- Nadège (9/5): Séjour au top 👌 - La beauté de l’hôtel, personnel accueillant, buffet de bonne qualité. Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour en famille. Seul bémol, certains cocktail comme mojito ne sont pas compris dans le all inclusive mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

- Armin (6/5): Insgesamt in Ordnung, wenn wir auch etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten - Das frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage auch. Die Wäschecontainer mit den kleinen Rädern machen einen extremen Krach wenn er am Tennisplatz vorbeigeschoben wird. Wäre es da nicht möglich, große Gummiräder zu montieren? Ebenfalls fand ich es sehr störend, dass die Abziehmatten auf den Tennisplätzen mit einem Stahlrahmen versehen sind. Auch das macht ziemlich Lärm, und es ist störend, wenn man am Nebenplatz Tennis spielen möchte.
- Nabil (10/5): Excellent séjour, service excellent et très pro - Les buffets sont d’excellente qualité et très variés , on peut manger à n’importe quel moment ce qui permet de profiter de toutes les activités sportives qui constituent un autre point fort de l’hôtel, on peut faire du Padel, tennis, des cours très pro de fitness , tir à l’arc, etc Un peu plus d’effort pour la clientèle non germanophone est vraiment souhaitable. Pas assez d’efforts et d’initiatives pour les activités enfants catégorie 9 à 14 ans. On voulait faire un cours de tennis pourtant payant pour notre fils de 11 ans mais on n’a pas pu faute de quota minimum selon l’équipe d’animation.

- Alexandra (9/5): Super Aufenthalt mit neuem und sehr gelungenen Strandbereich. - Der Club hat einfach die richtige Größe und einen guten Mix. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle motiviert und haben Lust auf die Saison. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der neue Strandbereich mit den Sesseln, Palmen, Restaurant sowie die neue Ebene für die Bodykurse über dem Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer. Das neue System an der Rezeption. Das hat mitunter zu langen Wartezeiten geführt, weil es nicht so intuitiv zu sein scheint wie das alte System. Es hätten mehr Yoga Kurse sein dürfen.

Je suis très déçu pour le prix que j'ai payé, rapport qualité prix médiocre et ce n'est pas du vrai all inclusive au bar tous les cocktails en extra à 20€ le cocktail !!!!

Tout était parfaitement organisé ! Bravo au chef tunisien ! Le personnel de la réception a vraiment été inefficace, allant jusqu’à prétendre que nous n’avions fait aucune demande spéciale (notre fils et belle-fille étaient en honeymoon), malgré la preuve apportée. Le chef de la réception est intervenu après UNE HEURE de discussions inutiles sur la 3eme mauvaise attribution des chambres (nous avions payé “vue mer” pour 3 chambres, sans les obtenir. Attitude hautaine. Au final, de mauvaise grâce (le problème était informatique), nous avons eu 3 chambres “avec une vue mer sur le côté….

Alle sind super freundlich, es ist wie auf den Bildern und das Abendprogramm wechselt jeden Tag. Tagsüber hat man die Möglichkeiten an einigen Aktivitäten mitzumachen, kann aber auch ohne Probleme entspannen.

Das Zimmer stank ständig nach Gulli, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut…Aber das schlimmste war das Meer: überall Steine. Das Personal für die Reinigung und im Restaurant & Bar & Beach war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ich empfehle jedoch insgesamt das Hotel nicht.

If you aren’t German or speak the language, you are second class. Staff all speak German; very few speak English. Including the front desk. A guy who was apparently the manager was incredibly rude “don’t talk, listen because I am talking”. That was when I said a friend of mine was coming to pick me up for dinner. He said I should tell them about any visitors and even when they come to puck me up, I have to pay. Insanity for sure

Wenn der Club voll ist, dürfte sowohl der Restaurantbereich als auch die Anzahl der Liegen nicht ausreichend sein. Rezeptionsteam unterbesetzt bzw. noch ausbaufähig: Informationen teilweise widersprüchlich. Ansonsten Personal überaus freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend - vom Zimmerservice, über Bar, Restaurant etc. Wir waren selten in einem so sauberen RobinsonClub zu Gast gewesen.

She respected the instructions presented in front of the restaurant on a sign. Indeed, she wasn’t wearing a bikini as requested, whereas in the restaurant a lot of people were wearing bikinis. The member of the staff told her that she should have some respect for the restaurant and that she should go to wear other clothes. I complained to the hotel management. But they didn't do anything. - Rafaela (8/5): Great experience, better if you are german - All the facilities were amazing and also they have a lot of activities to do, that you can follow by Robinsons App. In general, our vacations were great. All the meals were nice, plenty of options for all kinds of tastes. Many thanks for Amen (from the bar), the best person in staff. Besides we think our vacations were great, there was some situations that make us feel sad/uncomfortable. Almost no one speaks english in the hotel (staff), also all the communications they made (night show, etc) were in german. I understand this is a german hotel chain, and the major part of the guests are germans as well, but you cannot expect having available rooms for selling in Booking.com and just arrive german guests. I mean, I think its a bit rude no one thinks about other guests nationalities that are staying in the resort. I saw some French couples as well, and we also tryied to talk in french with staff, but almost no one understand. I think this is one detail that can ruins all the touristic experience, because in my case, I wanted to participate in some activities in thd hotel, but I didn't feel comfortable to do so, as no one from animation staff communicated with us as we were not Germans.

- Walid (10/5): Top ! - Cet établissement est exceptionnel. Nous y avons passé une semaine magnifique en famille. Tout le personnel du club a été serviable, souriant et chaleureux tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre familiale était spacieuse, confortable et à proximité de la plage et de la piscine. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité avec une belle et grande piscine, une plage splendide (attention tout de même aux quelques rochers), des terrains de tennis, football et beach volley et un service de spa. Enfin la restauration proposée était excellente, variée et de très grande qualité avec des thèmes différents chaque soir. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation !

Nico, Ayman(Barkeeper) und Simon waren absolut super und haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Hotel noch besser gemacht. Sauberkeit schreibt man im Robinson Club gross und die Zimmer sind relativ neu eingerichtet. Kommen gerne wieder nach Djerba.

- Michael (4/5): Bis jetzt der schlechteste Robinson Club - Zimmer war am Anreisetag nicht sauber. Während dem Aufenthalt wurde vor allem das Bad auch nur grob geputzt. Klimaanlage war defekt. Reklamation brachte keine Besserung. Schade. Zudem ist das Personal, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, sehr unfreundlich. Der Strand war leider ziemlich schmutzig (Müll, Plastik, etc.). Einzig das Essen war gut. Kann diesen Robinson Club leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Happy (8/5): Family holiday recommended - Robinson does what it says it will do. Good hotel, friendly staff, good and well varied food and drink (free wine and beer). Kids activities, plenty of space. Gym well equipped, tennis courts in good shape. 2 problems. 1st, a lot of rooms are ground floor and everyone walking past can see in. Better to get room on second floor. There is nightly disco and rooms close by get the noise. Other smaller problem is sea full of rocks, you need to navigate through them 40 metres to get to sand and swimming. Staff will show you the best path to take. The tourists are mostly German/Swiss/Austrian, staff speak German and some English.

La nourriture est excellente. L'hôtel est d'une grande propreté. Le seul petit bémol c'est que toutes les communications et et les activités sont allemand (chaîne d'hôtels allemand) une communication en parallèle au moins en anglais serait bien. Un énorme merci à Anis du restaurant!! À Majid, a Kaouter, a Mohamed Ali du bar!!! Tout le monde a été génial!! Bravo ils sont les dignes représentants de la Tunisie!

- Sabrina (8/5): Très bel hôtel une restauration excellente !!! - Un très bel Hôtel conforme à la présentation, le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute, belles installations sportives, une mention spéciale pour la restauration et le service qui est d’une grande qualité. La clientèle de cet hôtel est germanique à 95%, en dehors du personnel tunisien pour la plupart francophone l’allemand est de rigueur pour participer à certaines activités donc il vaut mieux en tenir compte pour les familles qui souhaitent profiter du club enfant. De belles soirées à thèmes, l ‘animation reste cependant timide et peu chaleureuse, si vous rechercher l’ambiance orientale et la sympathie de l’animation tunisienne des hôtels club passé votre chemin.
- Sofien (2/5): Schubladendenken und negativer Umgang mit Gästen - Leider musste ich zum Ersten mal erleben, dass man im Hotel als Fremdkörper behandelt wurde! Fremdkörper in dem Sinne, dass das Hotelpersonal unterscheiden hat zwischen angeblich „seriösen“ Stammgästen und nicht Stammgästen. Anscheinend dürfen Stammgäste handgreiflich werden, gegenüber nicht Stammgäste. Wobei man als „Täter“ schnell abstempelt und und auch so behandelt wurde! Ein Hoch auf die Vorurteile!! Trotz vorzeitiger Abreise wurde uns unterstellt, dass wir die Hotelrechnung nicht zahlen wollten, weshalb wir dann in endlose Diskussionen mit dem Personal gerieten und Beweise erbringen mussten. Letztere in teilweiser widersprüchlicher Form. Daher mussten wir, obwohl unsere Sachen noch im Zimmer waren, die Logis-Rechnung nach einem besagtem Vorfall begleichen. Auch Vorurteile kamen leider in dem Hotel/ vom Personal sehr stark zur Geltung, wofür ich nur noch eine schlechte Gesamtbewertung abgegeben kann. Schade, ich dachte immer das Robinson-Hotels einen familieren und niveauvollen Eindruck vermitteln. Dem war es bei Weitem nicht so!
