De plus le spa n'était pas fonctionnel en fin de semaine.

Avec chambre adéquate , mes deux dernières à l’étage oufff l’odeur d’égout dans la chambre qui persiste ,l’électricité défectueuse des ampoules on/off ,peu d’éclairage , machine à café non fonctionnel, le personnels avisés ne semble pas avoir fait effort avec nos 3 nuits rien avait changé pour la machine à café pas de place dans la salle d’eau Déception ! • Krystal (6/5): - We really liked the Lady at the front desk when we registered. Very sweet. The pool was great and there are even drinks you can buy for a small fee. Loungers comfortable. The room was clean, but dated. Showers have amazing pressure. They can certainly use more hooks, and you need to really bring your own towels particularly if you’re using the pool. The unfortunate thing is our kitchens became over run with mini ants. We put most our food away, but the ants got into sandwiches we had prepared and I had to throw away food. Sadly when I told the front desk, the young person at the desk didn’t know what to do or care. So a bit of a bummer

• Daniela (8/5): - We had a good stay at this property. The room was spacious, there was a small kitchenette, and the bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. A small pool was located adjacent to the parking lot. Check-in an check out was quick and easy, and the hotel was easily accessible from the highway and very close to the outlet shops. We used it as a starting point to access the P'tit Train du Nord bike trail, since it is only 3.5km from an access point. The owner kindly offered to store our bikes in the garage of the hotel, since our room was on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. What other travellers may want to know when making a decision to stay here: - the mattresses are very firm (depends on your preference). - the kitchenette had a random assortment of items. Enough for two people to comfortably snack but worth double checking what's available before planning a larger meal. Items such as dish soap, coffee, salt and pepper were thoughtfully included. - the balcony to the rooms is shared, with people often sitting outside to socialize. - there is a view of the ski hills but also the highway. There is some road noise noticeable but not overwhelming. - our suite had a few minor issues that we reported upon leaving (door lock hard to open/close, tap in the kitchen dripped). - based on the room it seems that renovations may be ongoing. For example, the trim wasn't fully installed yet (not an issue for us).

La chambre vient avec une cuisinette et il y a deux grosses épiceries autour. Vue sur les pentes de ski. Les lits sont confortables. La personne à l’accueil est gentille et à l’écoute. We had no choice, but stay one night. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone. Location is great, fireplace is a nice touch, but they need to work on being clean.

Il était seulement 10h.. arrivé à la chambre, ça sent la cigarette comeme dans un appartement de fumeur. Tout est désuet et la salle de baindate des années 80, avec de la moisissure dans les coulis de sillicone. Les photos de l'hotel, ne sont même pas les vrais. Ils ont pris la photo de l'hôtel d'à côté pour être plus beau. On dirait vraiment un motel miteux.. très déçu. N'y aller pas!!

Clean, comfortable and one of the lower cost hotels in the area. A bonus is Jean-Marc at the desk. Pleasant, personable and will respond quickly to any questions or issues you have.

Lorsqu’on est arrivées ce n’était pas la même place, c’est plutot un vieux motel pas entretenu. tout était salle et sentait la cigarette énormément. Beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre, les tapis humides, les murs gondolants. Mauvais service à la clientèle, bête et propos méchants avec des clients. Cette place ne valait aucunement 245$!! Ils n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser. Je déconseille. J’espère qu’Expedia va enlever la fausse publicité de la façade qui a l’air de jolie condo, puisque ce n’est pas la même place, l’image est 3 bâtisses avant et non la réalité. Merci

The bed felt like it was 30 years old and we never checked the pull out as we left. The smell was to bad in the room for me to make my family sleep there.

Quand on est habitué à des hôtels 5 étoiles, un motel de ce genre est décevant. Les tapis et certains meubles dans les chambres sont désuets. Il y avait de la poussière mais en général, c'était propre.
• Christian (4/5): - Fausse représentation. La première photo apparaissant sur expedia pour ce motel est fausse. C'est une photo d'un condo voisin. La personne à l'accueil ne parlait pas français. Heureusement une autre personne est arrivée pour m'accueillir. Ce n'est absolument pas un complexe hôtelier. C'est un motel qui date des années 1970 et qui n'a pas été rénové depuis. La toilette est mal fixée au plancher et bouge. Il y a beaucoup de moisissure sur les murs de la salle de bain, dans les joints du carrelage et sur le bord du bain. Mal éclairé. La lampe de chevet n'a pas d'abat jour et on doit dévisser l'ampoule ou la débrancher pour l'éteindre (il n'y a pas d'interrupteur). La porte de la chambre ferme mal (mais verrouille quand même). La télé a vraiment une mauvaise image. En l'allumant il y a un message qui dit que le signal n'est pas bon et c'est vrai... Le courant électrique varie beaucoup, il y a des coupures/flash lorsque la climatisation part. J'ai vraiment l'impression de m'être fait avoir. Malgré tout, pour le prix, c'est une grande chambre, il y a une petite cuisinette avec vaisselle et matériel minimal pour manger. micro-onde, frigo, poêle. Pas de cafetière par contre, ç'aurait été apprécié.

She could not find the reservations and she was quite unhelpful. The room was a good size but very dark, the electricity kept flickering every 2 or 3 mins. The bathroom was old and the shower was in the bathtub, the bath was slippery and the holding bar was flimsy with missing screws so it was useless, one of us did fall in the tub, fortunately without injury. We stayed 2 days but no one came to clean the room during our stay, there was no service while we were there.

• Mia-kim (4/5): Disappointing - The location No one was there when we arrived even if we asked for an early check in (which was approved) as we were in a hurry to get to an event. We waited 30 minutes for the lady to arrive. There was pee all over th e toilet..the room wasn’t clean. Wouldn’t recommend!

Il y a des gens louches qui font le party avec de la musique très forte près de la piscine.. je demande à voir la chambre avant de faire le check in. La chambre montrée sent la cigarette tandis que la chambre réservée est non-fumeur. On me propose une autre chambre genre appartement pour une supplément, je demande à vour cette chambre aussi avant le check in. On se déplace avec le responsable pour voir l'appartement et on croise 2 individus avec la face en sang. En arrivant près de la chambre je constate que le garde corps et le patio de la chambre d'à côté sont pleins de sang. Je dis au responsable que je ne prendrai pas cette chambre non plus. Il constate que la fenêtre de la chambre d'à côté est cassée. Il appelle la police. Je demande à la préposeé à la réception de me rembourser. Elle me.dit qu'elle n'a pas pris mon argent que c'est Expedia qu'il faut voir avec eux. Je contacte l agent de Expedia qui essaie de parler àvec l'hotel pour demander le remboursement sans succès. Il me dit qu'ils vont arranger ça. On quitte pour aller à un autre hotel sans avoir utiliser la chambre. Le lendemain Expedia me contace pour me dire que l'hotel ne veut pas rembourser... Hotel miteux géré par des voleurs... qui prennent votre argent sans scrupules et Expedia est complice avec en ne remboursant pas même si la chambre ne correspondait pas à la description. 180 $ perdus dans les poches des chinois
• guy (4/5): - Que cette établissement accepte de très gros chien dans les chambres à coucher. Qu' il n' y est personne le matin quand on check out. Que personne ne parle Français. Nous avons été très déçu de l' hôtel.

• Sam (2/5): - So this isn't so much of a review as it is a warning to fellow travellers. I was robbed here. Despite the fact that this place is creepy, dilapidated and unclean, I also actually paid 2 nights in full and didn't even stay here. The reason being when I arrived here, the hotel (motel) had no power. Which is fine, it happens, but when I asked for a refund, I was denied and treated very disrespectfully. I even called the police on the lady at the front desk, who was hiding from me in the basement because she was avoiding me. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Avoid this place at all costs.
• Caroline (6/5): - After reading a few negative comments, I was a bit worried before arriving. After consideration, sure the place is a bit stock in the 80’s, but it was very clean, quiet and we slept well. The beds are double beds, which could be small for tall people but they were comfortable (I prefer hard beds than soft mattresses). The place smelled clean, no cigarette smell. We didn’t hear anything all night. The lady at the desk didn’t speak French but this isn’t something that bothered me, she was polite and was trying her best. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, we had business to attend to and were only there one night.

• Gauthier (7/5): Good - The room was spacious and comfortable with a great jacuzzi tub. The coffee machine had an old used filter in it so we threw it out and didn't use the machine. It was all around very cozy. Room numbers are not visible, and it made it a bit difficult to find our room.
• K (5/5): it was fine. - The price was reasonable. It was close to shopping area and ski area. It was just off the high way. Many things were outdated. From the price I didn't expect high end hotel, however bathe tub wasn't working, and the dryer was broken. The room was very dark. Also, hotel staffs were not there often. We had several problems, and went to the office, but no one was there. Also we contacted through the web site, no one responded.
• Louis-Philippe (4/5): far from what I expected - already at check-in I was not impress as the person there was not able to speak one word in French (this is in Quebec where your main market speak French) I am good in english and I always speak in english when in other provinces of Canada, it is a form of respect. once in the room it was not nice looking at all for 160,00 $ per night and it was very cold. it took 3h to get at a comfortable temperature. you could feel the cold air from outside comming from every tiny holes in the walls (not insulated at all). and then in the bathroom, there was not heated at all and there was a humidity bug in the bath .. you can see they don't care about the place, they just want to make money.
