• Judith (8/5): Kleines edles Hotel mit herzlichem Empfang, jedoch Schwächen im Housekeeping - Ein großes Lob zunächst an das Hotelreservierungsteam: Trotz unserer Flugannullierung von Madeira nach Lissabon blieb unsere Buchung bestehen und wurde auch nach der verspäteten Anreise problemlos aufrechterhalten. Darüber waren wir wirklich sehr froh, da uns dies eine Menge zusätzlicher Kosten erspart hat. Bei unserer nächtlichen Ankunft wartete man bereits auf uns, empfing uns außerordentlich freundlich und brachte sogar die Koffer aufs Zimmer – ein wirklich toller Service. Das Hotel selbst wirkt sehr edel und hochwertig. Der gesamte Service war während unseres Aufenthalts aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns das Frühstücksteam: Die Servicekraft merkte sich bereits nach kurzer Zeit unsere Kaffeewünsche und fragte jeden Morgen freundlich nach, ob wir etwas ändern möchten – das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam und persönlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber fein und qualitativ gut. Etwas mehr Auswahl wäre sicherlich noch schöner gewesen, für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war es aber absolut ausreichend. Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung und war insgesamt angenehm. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service, das unseren Aufenthalt in Lissabon definitiv aufgewertet hat. Einziger großer Nachteil war die Lautstärke bei geöffnetem Fenster. Durch die umliegenden Plätze und das nächtliche Treiben war an erholsamen Schlaf mit offenem Fenster leider kaum zu denken. Weniger zufrieden waren wir leider mit der Zimmerreinigung. Bereits ab dem zweiten Tag wurde das Bett nur noch teilweise gemacht und die Tagesdecke einfach im Schrank verstaut. Auch die Reinigung des Badezimmers wirkte eher oberflächlich – es wurde nicht gesaugt, Handtücher wurden nur unzureichend gewechselt und dass die Kosmetiktücher zwei Tage lang leer waren, fiel der Zimmerreinigung offenbar nicht auf. Beim Check-out sprachen wir diese Punkte freundlich an. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass unsere Kritik ernst genommen wurde und man sich entschuldigte, allerdings blieb es auch dabei.

• Fred (9/5): Wonderful hotel - would stay there again. - Friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your stay wonderful, comfortable room, great breakfast, wonderful afternoon treats and great location. Only issue for some is that a subway runs underneath the hotel so can be a bit noisy when trains pass through. Seemed to stop overnight but restarted around 6:30 am (I think). Didn’t really bother us.

And daily treats that were delivered to our room. Great experience!. I can usually think of something but in the case of this hotel - nothing!

The hotel went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. The free port and chocolates went down very well. The room was on the larger side compared with many other European hotels. My only negative and it’s not much of a negative, is it would have been helpful to have a kettle and tea making facilities in the room.

• Paula (10/5): This is a fabulous hotel and I would definitely go back if I visit Lisbon again. - The breakfast offered a really good choice of fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries and cooked. It was all delicious. The location of the hotel was central so made travelling around very convenient.

Estacionamento na garagem do hotel ao lado, que é do mesmo grupo, Equipe extremamente simpática e atenciosa. Café da manhã excelente. Para completar, recebemos mimos deliciosos tanto na chegada como ao fim de nossa estadia. Adorei! Da altura e localização dos porta-toalhas no banheiro. Por sorte meu marido tem 1,87m... rsrs... Poderia haver ganchos dentro do box para alcançarmos a toalha sem precisar sair do "quentinho".

Excellent room with all facilities - the bed felt luxuriously comfortable.. Good breakfast choice, The hotel employees were super friendly and always ready to help. Gifts were sent to the room and were very much appreciated. Bath robes and slippers available in the bathroom, as well as bathroom scales. All in all a super short stay in Lisbon. There could have been more light by the television mirror. My wife wanted to sleep while I carried out some work on my laptop in the evening. It wasn't possible to just light that end of the room alone - I had to open bathroom door and use the light from there - I could hardly see the laptop keys.

• Gorjana (9/5): - The room was nice and big. Breakfast was very nice. Location perfect, close to all major attractions, near the metro station. Very clean and comfortable. Coffe was not so good.

A equipe é muito gentil, uma estrela a mais para Andressa que nos acompanhou para ensinar a melhor localização para pedir táxi já que a rua do hotel boutique é exclusiva para pedestres. (preste atenção nisso se você tem muitas bagagens) A localização é boa, está no centro antigo. O serviço do café da manhã foi bom mas eu esperava mais variedade de pães e frutas, porém foi suficiente apesar de repetitivo.
• Ting-Yu (9/5): highly recommended. - The location is right in the city center—super convenient, no complaints there—but there are quite a lot of homeless people around at night. The room has a high ceiling, which makes the space feel open and spacious. We chose connecting rooms, which comfortably accommodated three adults and two children—an excellent room option for families. The bed is soft, pillows are extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom is very roomy, with two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including salad, fruit, yogurt, bread, and eggs. The staff are all very nice, and there are different little surprises every evening. The only downside is that there’s no air conditioning in winter, and for safety reasons the windows can’t be opened at night, so the air feels a bit stuffy and doesn’t circulate well.

Camere spaziose ed eleganti, colazione varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Posizione centrale, si poteva girare il centro storico a piedi, vicina alla stazione di Rossio e alla Rua Augusta Nulla
