- Nataliia (10/5): Чудове місце, з задоволенням приїдемо сюди втретє. - Це чудове місце, ми тут зупинялись 2 роки підряд. Неймовірні краєвиди. В номері є все необхідне для проживання. Досить хороший інтернет. Трохи не вистачає вентиляції у ванній але це не критично. Персонал дуже ввічливий та привітний. Допомагають з багажем як при заселенні так і при виселенні. Готуйстесь до великої кількості сходів, це чудова нагода підкачати свої м'язи на ногах =))) В ресторані при готелі приємні ціни та дуже смачно. Іноді до готелю спускались мавпи, вони вкрали наш сніданок. То ж будьте обережні на балконі, не залишайте їжу на балконі без нагляду, а якщо почуєте гуркіт по даху готелю то беріть все з балкону і ховайтесь у номері.

Our room had an amazing view. The place is near the viewpoint on the island and looks incredible from the balcony. I couldn’t find the pool. Only there for one night but it would have been nice to be told where it was as I remember seeing one on booking.

The staff were fabulous. The walk up the stairs was hard work in the heat. But thank goodness the staff were at the ferry wharf and took our bags up for us.

- Markus (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit super Aussicht - Unglaublicher Ausblick von unserem Balkon und von der Frühstücksterrasse auf Koh Phi Phi. Hotel ist zwar nur über mehrere Stufen zu erreichen, aber das lohnt sich. Das Hotel liegt bereits auf halber Strecke zum Viewpoint 1. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist gut. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr ordentlich. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis war top. Im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig. Man bekommt von den Partys der Insel nicht viel mit. Sehr wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche

Once over the initial sh - Being in a raised location, good views at some areas, hotel located halfway to the Viewpoint already! Pillows in my room had a slight smell. The raised location meant steps to access which may not be manageable for some.

Roupas de cama velhas e encardidas. O mesmo para as toalhas. Pessimo chuveiro. Muito lixo e mal cheiro ao redor do hotel e dentro do hotel em aéreas verdes. Funcionários nem um pouco simpáticos.

La atención del personal fue excelente, nos buscaron del puerto y llevaron nuestro equipaje directo hasta nuestra habitación!! El gran detalle es que , el alojamiento cuenta con muchas escaleras entonces no tenes que preocuparte por subir cargado ! Esas escaleras te hacen replantear tu existencia 😂 Quizás no es tan recomendable para gente mayor con mal estado físico o familias con niños pequeños!

However, you are then just below viewpoint 1 and have a balcony with THE MOST STUNNING view of Koh Phi Phi. The steps up by the third time in a day make you question your life choices.

Tuvimos que subirlas 186 escalones solos (cosa que tampoco se indica, el hotel está casi a la misma altura que el viewpoint... era MORTAL subirlas e incluiso bajarlas varias veces al día...) La primera habitación que nos dieron tenía nidos de hormigas que iban de la habitación al baño y tuvimos que pedir que nos la cambiaran. JAMÁS EN MI VIDA ME HABÍAN DADO UNAS TOALLAS CON SEMEJANTE OLOR A PODRIDO... era HORROROSO tener que secarse con ellas hasta el punto de preferir usar las nuestras de la playa llenas de arena...

- Melina DA (8/5): Overall, we had a lovely stay - The resort and the room were great. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The aircon is a must, so we were grateful we had one in our room. The only challenge, no matter your fitness level, and I say this because my partner and I are fit, is the number of stairs one has to climb to get to their room. There are a lot of stairs! And it is generally hot (all year round). The view from the room was, in my opinion, the best on the island. Spectacular! We did eat at the restaurant, and the variety, prices, and food were amazing. There was nothing we didn't like, but the stairs are rough to tackle every day, sometimes two or three times per day. So consider that if you are looking for a longer stay.

- Kevin (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit schönem Ausblick - Der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr schön und das Personal war nett. Aufgrund der höheren Lage mussten wir relativ viele Stufen zum Zimmer hinauf laufen.

- INNA (3/5): - Только вид с ресепшн. 1. Окно - на соседнюю дверь. Никакого вида нет! Такой путь проделать вверх по лестнице (150 ступенек до нашего номера, чтобы вида не было абсолютно никакого?? Полное разочарование. 2. Тараканы! 3. Фена нет! 4. В ванной крючка для полотенец нет!
- Tereza (9/5): - The view from our room was hard to beat. Compared to the reviews, we didn't mind the noise from the downtown music. When the door was closed, it was hard to hear it and when on the balcony, it was a nice background The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful - checked us in at 11 am already, since we arrived with the morning ferry (despite the later official check-in time). Indeed, it is located on the way to the viewpoint, so you need to climb some stairs before reaching it. But it is not too bad. You just need to allow yourself about 15 minutes to reach it from the beach and downtown and 20-25 mins to be safely in the port, so you need to do more planning.
