- Polina (7/5): Schön um das Meer zu genießen - Die Bungalows waren großartig und der Strand wunderschön. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich Das Restaurantpersonal war absolut unmöglich. Habe in keinem Urlaub so unfreundliches Hotelpersonal erlebt. Man muss ebenfalls bedenken, dass es bis auf den schönen Strand keine gute Gastronomie in der Nähe gibt. Wir haben trotz der gemischten Bewertungen dem Hotelrestaurant einen Abend eine Chance gegeben und es leider bereut. Man musste also jedes Mal wenn man essen wollte in die Stadt. Aus diesem Grund haben wir eine Nacht früher ausgecheckt und in der Stadt übernachtet. Da gibt es leckere und authentische Küche zu sehr fairen Preisen

- visonneau (6/5): Très décevant a préférer uniquement pour la plage - La plage paradisiaque malgré l'absence des transats. Le restaurant sur place a le mérite d'être bon mais plus cher qu'en ville. Le transfert inclus du.pprt d'arrivée a la.plage est appréciable. . Le personnel est particulièrement désagréable, un serpent et autre însecte dans la salle de bain très vétuste et pas du tout éclairée compliqué de se voir dans le miroir. L'impossibilité de fermer le logement sans le verrouiller. Un varan dans le jardin au reveil. A regretter petit dejeuner inclus malgré la possibilité de le payer dans la formule pas de boissons chaude. Le prix du transport en bateaux est plus cher pour les couples, le meilleur tarif s'applique a partir de 3 personnes alors quen ville pas de difference. impossible de manger le soir en ville car personne vous explique si vous pourrez revenir donc par prudence vous ne sortez pas de l'hotel.

- Claudia (10/5): A really nice hotel in a lovely location - The location is wonderful. Tbebeach is clean and beautiful. They have very nice arrangement of sun beds in the shadow. The room was spacious, well equipped with daily cleaning. The facilities are a bit old. The restaurant served delicious food for reasonable prices. The hotel offers transfer from Tonsai Pier and the staff helped us with the luggages.

- John (10/5): A paradise just 7 minutes by boat from Phi Phi Don - The location is out of this world. A quiet paradise just 7 minutes by boat from the hustle and bustle of Phi Phi Don town. A beautiful beach, perfect water and stunning view. They pick you up at the port in Phi Phi by boat on arrival for free. Also free boats at fixed times for departure. A private boat at any time costs 300 baht. If you are more than 3 people it is 100 per person. Staff were nice to us. Some people complain about them. I think they are just exhausted from working 12 hours a day 7 days a week with no day off. Room was spacious. Old style but fine. Breakfast was varied and ok. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was exceptional. Excellent food at fair prices. We only ordered Thai and Chinese dishes. No idea what the Western food is like. Cold beer! There is a mini mart with a good variety of products. They have deck chairs on the beach in the shade. We spent a lot of time there and swimming in the cleanest clearest water we have seen in Thailand. We will be back Everything was perfect

- Andrea (8/5): - Posizione ottima nella spiaggia più bella dell'isola, a 3 minuti di barca dal molo dei traghetti/speedboat ma distante dal casino della zona centrale, comunque raggiungibile a piedi in 20-30 minuti. Struttura molto ben fatta e immersa nel verde del giardino con ombra e fiori ovunque. Ottimo ristorante e colazione a buffet varia e abbondante. Pick up gratuita in barca all'arrivo e possibilità anche alla partenza ad orari prestabiliti. I bagni necessitano di rinnovamento, sono piuttosto datati e un po' malandati. Il traffico di barche da/per il molo è spesso rumoroso e fastidioso.

- Saloua (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een paradijsje - Echt een paradijs. Wij hebben het als gezin enorm naar ons zin gehad. Het is hier zo mooi dat je eigenlijk niet weg wil. De bungalow was schoon. Ik snap de negatieve reacties over het personeel niet, maar het personeel is super vriendelijk. De zee is geweldig om in te zwemmen. Neem je snorkelset mee, want er zijn prachtige vissen te zien en die zwemmen gewoon om je heen. Ontbijt was ook prima. Genoeg keuzes. Alles was perfect

La posizione è perfetta: immersa nella natura ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni dell’isola. I bungalow sono accoglienti, puliti e ben curati, con una splendida vista e un’atmosfera rilassante che ti fa davvero staccare da tutto. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Colazione ottima. Perfetto sia per coppie che per chi cerca tranquillità in un contesto tropicale. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei senza esitazione!

Best place to stay on Phi Phi! - I love the location of Paradise Pearl Bungalows and the beach at the door step has to be the best on Phi Phi! There is no pool here but you definitely do not need one. This is our second time returning and we will be back again. It's paradise! The restaurant is also amazing with many delicious food options at a very reasonable price. You can walk into town from this location or take a short longtail boat ride. Bath towels and beach towels are replaced daily and water also. There is nothing I didn't like! If I had to pick something, I would say I'm sad the waffles weren't available for breakfast every morning because they were amazing!

- Sharon (9/5): Location 10/10, room 10/10, loved it. - We had a bungalow directly overlooking the beach and sea, which was absolutely wonderful. We also had a delicious meal in the on site restaurant, with me having sweet and sour chicken and rice, so different to that at home, I loved it. I also had a Mai Tai cocktail which was served in a pineapple casing and both looked and tasted delicious. The areas around the bungalows, especially next to our bungalow which was at the far end, was full of rubbish. Also some of the greenery looked very dead. It would have been nice to see grounds people on the site picking up rubbish and watering and tending to the plants. Although I read online that it is apparently illegal to litter in Thailand, there were piles of empty drink cans in the area to next to our bungalow. Very sad to see.

The shower had mould, only had a mosquito net in the window so the AC wouldnt work there either. 8 out of 10 people who work there in the restaurant were not friendly in our eyes. No smile and just grumpy. The food in the restaurant was ok.

- Sonia (7/5): Un hôtel à la vue incroyable mais dont le standing est loin d’être à la hauteur - L’emplacement exceptionnel et la vue incroyable. La chambre a été mise à disposition 30 minutes avant l’heure et on nous a accordé une heure de plus au départ. Piètre qualité et quantité du petit déjeuner. Même les fruits n’étaient pas bons. Le contenant pour l’eau du matin n’était jamais le même et celui qui accueillait le jus de pomme un jour, accueillait l’eau (du coup aromatisée) le lendemain ! Un personnel qui ne sourit jamais, qui n’est pas agréable (ni à l’accueil ni au restaurant), qui traîne littéralement des pieds et qui est à la limite de vous faire sortir de table en débarrassant dès l’assiette fini.

Thankfully A communicated with our hotel in Ao Nang to obtain this." A " was very helpful and kind and a pleasure to talk to throughout our stay. However all the other staff, came across very moody and not welcoming, which was a shame to see. If the staff showed the same as "A" would be very different experience. Food was okay but not the best I've had since being in thailand. In the evening would have been nice to have some music in the background. The room would benefit from better aircon. The resort was beautiful though. They would benifit from having sunloungers on the beach with umbrellas as the heat is intense. Our balcony was very dirty and was not cleaned whilst being there which was a shame. Other bungalows patio were clean other than ours. As a whole though the two days spent were lovely for the price we paid.

- Günther (6/5): - Die Unterkunft und das Resort waren absolut Top hier wird in der jetzigen Zeit auf sehr hohem Niveau gemeckert, aber trotzdem muss erwähnt werden, das Ko Phi Phi keine Erholung ist, nicht an diesem Strand der zwar traumhaft schön ist, aber durch den unzähligen Longtail Booten man keine Ruhe am Strand hat. Das Resort sollte sich überlegen das man z.B. nur drei mal am Tag an und abgefahren wird und nicht wie es ist jede einzelne Person wird von Pier und zurück zu jeder Zeit gefahren. Для этого места мне кажется это лучший отель, но нужно понимать, что по уровню сервиса это не Мальдивы и даже не Египет. Зато безумно красивая природа, чудесный пляж, рыбки и просто сказочная красота Из минусов, жили на первой линии, лодки все время ездят. К моторами нужно привыкнуть, ведь вы их услышите и в 4 утра и в 11 вечера.

- Ralf (6/5): Unfreundlichen Personal - Traumhafter Strand. Bungalows sind gut. Total unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Wer nur relaxen will für den ist dieser Ort ok. Etwas service im Urlaub ist hier ausgeschlossen. Alles schließt um 10 Uhr. Man kann soweit es keine Ebbe gibt mit dem Taxiboot nach Phi Phi fahren 300 bis 400 bath für 2 Personen. Phi phi selbst ist total überlaufen. Stinkt überall und überall Boote an den Stränden.

El hotel está un poco aislado, pero cuenta con minimarket y restaurant hasta las 10 pm. El hotel está un poco aislado del centro, entonces, si quieres tomar un tour o ir a un restaurante, tienes que pagar un taxi boat para ir al centro. Caminando son 30 minutos.

- Jaroslav (8/5): - Nejlepší lokalita pro ubytování na Phi Phi, jen byl veliký odliv každý den, takže první den příjezdu jsme byli zklamaní, že se nedá pořádně koupat v moři, ale druhý den jsme zjistili, že koupání v moři je parádní, ale jen cca od 10 do 15 hodin, pak už voda ubývá. Hezká terasa, klid, výhled. Nepříjemný personál, jsou jako stroje. Kapitáni taxi lodí jsou neochotní. Je tam jasné napsaná cena že v denních hodinách do přístavu tonsai je to za 100 bathů a ve večerních za 150 bathů. Jeli jsme ráno a kapitán, že chce 150 bathů za osobu, jinak nejede. Na taxi se musí čekat až se naplní, i když je psáno, že aby jelo, musí být minimálně 2 osoby, což neplatí. Předražené výlety na Maya bay a podobně, řekli nám 5000 bathů na 5 hodin a v tonsai jsme měli výlet pro dva za 2600 bathů a ještě ke všemu speed boatem, takže jsme toho viděli mnohem víc. A to jsme měli v ceně i jídlo, nápoje a udělali z toho výletu pěkný zážitek včetně hudby na lodi.

- Karen (10/5): Breathtaking gorgeous beach - great room, food, massage - What a truly stunning location! So glad we chose to stay out of town on long beach - it was so beautiful. We splashed out and paid for one of the queen room’s with sea view and it was amazing to sit on the bed and see the sea. Our teenagers had a king room that was also gorgeous. The food at the restaurant was good price and some of the nicest of our entire trip. The massage ladies were great and good value. It is about a 30 to 40 min walk into town up and down and across beaches but very pleasant or a boat - there are free shuttles every couple of hours until 2pm into town. To be honest we preferred staying at long beach anyway :-) Nothing - it was perfect.

- Margarita (10/5): Райский пляж - Красивая территория, шикарное море, большое бунгало. Можно пройти пешком по тропе (освещённой) до центра острова. Можно на лодке-такси. Райское наслаждение любоваться закатом. Терраса убрана недостаточно, на перилах паутина и прилипшие листочки-семена в большом количестве, тоже и на полу. Не критично, но удивило.

Iki Tonsay įlankos pajūrio keliuku 30minučių. Labai patiko drožiniai ir apipavidalinimas medžiu. Terasėlė vakare pavėsyje pasisėdėjimui. Reikia atnaujinimo voniai, nes tikrai skurdoka ir tualeto nuleidimas komplikuotas. Pusryčiai standartiniai. Kava labai prasta.

- Severine (10/5): Le paradis a Kho Phi Phi - Chambre très spacieuse, bien aménagée avec balcon. L'endroit est calme. Donne directement sur la plage, nous avons droit a des transats en tant que client. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant et d'un salon de massage a l'extérieur que je recommande. Le personnel du restaurant qui , contrairement a tous les endroits où nous sommes allés , n'est pas très souriant et très accueillant.

Beach is really calm and great for swimming. Breakfast is okay, few choices of foods, could be better. But the location where you eat it (practically on the beach) is to outstanding. Bungalows are big but there could be better lights (brighter) and better beds. Also the hot water in the shower was REALLY hot. So we just turned it off.

Dans notre salle de bain, on ne voyait presque rien tellement la luminosité était faible. Très sombre. Sanitaire vieillot. Mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement. Dommage l’amoncellement de déchets juste derrière la plage.

Wir haben über die Unterkunft eine Halbtagestour gebucht und durften danach ein late Check-out machen. Das Essen im Restaurant war jedesmal fantastisch. Das Zimmer ist gross und schön ausgestattet. - SPYRIDON (9/5): - Η παραλία ήταν υπέροχη και η τοποθεσία, το πρωινό ήταν πολυ ωραίο, το δωμάτιο ανετο και η θέα υπέροχη. Θα το συνιστούσα για διαμονή στα πι πι. Το ντουζ είχε ξεχωριστά ζεστό κρυο, αλλά είχε νόημα γιατί το κρυο ήταν παντα ζεστό οπότε ουσιαστικά το ζεστό δεν το χρειάζεσαι. Στην παραλια και στα δωμάτια δεν έχει υπηρεσίες κατά αλλά όλα άψογα.

El personal es muy hostil, no saludan, no responden y si lo hacen lo hacen de mala gana. El agua de la ducha tiene MUY poca presión. La limpieza no es muy buena. Desayuno mediocre, baja calidad y poca variedad. NO HAY QUESO!!! Creo que la única razón de su buena calificación es que está ubicado en la mejor playa de phi phi. Hay mejores hoteles en la zona con precio más bajos.

Schöne Bungalows mit großer Terrasse und schönem Ausblick. Perfekter Strand mit Schnorchelmöglichkeit und schattigen Liegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Anders ook bootvervoer mits betaling. Lekker ontbijt buffet. Mooie baai. Geen parasol op het terras en dat is wel nodig. De zetels aan het strand waren bezet omdat ze de zetels verhuren. De badkamer verouderd.

Kann das Hotel nichts für, aber absolute Ruhe gibt es dort nicht - im Restaurant etc konnte man nicht aufs Zimmer schreiben und mussten alles immer direkt bezahlen
