Guest Reviews
- Christie (10/5): - So this was a great studio that was walking distance to the metro. I was less than 30 min from Disneyland Paris. I was about 30 min to the Louvre Museum. I came in August. There isn’t air conditioning, however, I was able to manage since the weather wasn’t too hot! I was able to cook in my studio, felt safe, was able to do my laundry. For the price, I was very satisfied!!!! Thank you! I’ll be back!!!!
- Ruby Tanairy (6/5): - We got the panoramic room. PSA there’s no AC in this room and the sun hits ALL day long so the room is always scorching hot. Even when you open the windows, it’s next to a river and park therefore mosquitos fly into your room when they’re open. So choose wisely. The fan in our room didn’t work, thankfully the front desk gave us theirs. Overall would not go back.
- leila (4/5): - If it’s your first time stay in Paris , this place location was very far from all tourists attractions, they didn’t have proper air conditioning and room was so warm at night hardly could sleep, their staff couldn’t speak in English and they were not friendly at all, and the worst part was their mattresses very poor in quality.
- Chunju (8/5): - The only issue was that during hot summer days without air conditioning and you had to leave windows open and bugs came in and made you sleepless in Paris.
- Audrey Anne (6/5): - The room was fine, perhaps, really hot (no air conditionning). The bed was also pretty hot and not quite confortable.
- Ketsia (10/5): - The hotel itself was great! Receptionists were really nice and explained all the facilities the property offered. There was some homeless people sleeping around the corner so not the safest at night if you are a solo female traveler like I was on this trip. Other than that the bed was really comfortable and I appreciated the fan that was in the room since it got pretty hot at night. The metro with the RER A line was about a 2 minute walk which was great getting into Paris quickly.
- Janet (8/5): - Clean & comfortable, ( beds were good) and very close to the train to Paris! Breakfast is available on site but at 17 euro each!! ( never saw many buying this option but the room itself looks pretty! ) The nearby grocery store was essential to some morning coffee and small breakfast, also a bakery around the corner is excellent ( where a freshly made croissant is 1 euro) The basketball court in the Park next to the building is used nightly, and sometimes was too loud for sleeping- glad they had a fan available for us to use!
- Farrah (10/5): - I was impressed with how big and clean my room was and all the amenities.
- florian (10/5): - Bonjour
- Murray (6/5): - Basic, for sleeping only.
- Angel (10/5): - Staff in this place is very kind and helpful. I always come here when I travel to Paris. Thanks, Angel
- Monique (8/5): - The staff was super friendly!! The room was dated and there was a futon in the living room, but over all it was a decent place to stay. Metro right around the corner was super convenient!
- fabienne (8/5): Bon hôtel - Accueil formidable
- Farid (10/5): - Parfait
- Lionnelle jordie (10/5): - Fantastique
- Menin carlos (10/5): - Fantastique
- Victor (6/5): - The people working there were really nice, the room was spacious but it seems old and there are some furniture that show wear. I did like that is close to the rer to go to the center of paris
- Alessandra (10/5): - Bellissima struttura camera confortevole, pulizia tutto nuovo siamo stati molto bene
La consiglio
Ottimo a qualota
- Dexter (10/5): - Very rare to have washer and dryer in any hotel in Paris but Residhome has them both. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to train station, about 5 minutes walk, and lots of dining options.
- vincent (10/5): Très sympa - Très bon appart hôtel, bien situé, accueil charmant, dévoué et professionnel, petit déjeuner très sympa
- Nestor (6/5): - Close to metro station
- Jamilla (8/5): - Vi är väldigt nöjda. Nära till tåg, mataffär, pizza och restauranger. Mysigt ner mot vattnet.
- WENJIE (10/5): - Can’t wait to revisit the place when I travel to Paris next time.
- Courtney (4/5): - First I will say the staff is very friendly. But please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel. They don’t state that on this site which I think is false advertisement. When I contacted Expedia about the issue they said it’s nothing there can do without the hotel agreeing to it. Which why would they agree being in the wrong. So please be mindful if you book this hotel in the summer months and are use to a/c not to book this place. The last day before check out we even had water leak on to floor in the bedroom. The rooms are small and it feels stuffy especially if you are use to a ventilated building. Also there are people outside that play music and dance until midnight and you can here.
- Liza (10/5): - Very easy to go to the city !! Staff are friendly and helpful!
- Katrin (6/5): - So good so far, but I was irritated when they charged a larger amount that they didn’t explain because the person on the desk didn’t speak enough English and I didn’t speak French. Checking my booking afterwards I was confused because I paid everything up front so i don’t know exactly whether I paid something double
- Malkia (10/5): - Love it all
- Malkia (10/5): - Very very friendly people. Just love the aria , easy access to metro. Just the internet was too poor but we were out most of time. Nothing to complain about . Will recommend this place to friends and Family .
Even if you don’t speak French , it’s my favorite place.
- Raul (8/5): - Très bien pour les familles
- Sven (6/5): - The hotel was conveniently located near a regional train line, which was practical for visits to Disneyland. However, the staff appeared bored and seemed to be just going through the motions. The bathroom was relatively dirty, which became especially noticeable after drying the floor, as the shower sprayed water all over the room. The toilet seat was also dirty, scratched, and generally in an unhygienic condition. The bed was fine. The kitchenette was partially broken. We also found it odd that there was a Senseo machine but no compatible pods, only instant coffee. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for the price if you only need one or two nights, but it could definitely be better.
- DAVID (10/5): - We think it would be better if you had more slippers for guests to use inside the room.
- Itay (4/5): - Not the best choice to stay in Paris..
1. The rooms have no air conditioning and in the summer the temperature were pretty high. No mentioning of that in the hotel overview description.
2. The hotel charge extra 35 euro for house keeping, No mentioning in the overview as well.
3. Shower head was broken and overall condition needs some maintenance.
4. Underground garage can be opened only with a remote control and needed the front desk staff activating it each time we wanted to get in, Meaning leaving the car and going to the reception, Or using the car horn to get their attention.
Front staff was super nice and there is a shopping center near by, As well as food options. Easy access to the highway.
When contacted by Expedia regarding those issues, The property manager said none of it was true. not the best guests service or attitude towards guests.
I will not recommend staying in this property as much better options are available for similar prices.
- Sandra (6/5): - Breakfast was to expensive for what they were serving. Had to pay for a half cup of coffee.
No air conditioning. Room was way to hot. Had to ask for 2nd fan.
- Jelena (8/5): Holidays - When we arrived, our room was dirty.they apologise and upgraded us to a better room.no air conditioner, but there is fan.good facilities for cooking, cattle, pans, saucepans.
Close to disneyland. 5 euro one way by train. And 3.65 euro to get to the paris.
Had lovely time thank you.
- Frank (8/5): Still room for improvement - Quiet place with comfortable bed. Have to request paper toilet at the lobby because the room is not checked daily (minor inconvenience). I wish we could call from the room but the telephone doesn't connect the network. The breakfast is pretty cool and we loved the view on the canal. Don't return too late if you park your car in the paid garage (you pay upfront for the entire stay)
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Proximities and easy access to public transport. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking at the property £10 per night
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean and the bed was amazing and so comfortable
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Bad area of town. 50 minutes from central Paris. Not kind to the customers. Easily may get robbed.
- John (10/5): - The views were beautiful. This is a older french building so there isnt a.c. in some rooms or areas. How ever this was a fantastic hotel and the staff were friendly and amazing!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I booked on Expedia 2 months in advance and at the time requested a room with a double bed. When I arrived it was 2 single beds. I went down to the reception but was advised there was only 5 rooms in the whole complex with double beds and they were already sold out. The person on the desk did not care. They should have communicated that to us when the booking was made so that we could have found a room that had what we wanted. Agree with other comments as well, we were there for 3 nights with no fresh towels.
- Kathleen (8/5): - Very comfortable room. Would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Wasn’t what we expected. Unfortunately it’s a residence so therefore room service operates on a weekly basis. The surrounding area was suspect. On a positive note the staff were friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, pleasant hotel in a suburban surrounding. Proximity to the river is a welcome plus.
Lack of air conditioning, common in Europe, was a disappointment. Otherwise, my only complaint is the inconsistency of the room layouts. Some are more square or pullman-shaped. Others look like they were carved out of spare space between rooms.
If I were intent on being in this area for my stay, I would stay here again. However, my intent was to visit Paris each day, which is a thirty to forty euro Uber ride each way.
- Worse (4/5): - This was the absolute worse hotel ever. First it’s location is in the worse area and u have to travel down a dark street to get there. Next the beds will have your back hurting like crazy. The absolute worst part is the don’t clean your entire stay. No new towels or change of bed sheets. U have to pay a $20 deposit to use the iron I would not recommend anyone to stay here ever
- Tankiso Solomon (8/5): Great holiday stay - Amazing stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - They did not have any parking left for us and it was a pain to park in the area. We didn't know where to go and they were not that helpful in giving us alternatives.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel was amazing, really good location a few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel room was clean, modern and had beautiful panoramic views of the river. Breakfast was really nice
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was very clean. The surrounding area towards the main road is not very inviting.
- Valeska (10/5): - This place was extremely clean and had a very friendly staff. I would 100% stay there again :)
- Mark (10/5): Good stay - Clean rooms nice staff and close to Disney, had all we needed for our trip!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room, the kitchenette, the view of the river, the cleanliness, the location, the staff, everything was great... except for the bed. The bed and pillows were extremely hard; not firm mattress hard, but extremely hard. Other than that it’s a great, well kept building in a family friendly neighborhood (families playing at the park and walking along the river). For food: There is a very nice bakery, grocery store and any type of restaurant you’d want within EASY walking distance. For Paris city access: The RER Station entrance is even closer (just don’t ride the train back around 6pm😁). My wife and I will 100% stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful week!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - staff were very friendly and helpful very clean only dissaponitment i had we had to travel quiet a bit to see things a bit far out
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Wont be staying again
RUDE STAFF MANAGER EVEN WORSE
DARK ALLEY TO GET TO HOTEL FROM METRO
NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNINGS
HOTEL LOOKS OLD AND NOT KEPT UP
LIGHTS IN THE HALLWAYS TURN OFF MAKING YOU FEEL UNSAFE
KEEP YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE NICER WHERE YOU FEEL WELCOMED
Staff at reception were so rude manager has no customer services asked for two single beds got a double when i went to ask can we get two single beds room she said okay please wait in the room my colleague will come we waited for 30 mins no one came so went to them again n was told someone will come a lady then came n started changing the bed to two single beds the room space is for a double bed when she changed it it was practically a double with just a line at this point i was annoyed so i went down and spoke to the manager who said no thats how all rooms are when i said its not and showed her the room i booked she said no available that room all the same i disagreed and said am not happy she didnt say sorry she said all the rooms are the same again a LIE i was so angry and tired i left it and said okay so went back to our room and we didnt even get two single duvets we got doubles it was an absolute joke this is a 0* star hotel not 3 whatsoever SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE NICER
- Zinnia (10/5): - The location was convenient to Disneyland Paris because it was located close to the train station. We also took the train station to Paris and visited the Eiffel Tower and other locations. The reception of very helpful to guide us to where we needed to go.
- melanie (10/5): Great place to stay - The apartments are fabulous. We stayed the year before & they just get better each year. The receptionist staff are lovely.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall ir was a pleasant stay.
The hotel itself is ok. Clean and fresh.
Average size room
- Daisy (8/5): Nice hotel , but out of Paris - Not that good neighborhood , I spent € 40 back to hotel , I'm out for dinner........
- Johanna (10/5): - Thank you Michael and team for an excellent experience. Well kept, quiet, newly renovated building. Great continental breakfast. Hotel is nestle within a suburban environment and is 3 minutes walk to R2R (A) train. Train is 30 minutes commute to center of Paris, but note, train stop running at midnight. Highly recommend hotel
- Andrea (10/5): - The staff was extremely helpful and kind and patient. Check in was easy and quick. They provided a loaner adapter for my phone charger. They answered all my questions and provided amazing service.
I was in a room with the panoramic view and it was a good amount of space for the two is us and a very pretty view of the river. There were swans on the river that my daughter couldn't get enough of watching.
There are plenty of food choices nearby. Also very close to the RER which will take you right into Paris or directly to Disneyland. It's the prefect location.
I was surprised that there was no air conditioning but just open your windows for a really nice breeze as long as you don't mind bugs getting in your room
All in all, i would definitely stay here again the next time i visit Paris
- Christina (8/5): - The location of the hotel beside a park and the river was nice. Nice to have a balcony. I had a comfortable stay. Staff were efficient. The room didn’t have a desk, only a tiny table...I kept feeling there wasn’t anywhere to set stuff or much room to eat in the room. The kitchenette was fine, but was missing a cloth/sponge and soap to clean up dishes and such. There were signs of age/use, but overall it was pretty clean.
- Henriette (10/5): - I like the place has been located but on things I didn’t like the parking has not been provided and also expensive daily
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Spacious room, would be great if it is clean every day.
- Mars (8/5): - I like that it is close to RER A(20 mins to Paris), Boulangier, grocery stores and restaurants.
I dislike that they only change the sheets and towels and pick up trash after 7 days.
- Zsanett (10/5): - Great property, nice, stylish and comfortable at an amazing location. I was really happy with everything. I would recommend this property and would choose this next time I travel to Paris.
- Susan (2/5): - Bad experience of my stay. They don't provide daily housing keeping. Hotel explained that they only clean the room weekly. There would be extra charge if need to clean the room on request, which never mentioned on hotel website. Also NO a/c and in bad neighborhood.
- melanie (10/5): - The receptionist who checked us in on 2/8/18 is a fantastic member of staff. We received a lovely room on check in & extra help ( when I was ill) . I have stayed at many top hotels within the last few years & this by far was the best service iv received. I stayed at the hotel last August & the room & service was awful but the hotel & area was lovely so I booked again. The hotel seems fresher & staff so much more friendlier.
- Lola (10/5): Superb Hotel - Nice hotel just 3 minutes walk to the train station and take 30mins into the city. If you want to stay outside of Paris this location is perfect. Safe, quiet and nice neighbourhood. Helpful staffs
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay - Love the hotel although it is quite far from the centre but near to the disneyland so overall I am happy with my stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very pleasant stay. Will definitely be staying here again! Clean and comfortable and friendly staff at the desk. Close to the RER, great for Disney.
- Suzanne (6/5): Get what you pay for. - Spent 7 nights and room not cleaned once.
Needed to ask desk for towels twice, shampoo 3 times.
Heater did not work in the bathroom and second to last day the lights over the bathroom sink went out.
Breakfast is not included, approximately $12 US daily if you want it. I don't recommend it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great breakfast, quiet place, helpful staff - would recommend to a friend
- Jessica (10/5): Comfortable stay good location - Great location for Paris and Disney. 3 minute walk from RER station on the same line as Disneyland, took about 20-25 mins to get there. Going the other way on the RER line gets you to the centre of Paris - also about 20 mins.
Lovely staff and hotel was very clean when we arrived. Rooms have small kitchenette area with fridge, hob, microwave and coffee machine and are stocked with plates and cooking equipment although we didn’t use anything as we were only there for 3 days and had dinner plans.
The only bad thing about the room for me was the mattress was a bit hard for my liking but I find that is the case in most hotels.
Didn’t have the breakfast option but you can see the restaurant from outside and it looked clean and nicely decorated.
For breakfast we went to a patisserie next to the RER station and took out pastries to eat back at the hotel which were lovely.
We went into Paris to eat mainly so didn’t explore the local area much but there are Takeaways and restaurants around if you don’t want to travel far.
- Ayo (10/5): Great choice for Holiday - Loved It!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel was very good as you got all options in kitchen for cooking ..it's good for people who wants to cook food
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This apartment hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are exceptionally large for the parisian area and my daughter and I had a pleasant stay. There was some street noise, but the kind night receptionist dealt with them appropriately and they went away. It is a pleasant suburban area on the Marne river. A great asian restaurant is nearby and very inexpensive. If you're looking for great accommodations as a reasonable price this is it! It is a bit more expensive to ride the RER out, but worth the little extra time it takes. Many people going to Eurodisney were staying here.
- Andres (6/5): Hotel with no ac - New place close to train, bad neighborhood specially at night , NO A/c in the rooms, ????
- Lesley (10/5): A great hotel just outside Paris. - This hotel and the staff could not have been better. Great location for the RER station, just two minutes walk away. We had a lovely view of the river from our window on the third floor. Everything you could want in a room if you are planning long days out exploring Paris. 15/20 minutes on the RER A line into Paris zone 1 and 25 minutes on the same line to get to Disneyland in the other direction. The staff were always friendly and helpful and took their time to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a great patisserie just two minutes walk away too! We will definitely be staying there again. The room was clean, as was the bathroom and light and comfortable. I can't find any criticisms with this hotel.
- Mohammad (10/5): I'll come back here again if I revisit Paris. - Comfy bed, specious room, clean.
Only bad thing is that there are no English in the tv!! Even a Hollywood movie is dubbed into French!
Breakfast wasn't of our taste but ok as that is paid and we didn't go for it after the first day.
I'll come back to the same place if I revisit Paris.
- Verified traveler (10/5): I'll definitely return for sure! - Family friendly and super comfy hotel for those who drive. Front desk is very friendly and provides speedy check in and out. Highly recommended!
- George (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay very much, the staff was very nice and helpful also speaking English. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area and close to a beautiful lake (good for walking and making sports) also very close to the metro station "Neuilly Plaisance" and you can reach it by (RER A) metro.
The disadvantage is that the room is cleaned only once a week not on daily basis and there is no A/C.
Actually my stay was in winter time, in October 2016 so I didn't need the A/C and I don't know whether it is hot in summer time or not.
ther is a full kitchenette and you can buy and cook your self.
Overall the hotel is very good and the location is perfect.
