Guest Reviews
- Mazilina (6/5): - There is no internet access to Netflix even though already signed in. Less tv channels, should input a few more locals tv.
- June (6/5): - During 1st day of arrival, my partner complained that the bath towel & toilet smelly & we also spot black mold in the bathroom. We've to buy air freshener & bath towel during our stay.
The TV reception not clear enough. We've the frontline staff for extra cloth hanger, they just give us 1 PIECE ONLY.
The frontline staff are not friendly at all. They should promote Mr Sam as frontline staff instead, he is very friendly & make us feel welcomed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location, quite, bed comfortable, good pillow.
- Lakmali (2/5): - Rooms are small.
Bathroom not clean
Receptionist grumpy and no smile at all
- Kerry (8/5): Metro Hotel - Overall ok. Convenient location
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Property very run down and not well maintained. Layout of the room is odd with bed in one side likwe in a corner.
- Burhan (8/5): I will stay in this hotel again. - Metro Hotel is a good budget hotel compared to others in the area. Friendly staff, clean bed and good location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Plenty of interesting places just with a walking distance. The only negative thing about this hotel is the carpet in the room needs power cleaning once in every few months. The carpet was dirty and I didn’t want to walk on it with out my slippers.
- Joan (2/5): - Toilet flooding.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - staff was ever so nice, helpful n friendly.
location is near to shopping mall
- Verified traveler (10/5): Recommended to stay - Surrounded by amenities and shopping area
- Hazem Mohammed (10/5): Will always seek to stay there - Really comfortable hotel and very friendly stuff who is always there for you when you need anything.
Perfect location and secured.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Room carpet dusty and full of stained mark, wi-fi connection is very poor, not suitable for business traveler who is relying on the wi-fi connection for works. Lift ventilation is not good, too warm.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent hotel in a great location. - Great location - near to Berjaya Times Square, Imbi Station and Sungei Wang Paza. Those unfamiliar with Metro Hotel should take note that the location shown on the map is wrong. It is actually located at the junction of Jalan Pudu and Jalan Imbi, right next to Star Town Inn and Asia Like Hotel. The bathroom is spacious and brightly lit. Everything is in order and bath water drains quickly into the gully. As for the room, it is cheery and bright, because of the lighting as well as natural light from the windows in the daytime. The air-conditioner takes some time to cool the room. At the highest setting, the fan speed is still not strong enough. Guests have to be prepared for the rather poor Wi-fi -- the signal is very weak and the speed is slow. Thus it is not quite usable. The room comes with amenities like a safe and bar fridge. Two bottles of mineral water, as well as coffee and tea, are provided.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good service
- John (10/5): GOOD ALL ROUND - EXCELLENT POSITION FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL BY TRAIN GREAT
- Vee (8/5): - Nice and clean and convenient location. Staff are generally nice.
- kelvin (6/5): Need improvement - Air con not enough cold
- Verified traveler (6/5): Distance which is close to shopping mall - This hotel generally is alright but not the best. When we first checked-in, staff was answering and not answering, making giggle sounds, doesn't really feel nice when we are standing in front of them. Whatever we requested, like extra pillows were not given. Luckily we only stayed for one night. Room was pretty decent but needs to wait quite long before we have our room, even though we already have note to them prior that we will need early check-in. Overall, it is alright but if i'm given other choices, i will stay at other place. Otherwise, this place works alright for 1 night.
- Joe (4/5): Needs an facelift - carpets and furniture too old. - Not so good - carpets are old and stained. AC didn't work well. Refrigerator didn't work at all and had to be replaced. Room was small, but hotel seemed quiet and close to everything.
- jenny (10/5): Great hotel great location we willl stay again. - Very happy with hotel..... staff so helpful & friendly... up graded to bigger room..
- Yazid (8/5): Satisfied and happy. - Hotel is located very close to berjaya time square and imbi train station. Hotel does not provide toothbrush but only provides small tube of body foam and shampoo. The hotel is clean but some stained on the carpet. Overall happy with the hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Opposite Berjaya Time Square. Hotel conditions was very old.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 2nd stayed, overall ok
- Verified traveler (8/5): Recommended with love. - Me and my husband stayed for 4 nights. Very recommended. We like the bathroom. Air-conditioning for first 3days was good. But last one night quite warm but acceptable. And the only things we didnt really enjoyed was the fridge. I think it's broken but nevermind. We love the room and the service and the staff.
- ASIF (8/5): Goid value for money - The location was very convenient, just 2 mins walk to monorail & other shopping malls like barjaya times square etc..
- Verified traveler (10/5): best budget hotel - Best budget hotel, convenient, walking distance to the Berjaya times square and a lot more shopping complex. Room was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful.
- Zoe (8/5): Hotel location -very near to shopping area - The view are nice the staff who check in us are very friendly
- Francis (4/5): Nothing good to comment - Wifi /internet in room always down/not available. Room smells n no dressing table mirror. Don't have a view, close to a apartment block.Breakfast just normal. Worst hotel stay in all my holidays.
Near to Berjaya Times Square, Plaza Sungei Wang & Chinatown perhaps only consolation.
- Ferdous Ghazi (10/5): Great hotel, and close to the shopping hub. - Very nice hotel, rightfully a 3 star. Each and every employee is eager to serve you. Manager is really nice and always there if there is an issue. I will always recommend this hotel to all.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very close to all major shopping district - Hotel just a walking distance to Sungei Wang and berjaya time Square
- K K Dennis (6/5): Great location, next to Imbi Monorail Station - Exec Deluxe doesn't weigh the name, shud be deluxe only. Given Room City view 10th Floor, however its quite noisy at nite owing to the underpass highway below. Nothing much of good view except overlook the Police HQ. Aircon control doesn't work well and problem with Card Key Switch. Need to insert a few times, otherwise the power will be off in a few seconds.
- Prithy (6/5): Convenient Location - Stay was okay but some cleaning needs to be done in the room, especially the carpet. The bed skirt and bed sheets were not so clean. The fridge was smelly, asked from desk to change it and got another dirty one. The bathroom supplies were quite limited for a family room.
- Ig (8/5): Easy to move around with shopping malls nearby - Room is quite clean and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is reasonably spacious. Hotel is near Monorail Station and shopping mall. Easy to go around places, to shop and to have good meals.
- manu (10/5): Nice and good hotel - Its very good, clean hotel. Its convinent place to all shopping mall and centrally located hotel. Easily move to any place by monorail and Singapore tour.
- Eric (8/5): Good value for money hotel - Friendly and helpful reception.
- Jane (6/5): value for money - was there for a business trip . generally value for money. Basic yet clean . only thing no bedroom slipper provided. would b gd if have.
- LOK (10/5): Nice hotel - Overall is good. Clean and comfort. The only thing is that the room atmosphere is rather humid and dry and causes dry throat after I woke up the next morning.
- Verified traveler (6/5): great hotel - Very good
- Verified traveler (6/5): Overall ok with the price - The hotel need improvement in housekeeping. Towels are small and old. Not consistent with providing toiletries. Missed towels and shampoo few times.
- Sarah (10/5): Very nice staff, good location, spacious room - Staff in the hotel are very kind and friendly.
They gave free room upgrade and the room was clean and spacious.
Hotel location is so convenient.
- Faisal (8/5): Fantastic - I had booked for three nights and due to my baby fever i had to extend two more nights. Hotel staff were really helpful at all time to arrange taxis to Hospital and whenever I requested any thing, they will provide promptly.
Really appreciated there help and enjoyed the stay in that hotel as its at te corner of the street away from noise and its located just few mns from the Mall.
- Adrian (8/5): Good mid range option in KL - having stayed in Kuala Lumpur several times, my experience has been that the quality and service of low to mid range hotels can be unpredictable. Metro Hotel gets much right at a competitive price, with decent rooms and cleanliness. Close to a monorail station and walking distance to Bukit Bintang shopping malls and restaurants and bars.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good & worth - A good stay. Only problem was not having astray for smoking room. Other than that everything was perfect
- lvjnz (8/5): Average space / Amazing location - AMAZING LOCATION - Close to a large major mall which includes an internet café, and a small local shopping center with a post office inside lots of individual stores, many restaurants, walking distance to the bus station (about 20 minutes and there's a small grocery store on the way), a 3 minute walk to the monorail, walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the free around town bus (GO KL - It goes to Petronas Towers), and a 10 minute tricky walk to a clean coin laundry. It's also a 20 ringgit ride to the train station.
AVERAGE SPACE - The hotel itself is more than adequate. I call it 'average' because there is more that could be done, but they don't do it. The furniture is old and some of it is in disrepair. The carpets are vacuumed, but they are dirty, in general, and stained in some cases. They routinely provide a less than a sufficient supply of toilet paper.
OTHER GOOD THINGS - Despite it being an average space, I used it as my base in KL and stayed there three times. Some members of the staff are friendly and professional but others are not. The manager is outstanding - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast is usually varied and tasty, though sometimes they miss the mark. If you eat eggs, they have made to order omelets. 2 out of 3 rooms that I had were spacious. The linen is nice and the beds are comfortable. You get a small free bottle of water upon arrival and the front desk clerks get taxis for you whenever you need them.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to the shops - This hotel is close to the shops. Walking distance. The staff were friendly enough. No pool do maybe not great for a long stay with kids.
- KAMSARI (6/5): Great location very near to Berjaya Times Square - Checking in was fast however the hotel staff did not return back deposit on the day of check out. I am unsure if I should be the one to ask for it but I believe that it is only right that they should have a system in place to unsure that customers' rights are taken care of.
- Terence T. (10/5): Overnight stay at KL - Hotel is in a very good location, closeby to Bukit Bintang area, next to Times Square and monorail. Staff was very helpful even early in the morning. Good advice was given to me regarding walking to Jalan Alor, where to go and to be careful of personal belongings.
Carpet was abit dirty, stains here and there.
Overall very good hotel to stay at. Keep up the great customer service.
- Zulkifli (8/5): - Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time.
Breakfast menu need to improved but not critical.
- kezz (8/5): Good location - Nice enough stay, hotel basic for needs, bird park very good. Fast train easy to use
- GKO (10/5): Great value for money hotel - Convenient location for public transport, shops and eateries. Monorail which is only about a 2 minute walk away which then connects you to KL Sentral and other stations. Opposite Berjaya Times Square, and close to Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Farenheight, Lowyat, Jalan Alor and heaps more other places. The hotel is clean, reasonably new, and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended place to stay. Will be back again on my next visit.
- CHIRAG (8/5): Pleasant sta, good for shoppers! - just opp to Berjaya Times Square, ideal location for shopping. New hotel and ok services.
- Noor Ayuni (10/5): Best hotel stay and very good service! - It's our 2nd visit in Metro Hotel. Service was fast and efficient and room was beyond to our expectations. Friendly staffs and tip top service. Will always look forward to stay in this hotel on future holidays in KL :)
- HOCK JIT (8/5): - pleasant staying, near monorail Imbi Station, accessible to anywhere
- ian chua (6/5): Multiple stay with Metro KL Bukit Bintang - Check in was good. RM50 for deposit to be given upon check in and will be returned upon check out. Was given room 501. Not bad room. View was there. Not blocked by other buildings.
PROBLEMS:
1. The pillows, are not meant to be slept on. They are super thin and uncomfortable.
2. For room 501, maybe the other x01 rooms, their aircon will need at least 20-30mins before we can feel the coolness in the room. Tried to change room, but was not avail. The frontdesk call the hotel technician to check on it. The technician only washed the filter which aint dirty and adjust the aircon vent flaps which does NOTHING. In the end i used an alternative card to keep the aircon and electricity ON throughout my stay each time i left the room.
3. Since its an executive room, the toilet comes with 2 sinks (which is not practical) and the toilet is very warm.
4. The drinking cups are black, so you need to take extra caution to wash them with soap and hot water. Usually you can see they are not that clean during washing.
based on past experiences staying in this hotel, i would have to say that the EXECUTIVE Room that i got was a disappointment. Other rooms was ok other than the pillows which are a problem for guests.
will i stay here again? YES. Why? Its in the heart of town. Convenient, near the LRT, neat to Berjaya Times Square, walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Plaza Low Yat, Sungei Wang and Pavillion. I will not take the x01 rooms. Will go for the x06 (Executive rooms)
- Edi (10/5): Nice hotel! - The room is clean, location is good. We will recommend this hotel to our families and friends.
- DoRaMe (8/5): Good location, staff less so - Location is in front of Imbi monorail stop, opposite Times Square and close to Bukit Bintang shopping and eating hub.
However reception staff service was so so, with stern face, not at all engaging, the least friendly among the 5 hotels I've used in this trip.
I had an interesting experience during the stay that my room door bell was pressed three times by strangers to look for someone, twice at 2am and the last one actually stated his purpose of collecting money from the occupant, probably checked out before I moved in. But 2am having strangers moving around in the hotel, that doesn't tell much about the security of the hotel.
The room is a little small but the bathroom is about right size. The floor is half tiled and half carpeted, and there're some stains on the carpet.
Breakfast that I paid extra was quite good value with reasonable varieties.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice stay. - My second time staying in Metro Hotel. Both were a pleasant stay. Located conveniently to all area in KL.
- SURIA (8/5): Best hotel to stay. - Very satisfied and happy with my stay.
- evon (8/5): accessible and easy to locate - Easy to locate, just opposite berjaya times square. Breakfast is good room is clean
- TNM (8/5): Good Location and Value for Money - This is our second time stayed in this hotel as the location is quite near to bukit bintang shopping area. Overall experience is good but need to improve on customer service especially at the reception counter.
- Chua Thiam (6/5): Slight inconvenience for the room stay this time - I was upgraded to the Quad room as all Superior rooms were taken up as I checked in late. I was excited at first, but found the air-contioning for the room is not cold even after setting the temp. to 16degC with full fan speed. Also, the bathroom drainage was choked. As it was very late and I was checking out early next morning, I did not request hotel staff to check.
These are the shortcomings which the hotel needs to check & do regular PM or clean-up.
Besides those points, I love its location as it's very convenient for shopping & food as there are many malls & restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff are also very polite and helpful.
Overall experience this time is so-so but my previous stay in this hotel has always been pleasant and good.
- lvjnz (8/5): Good outweighs bad - Great location - close to public transportation, malls, post office, bus station, convenience stores and restaurants. Friendly, helpful manager. Pretty good breakfast. Nice sheets and comforters. Some rooms are spacious.
Some rooms aren't spacious. Some staff are neither friendly nor helpful. The carpets are dirty and the cleaning of the rooms, in general, is only okay. The towels are worn out and rough. Breakfast is good most of the time, but some days... not so much.
All in all, it's worth staying here. The price is reasonable compared to other places in Kuala Lumpur and the good outweighs the bad.
- Daniil G. (10/5): In the very heart of the city - Above all, great location of the hotel. Using the monorail nearby, you can reach many significative places. Not to say about the biggest mall Berjaya Times Square - just opposite the hotel. The prices are reasonable and include all the necessary things you need, i.e. safebox, bottled water, etc. Very affable staff - like everyone in KL, by the way. Finally, buffet breakfast is really good and diverse. In view of the above, if you want to stay in Bukit Bintang for a while, opt for Metro Hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I enjoy my stay ar metro hotel because its near in berjaya time square and the staff are really good and attentive.
- Richie (6/5): Close to monorail station - A no frills hotel. Close to berjaya times square and imbi monorail station
- lvjnz (8/5): Malaysian Home Base - We used this hotel as our home base during our travels in Malaysia. We stayed here three times in one month, so it's clearly worth returning to. The location is great. It's close to the monorail, bus station, restaurants, the free public bus, and convenience stores. We stayed in a spacious room with 2 beds and windows. The linen is good quality. There some toiletries provided as well as bottled water. Breakfast is good most of the time and just okay sometimes. It's worth getting with the room, though, because it's 18 MYR otherwise. Some staff are really helpful. The manager is especially nice and helpful. Some others, not so much.
We did have a few comfort qualms with the hotel. The towels are terribly old. The carpets are dirty and should be replaced with tile for cleanliness' sake. The furnishings are old and worn and cloth covered chairs are stained. If you can deal with those things, this is a really convenient and more than decent place to stay.
- MUHAMMAD YUSRAN (8/5): A decent hotel for budget travellers - Check in was a breeze. Room is clean and comfortable with a LCD TV. Location of the hotel is fantastic! Price wise, it is affordable. However, buffet breakfast was pretty disappointing. Not a lot of choices.
- Jamie (8/5): Clean friendly hotel Close to the shops. - Very happy with my stay at Metro Hotel, very friendly staff when I arrived and through out my stay, I got a clean and good sized room, nice view from the room. quiet no traffic noise. Very surprised for the price i paid for my stay, would stay if traveling alone again.
- BOPPANA (8/5): value for money - Overall excellent stay and value for money
- Verified traveler (8/5): 3 nights thumb up - It is close to the monorail and the malls that we are going. Accessible location. Staffs are friendly.
- Nur (6/5): Bad customer service at Metro - Everything was rather okay but during checkout, I was served by an unfriendly staff. She took my card, then passed me a paper and pen without saying a single word. I knew it was for me to sign, but passing me paper and pen then turned to look elsewhere is rude. She didn't even look at me, what more a smile. What's more upsetting is, the manager was right there witnessing the whole incident without any intervention. There are many hotels in KL and what differentiate one from another is the service. And Metro is a letdown.
- PHEK KHOON (4/5): Dusty - Good location. Clean hotel but dirty room. Bed is comfortable but somehow and something triggered my allergy and makes my skin itchy. dusty room too. Please improve on such.
- TEO PEI SHI (8/5): Good Location - Good Location and Worth to stay...
- aashish (8/5): Hotel Metro Bukit Bintang- best of the Metro hotel - Convenient location and a good hotel. The same cannot be said about Metro KL Central as the area around the hotel is kind of shady.
- Nancy (8/5): Metro Hotel good location and nice staff
- I stayed and did some tours that I booked on line. Then I asked at the tour desk and the employees were very helpful and I discovered I could walk to the Aquaria, Petronis(?) Twin Towers, Central Market and China town. The hotel staff were very accommodating in helping to find taxi's if one was needed and the best way to get places. For someone who was travelling alone it was very helpful. I did not have breakfast included with my room price but did dine in the cafe for some of my breakfasts. I found the selection about the same as when I went to Nepal and more choice than what I had from Thailand. I think people need to realize that they are not in the western world when they look at the selection of items on the buffet but there was enough choice to be able to have a satisfying breakfast and the cost was competitive to places within walking distance.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel type - good hotel. close to all shopping centers
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel in centre of KL....close to monorail - good experience in the hotel...excellent staff and hospitality....close to all tourist places...
- Gelayan Ak Changgau (8/5): Satisfactory - Very nice Room, hotel nearby Shopping complex at around bukit bintang area
- Alan Lee (8/5): Niced shoopping trip - Clean room, very helping front desk, shopping mall just a walking distance
- LEE john (8/5): Nice shopping trip - Clean room, Very helping front desk, convenient for shopping.
- Kan (8/5): Nice choice - The hotel is less than 2 years old, and some parts are still under construction. The room is clean, but we faced a 15 min power interruptions around 23:30. Other than that, the service is good and the location is great. Near MRT and on the opposite side of the shopping mall Time Square.
- Joyce (8/5): Great Service and Awesome Stay - It was great that they allow us to have early check in at 8.30am when we arrive at 4am in KL. No additional charges to us. Breakfast was not bad, service was great. When we have issue with our fridge and air-con, they immediately get technician to service it and change our fridge. That was surprising good. It is located opposite Berjaya Time Square. For the shower room, it will be best if they have a curtain or door so that will not make the whole toilet wet.
- ian chua (8/5): 2nd time stay - Check in was a breeze. The frontdesk and lobby staff were excellent and nice.
stayed for 6nights, but was unwell for the first 4 days.
Unhappy about housekeeping though. Bedsheet, duvet covet and pillow cases not changed throughout stay. On occassions, cups and rubbish not cleared. The day before check out, bed was not made at all.
Was not able to enter room each time i went out. Always need to hassle myself to the frontdesk to have keycard re-authenticate. This happened daily.
owh.. pillow was such a sad story. It is super soft that it felt redundant to have a pillow there.
the view was great this time in room 902. Facing the Jalan Pudu/Imbi junction and old Hang Tuah Prison.
will definitely return back. This time will bring travel pillow along. Location is just too good and convenient.
- NazAnn (8/5): Great stay - The hotel is at a very good location. There is a 7-eleven and Starbucks less than 5 minutes away. The famous Berjaya Times Square is also nearby. Another thing is that there is a monorail station close to the hotel, so you can go anywhere easily.
I was there with my family, so we booked a quadruple room with two king beds. The staff at the reception were very polite and checked us in quickly. Our room was quite big and everything was working well. The only thing that had a problem was the wifi, in which our phones could not connect to the wifi properly but it was fine afterwards.
The only thing I was not satisfied with is that the carpet in the room and corridor seemed to be dirty.
As for breakfast, there was a buffet. There was a variety of food and drinks, so I'm sure there will be something that every person will like. There was an egg counter, where you can tell the chef what kind of egg you want to eat and they will prepare it for you right away.
Overall, I think that this hotel was great and I enjoyed staying here. I would definitely recommend it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great! - Great spot to move about in KL. Value for money. Thumbs up!
- Sandy (8/5): Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang - Helpful staff and courteous
Upgraded room to triple room so very spacious and on higher floor as requested (reviews previously read suggested road noise can be a problem on lower floors and the road was busy and noisy but not a problem on level 10)
Breakfast OK but not ideal if you only like a full English type of cooked meal.
Unfortunately shower was Luke warm on 2 mornings.
Very well located if you want to use the trains which are plentiful and very cheap. Also well located to walk to different attractions in the City.
- Prathamesh (8/5): A very good hotel at a perfect location - A very good hotel, very close to Imbi station & Berjaya Times square. Clean rooms, friendly staff.
- Khosumohardjo (8/5): Good Value for Money - Location is very near to monorail and the room very clean
- Verified traveler (8/5): nice hotel, near monorail station - Both me and my sister stayed at Metro Hotel to visit our aunt, hotel staffs are polite and professional.
But sadly, Wi Fi can only be accessed in the room, should be extended at least in the lobby itself
- Tommy Boy (8/5): Friendly staff good location clean room - Value for money - liked it. Stayed for 4 nights - the view from my room as not great as it faced another building but others in my group had better view - but the room was clean and spacious and friendly staff, location was great.
- Japer (8/5): Please improve on car park - Bad experience on parking !!!!not enough parking, hotel staff ask to park at next hotel chargeable car park.
- LOK (10/5): Good hotel - My first stay and didn't disappoint me. Good n nice hotel. Good environment n very convenient location.
- HIUT (10/5): Pretty good - Like the room design , and also quite clean since it is a new hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel which really near to berjaya times square - At late night still can check in to hotels near to shopping mall
- rhoek (10/5): metro hotel bukit bintang - close to all amentities in bukit bintang, 1 min walk to monorail, times sq shopping 10 min walk to pavillion shops, suitted my needs to a tee 10/10 for value and kl experience
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cozy Ambiance - I & my family (wife, 1 toddler) stayed at Monday night and get 11th floor. My wife was preparing for exam, was happy shopping at malls at daylight and study in the night. It location is near Imbi monorail station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The Front office staff was good enough. The manager at the time helped find out our names which weren’t listed. This resulted in confusion also at breakfast the next morning. But thankfully everything can be resolved without difficulty. No staff guiding you to the room. You should deposit RM 50 which will be refunded when check-out. No smiles from staff while check-in or check-out. No thank you when check-out.
The room was spacious enough. There was cable tv with movies, wifi, phone, safe box, minibar, heater, free instant coffee and tea, toiletry and towel, hair dryer, clean white linen, air conditioning fairly good. There were no slippers, no free mineral water, no bath tub; some stains at the wall, carpet little bit dirty, not much pillow, no chair.
Breakfast was fairly good. There were some food choices at buffet. My kid eats for free.
It's better to contact hotel first to avoid confusion upon arrival, in case your name not in the hotel list. May be we will stay again if it's not a weekend and get high floor room. The price is fairly cheap. We're satisfied enough, comparing with 1-5 star hotels that we've been stayed in Kuala Lumpur before.
- Prasad (8/5): Good Hotel in the heart Of Bukit Bintang - Recommend for a short stay. Located in a convenient location and shopping malls. Many food courts and known fast food outlets are available in walking distance. You can get the assistance in getting arranged tours from the desk if you don't want to go through hassles. All attractions are within 10-15 minutes distance. You may take Monorails, Buses or Taxis. 6km from the KL central transport hub.
- Chua Thiam (8/5): Good value for money - It was my first time staying in this hotel and it was a good experience. Very good location as it is within short walking distance to Bukit Bintang shopping & food streets. The little inconvenience encountered is no shower curtain in bathroom so the floor tends to be a little wet although floor mat has been provided. Recommended for those who likes a no-frills hotel with reasonable price in Bukit Bintang.
- AMANDA (2/5): hotel from hell - The hotel was not as described on your website, it was actually the hotel from hell. To begin, to use the shower, we had to turn on a switch to heat the water- (which I have never before seen in a hotel), we waited 30 mins for the water to hear, however after using the shower for 30 seconds the water was cold, and there was no hot water to clean ourselves. The room was a disgrace. Carpets were stained with what appeared to be blood, furniture was damaged and scratched. Wifi which was included in our booking never worked, the electricity was off for 6 hours each night, which left us without use of the hotel phone, air con, and television which is obviously not acceptable. We could not even call front desk as the in room phone was out if order. When I complained to management upon checkout, he raised his voice and told us to complain to expedia. He also injured my elderly mother when trying to shoo us away from front desk as he did not want other guests hearing our complaints, he slammed my mothers leg jamming it in the door to the reception area. Breakfast buffet was a disgrace also
- Giap (8/5): Hotel in excellent location - Though the hotel is located near to food outlets, shopping areas and with the monorail station just within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel, but I feel that some of the hotel facilities are not up to par, such as the TV in my room 802,was not in working condition and the buffet breakfast is just so-so and not very appealing.
