Ние бяхме с автомобил и голямо удобство е подземния паркинг в близост (20 метра)😊! Също така на разположение са кафенета, ресторанти, магазини и т.н! Единственото неудобство е, че апартамента е с една баня, а в същото време с две спални, въпреки че за кратък престой е напълно ок! Една препоръка към собственика е, че би било добре да осигури за гостите чай, кафе, вода! Наложи се да си набавим отвън! Това оставя различно усещане за грижа и комфорт към посетителите!

• Christelle (8/5): - L'appartement est bien équipé, la literie est confortable et la salle de douche est top ! Raúl fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux, même si nous ne l'avons jamais vu, il est disponible par whatsapp et répond rapidement aux questions. L'appartement est situé proche du centre, nous avons tout pu faire à pied. L'une des pièces de l'appartement manquait de luminosité. Canapé lit peu confortable (matelas très fin), ok pour un enfant, pas pour un adulte.

• Mariam (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Suites Sevilla Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. A special mention goes to Raúl, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. His warm attitude really made us feel at home and added a personal touch that you don’t always find. We will definitely come back and 100% recommend.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Great, roomy apartment. Quite but still close to everything. - It was a fairly quiet location but was still close to the action. The apartment was roomy. The host gave us very good instructions on where to park and how to enter the building and room. Our only issue was that the air conditioner was not on when we arrived. Strangely, the thermostat buttons and screen work even when it is switched off. So, we thought the air conditioner was on but wasn't working and the first night was a bit warm. When I messaged the next day, he said to make sure the red light on the thermostat was on. ( I would think red means "off"). So when we pushed the power button it showed red and then it worked fine. Some instructions would have been nice.

• Nicola (10/5): The perfect Seville city break accommodation. - The apartment was much bigger than expected, and was so clean, light, and comfy. This was our last stay on a 7 day Andulusia road trip, and was by far our favourite accommodation. Great communication from the host, really friendly and helpful. We were able to confirm parking before arrival and the car park was really close and easy to access (particularly in comparison to some we had used!). The location of the apartment itself was so central, but still so quiet. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend to others.

• France86 (9/5): Ottima struttura in pieno centro - Struttura in pieno centro di Siviglia, tutto raggiungibile a piedi e un comodo supermarket proprio davanti. Struttura abbastanza nuova, reception con personale molto disponibile, cucina con bollitore e microonde utile per preparare cibi al volo (viaggiavamo con un bambino di 9 mesi). Piacevole il rooftop con vista Giralda e cattedrale... La pulizia migliorabile, sul pavimento c'era molta polvere.

The "apartment" was merely a room, with no closet, just a very short rod, with a tiny kitchenette, and a bathroom, with no space for amenities.

Primera vez y no será la última, si vamos a Sevilla. Por decir algo, un pelín más de limpieza.

La chambre était très confortable et la kitchenette bien pratique pour le matin et les soirs de fatigue. Très calme car notre chambre donnait sur un patio. Un petit bémol : Lors de la réservation, il était annoncé que les chambres étaient faites tous les jours. Ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de demander la cause à l’hôte.

What truly made our stay special was the amazing host Raul, who met us upon arrival. He went above and beyond, he literally took the time to draw a personalized map for us, marking all the main landmarks, the walking distances, the best places to eat, and even where to find delicious churros! It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. You can tell he really loves what he does and wants guests to have the best possible experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city! None

Le dernier jour mon fils était malade et nous avons pu garder la chambre la journée pour seulement 50 eur. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel. Il ne s’agit pas d’un appartement mais d’un studio avec un lit double et un canapé lit. Ceci n’est pas vraiment clairement mentionné dans la description du logement.

Una mención especial a Raúl, totalmente encantador, pendiente y servicial en todo momento. Por poner una pega, el gel y champú que ofrecen es malísimo, no hace ni espuma. El colchón del sofá cama, regular.

Raul helped arrange an airport taxi and late check in for us when we needed to revise our plans to travel to Seville. The studio suite was a comfortable size and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was wonderful, in the historic center and walking distance to main sites.

• Jill (8/5): The Suites Sevilla Plaza is an excellent central location in Seville with fabulous hosts. - The host, Raul was great. He welcomed us with open arms and lots of information about Seville. He was always was just a phone call away. The room had some issues, like a very slippery bath/shower and the towel bar wasn’t secured to the wall well. Everything else was more than adequate for our stay.

• Lorena (9/5): - Buena ubicación, camas cómodas. El lavadero es independiente del apartamento, está en planta inferior (no lo usamos). Mejorar la insonorización e incluir algún elemento de limpieza como escoba (a pesar de tener servicio de habitación).

Staff (Javier e Raul) cordiale e disponibile. Letti comodissimi, wi fi funzionante e tv grande. Ascensore, patio interno, tutto molto funzionale. Ve lo consiglio!
• Monika (10/5): - Zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen, unser Zimmer nach hinten raus war jedoch sehr ruhig und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, von der man abends einen Blick auf die beleuchtete Kathedrale hat. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit per Messenger erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber gibt es praktischerweise eine kleine Bar für den schnellen Kaffee.

Ci ha spiegato tutto in maniera dettagliata , ci indicato come muoverci per conoscere la bella Siviglia e dandoci indicazioni su posti dove mangiare e posti da visitare per non farvi perdere nulla !
