• Matteo Lodde (6/5): - Posizione ottima vicino al porto. Ideale per chi ha prenotato gli imbarchi o deve noleggiare il gommone. Personale molto gentile e disponibile: avevamo un appuntamento al porto molto presto e ci hanno consentito di fare colazione prima dell'orario previsto. La struttura è piuttosto datata. Gli arredi delle camere sembrano risalire agli anni ’70/’80 e lo stesso vale per gli impianti dell’aria condizionata: funzionanti, ma molto vecchi. Considerata la posizione centrale e il prezzo piuttosto elevato, ci si aspetterebbe un rinnovo dell’hotel.

• Joao Henrique (2/5): Péssima estadia - Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. O prédio é muito velho, caindo aos pedaços, e o café da manhã é fraquíssimo. Achei um absurdo a recepção ficar fechada entre 14h e 17h — precisei ficar literalmente na rua sem qualquer apoio. Tudo isso começou porque fiz uma reserva em outro hotel da mesma rede (Costa Brava), e só ao chegar descobri que não tinha vaga, apesar de já ter pago. A gerente não só não me ajudou, como me tratou mal e se recusou a transferir minha reserva para este hotel, mesmo sendo da mesma rede. Acabei pagando novamente e, para piorar, encontrei a mesma gerente que havia me tratado tão mal. Resultado: fui muito mal atendido, sem assistência, e acabei em um hotel horrível, antigo, desconfortável e sem condições mínimas para o valor cobrado. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Ahhhh o wi- fi não funciona e ao reclamar apenas me disseram que não tinha nada pra fazer

• Ana (6/5): - A hospedagem foi OK, foram 2 noites apenas e o hotel está bem localizado, perto de onde saem os barcos e dos bares e restaurantes. Tivemos um desentendimento para fazer o checkin. Aqui no site e reserva estava sinalizado as 14h, porém ao chegar no hotel tem placas que sinalizam que a recepção funciona de 8 às 11h e de 17h as 22h, ou seja, não tinha ninguém. Ligamos para o número disponível, ela foi nos receber, mas não gostou e foi mal educada como se estivéssemos errados e como se tivéssemos que esperar até as 17h.

• Carla (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was great, with excellent air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and a fantastic shower. The service was really good, and as a bonus, the hotel has a delicious restaurant—we tried the meat with potatoes and it was amazing. Breakfast was very tasty too, the only ‘funny’ part was a little pigeon trying to steal our food 😂. Parking was also easy to find on the street. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

O hotel precisa de uma reforma! O restaurante do hotel é mt bom, mas sao poucos funcionários e os que estão lá estão sobrecarregados. A recepção é muito quente, quem está na portaria está sofrendo de calor.

• Erika (10/5): Great hotel with beautiful views - Absolutely fantastic hotel with amazing view and lots of restaurants around, shops and convenient store too. Right in front of the hotel is a beach too. Fantastic staff, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good too.
• Bianca (7/5): - Die Lage, Ausblick auf das Meer, Zimmer war auch ok. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gering, überwiegend süße Speisen wie Kuchen und verschiedene Torten. Um 8:40 Uhr war vieles bereits nicht mehr verfügbar, es wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt. Zudem waren beim Essen sehr viele Mücken unterwegs. Wir sind daher in ein Café frühstücken gegangen.

• Veltmanis (7/5): Amazing location, good budget hotel, but not very comfy. - Super central, location is of course premium. Breakfast is OK, fresh every morning, continental stuff, covers all the stuff you would expect. Cleaning was very diligent. Very little natural light, and very very tiny bed! My 181cm average N.European butt could not rest there properly - legs hanging out over the the bed; had to wake up for every time to turn around. If it was at least 1.5 pax size bed, ok, but this was like children size for me. Furnishing not the freshest and the hotel in general not very renovated nor modern, but acceptable, has that Italian feeling to it. Feels, like you are back in 80s or so, 90s maximum. I expected a simple kettle like in any hotel I've ever seen, but no. Also, no prices for the "minibar", which is a fridge with water bottles, that turns out only at checkout you find out actually are charged to you, but there is no price list not they tell you that at the check-in. Not a big deal, it was like 1.50 for a bottle, but still, just the fact that they didnt seem to have that organised.

• Rebeca (7/5): Excelente ubicación en Cala Gonone. - El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. El desayuno incluído en el precio es variado y una buena manera de comenzar el día. El personal muy amable. El mobiliario de las habitaciones y el baño es un poco antiguo y poco funcional. La pantalla de TV es muy muy pequeña y la de nuestra habitación no tenía volumen, no se escuchaba.

• Barbara (6/5): Insomma... - Ottima posizione a un passo dal centro e a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto. Non avevamo la camera con vista mare ma alle 6:15 siamo andati in terrazza e ci siamo goditi una meravigliosa alba sul porto. Struttura vecchia. Camera con TV non funzionante e bagno con rubinetteria vecchissima e macchiata. Porta carta attaccata con lo scotch. Condizionatore molto rumoroso 😅 Colazione inizia alle 8, un po' tardi per chi come me è mattiniera.
• Izet (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage! Der Stadtstrand ist 50m vom Hotel entfernt. Im Umkreis von 100m gibt es eine riesige Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants. Parkplätze sind vorm Hotel vorhanden jedoch muss man mittels Parkautomat zahlen (1.00€/h). Gebührenpflichtig zwischen 08:00 - 20:00 Uhr.

Хороший завтрак, чистота в номере Нет парковки, ее нужно найти самостоятельно. Мы попросили утюг, а его вилка не подходит к розеткам в номере, на просьбу дать адаптер нам сказали его купить, парень на ресепшен на отвали сказал «мы вообще услугу утюга не должны предоставлять»

• Sebastian (6/5): Insgesamt schön – für einen geringeren Preis die Nacht, würden alle anderen Punkte nicht so in Gewicht fallen. - Top Lage! Das Hotel liegt wirklich nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Wir wurden wirklich freundlich begrüßt und sogar zum Zimmer gebracht. Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme konnten wir uns kostenlos mieten – richtig toll! Insgesamt alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Rolladen lies sich nicht ganz öffnen, um das Badezimmer benutzen zu können, hätte ich kein Gramm mehr wiegen dürfen. Ob die Ameisen im Zimmer vom Balkon kamen oder sich irgendwo anders den Weg in den Raum gesucht haben, lasse ich offen. Aber alles halb so wild. Wirklich getrübt hat die Stimmung nur das Personal am letzten Abend als wir im Hotelrestaurant essen wollten: Dort wurden wir – trotz freier Plätze – schnippisch abgewiesen. Sie seien „busy in the kitchen“ – ich dachte ja immer, das wäre die Idee eines Restaurants …

Non si cosa ci sia nei materassi o nelle lenzuola ma ci siamo svegliati pieni di piccoli punture su tutte le gambe. Altro che pulizie, qui ci vuole una disinfestazione. Prima della prenotazione ho chiamato per sapere se era disponibile il parcheggio moto e mi viene detto che avrebbero trovato un posto appartato sul loro terrazzo ma poi arrivato al check-in mi é stato detto che non era possibile senza nemmeno preoccuparsi di trovare una minima soluzione.
