrivo ed è stato molto gentile , mi ha organizzato per il mio compleanno una cena in barca con spettacolo dal vivo , abbiamo pagato per 3 persone 240€(consiglio questa gita in barca con lo spettacolo e la cena),la colazione era buona. Il giorno della partenza mi ha regalato un souvenir come ricordo per il mio compleanno. Ho affittato 2 camere suite per festeggiare a Istanbul il mio compleanno, La foto del profilo della struttura su Booking non rappresenta la vera posizione del hotel, le camere in foto sembrano belle e grande ma in realtà sono camere piccolissime e scomode, i bagni sono piccoli e scomodi, i condizionatori non funzionavano, ho chiesto aiuto per sistemare i condizionatori sono venuti a controllare ma il problema non è stato risolto, le tv in camera non funzionavano, una è stata sistemata ma la tv della seconda camera mai è stata sistemata, le casse forte o casse di sicurezza non funzionavano, una è stata sistemata ma l’altra mai è stata sistemata.
Susanne (2/5): Extrem laut, Spa geschlossen, Renovierungsarbeiten->keine Empfehlung - Das einzig Gute war das Frühstück. Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich (extreme Lärmbelästigung durch Musik, Bars, Verkehr). Zudem Renovierungsarbeiten im Nebenzimmer von frühs bis nachts (lautes penetrantes Sägen, Hämmern). Angeblich dringende Klempnerarbeiten, was nicht stimmt. Die Verpackungen der Laminatböden lagen im Flur. Schade, dass man vorher nicht durch die Inseratbeschreibung informiert wird, dass der Spa- und Wellnessbereich geschlossen ist und dass Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Ich bin definitiv nicht erholt nach Hause gereist.
