• Axel (6/5): Gute saubere Zimmer, Preisleistung stimmt aber nicht. - Das Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber, wie das ganze Hotel. Es ist eigentlich unverständlich das eine Hotelkette bei diesem Preis ausschließlich Einweggeschirr benutzt. Styroporteller, Pappschalen, Plastikbecher und Einwegbesteck. Der Kaffe war eher ungenießbar und das Buffet war stark Mexicanisch was nicht schlecht ist, aber die Auswahl ist sehr übersichtlich gehalten.

I could not communicate with the front desk and the room was very small. I didn't like that. The shower just had a curtain, and it didn't have actually a sliding door which makes a watery mess in the bathroom. The sheets I could tell were not clean. It seems like they were used before which is unacceptable. They have to be clean with every new guest.

Staff was helping other guests as they came in , but completely ignored my father . The day was not a busy day .

Laundry service was same day if you drop it to them early enough and was reasonably priced. Good location walk (5-10 mins) from the main Oaxaca areas and the side streets are lovely to get there…. Great value for money Nothing…?

• Gomez (5/5): The bathroom faucet :( - It was convenient and fairly priced. The bathroom faucet had too much pressure and it was very hard to graduate. Every time I opened everything got wet, the counter, my person from waist to face and the floor. I'm not exaggerating, it was really very difficult to use.
• Vicky (8/5): - The breakfast was good & it was a hot breakfast daily. They had drinking bottled water to refill our water bottle in the dining room & the tons we're very clean. They didn't have face towels & only 1 hand towel per room. When I asked for a 2nd towel, I was told only 1 per room!?! 😳 "What?" Front desk said they'd ask & get me one. Didn't get one.... bottom line, had to ask 3x & get it from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping, it was gone! I didn't try to get another one! Too much hassle!

• Dintaifung (7/5): It didn't meet my expectations, but maybe my expectations was too high - The breakfast is convenient, the location is a 10 to 15 minute walk to town and to the ADO station. The place is clean. The Volaris flight crews stay there. The staff are nice and helpful. The AC was nice and functional, not too weak but also not strong. The shower water pressure was also just fine, and it got very hot for a long shower. We had a first floor room, so YMMV. They change towels every day if you want, which was nice. There is no phone in the room so you have to go in person to ask anything. The hotel shares a similar name to another hotel on the east side of town, and both listings online use each other's photos to add to the confusion. This can make things difficult with taxis. There really are no amenities onsite other than a small fitness room. Wish there was a pool or rooftop lounge, or even a small shop. If you need anything, even a bottle of water (30 pesos), you had to buy it from a vending machine and make change with front desk if you didn't have enough. Between using Uber, asking front desk, or hailing one directly from the street, the last option was the quickest one which was somewhat disappointing. Breakfast was convenient yes but the hot options are limited to eggs, and a potato dish, and beans. It slightly changes in how they cook it from one day to the next. There are many many cafes and restaurants serving breakfast around the hotel, I wouldn't book here just because of breakfast.

• martha (2/5): - de entrada los teléfonos no servían, ni la plancha, ice machine y el mini fridge no enfríava lo suficiente :{ la verdad es muy incomodo estar ahí por la ubicación para estacionarse todavía le hacen mucho show cuando uno llega no te dejan estacionar donde a uno se le haga mas fácil ya que traiamos a mi hijo de un 1 año. muchísimo ruido con música y platica como si tuvieran fiesta y los de front des no hicieron nada al respecto y eso que tuve que bajar 2 veces a las 11 y 2 am la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada. LOS EMPLEADOS DE LIMPIEZA Y DE COCINA ES LO UNICO BUENO QUE TIENE ESTE HOTEL

This hotel has lots of staff especially at the restaurant but I had never seen it was run so inefficiently. Servers just stand around and talking to each other. I asked coffee for three times but was ignored every time. Someone has to teach the two guys at BK how to smile even they don’t know how to speak English. Worst service at any Marriott I had ever experienced.

• Fabian (3/5): Poor - There are 3 locations for this hotel in google maps. We went to 2 wrong locations before finding it (2 taxi rides). After explaining it to the receptionist, it seemed that they were aware of that situation but simply did not care. We asked for info regarding day tours, where they replied over there, there is a flyer. Help yourself. That is not a 4 star hotel service. I would say that this hotel has only 2 stars: no safe in the room, no fridge, no window, breakfast was very simple and plastic plates and silverware.

• Guido (7/5): Amazing location, pricey, minor flaws. OK but not great - The location was fantastic: close enough to walk anywhere yet far away enough from the city center to have a quiet night. Being "just outside" the city center is also great for taxi/tour pickups, as the city center itself is impossible to drive The hotel was OK. Like, just OK. But it was pricey and not great value/money. Still, all other hotels in the area seem to be really expensive as well. But a few basics weren't there: no safe in the room, the bathroom faucet splashed everywhere so it was very hard to wash your hands or brush your teeth without getting wet. The breakfast was kinda on the lacking side in both diversity and quality. The coffee was particularly poor. The staff was super nice but not very helpful with their indications or made mistakes when I asked for assistance.

• korandallsouthofcraz (8/5): Standard Business Offering - The hotel is fine in that it is clean, and the AC blows cold. It's pretty straight forward in that regard, but it has no character, coffee is made from a syrup, the breakfast is merely edible, and it's situated at the extreme north end of the Colonial District. There is a decent restaurant call XOXO located just around the corner, but they're only open in the evenings from 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Still, XOXO is recommended, especially to avoid having to walk too much at night for a good meal. The restaurant can be seen looking SE from the backside of the hotel.
• Rocio (10/5): Pleasant stay - We had a very good experience during the time we stayed in this hotel. The hotel looks very clean and the smell is very fresh since we entered. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast buffet that is included in the stay. They have different and healthy food options, everything is fresh and delicious. Definitely, this is going to be our place to stay every time that we visit Oaxaca.
